**What do you like best about SyncBackPro?**

Once you set it up properly it's rock solid, nothing unexpected happens, your data is completely safe.

**What do you dislike about SyncBackPro?**

Profile management could be a bit more intuitive. I'm also not aware of any profile templates you could set up, but I stopped at version 9.

**What problems is SyncBackPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SyncBack solves the problem of keeping all my computers and drives in sync. I don't really backup, I just sync everything

**What do you like best about SyncBackPro?**

In the 12+ years that I've been using SyncBackPro for daily file synchronization and backups of mission-critical data, it has never let me down.  It is reliable, feature-rich, and comes with prompt, efficient support (the very few times I've needed support).

I sleep better at night knowing that SyncBackPro is on the job.

**What do you dislike about SyncBackPro?**

The user interface could use a revamp to keep up with contemporary UX.  (The developer attempted one a couple of years ago but based on responses on the user forum it did not go over well.)

**What problems is SyncBackPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SyncBackPro allows us to ensure that data from one location is replicated to other locations and to our cloud provider (in our case, Dropbox), with a minimum of fuss or work.

Once your specific backup requirements are selected and tested/run successfully, you can literally forget about it.

**What do you dislike about SyncBackPro?**

As "a user who knows enough to be dangerous," it took me some time to properly learn what I was doing in setting up my specific backup/file syncing requirements.

**What problems is SyncBackPro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Set and forget" local and cloud-based backup and file syncing of my data in a Windows 10 environment.
