**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

Incredible customer service, and a platform that's as helpful as it is easy to learn. Their integrations are perfect for what we need, and all at a good price!

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

This is likely not a Spacebring-specific issue, but it's worth mentioning that a few of our members have run into issues getting invoices paid without their bank believing it's fraud. Once the first invoice is handled, things run smoothly. And while the platform is simple to use, the occasional change of UI requires more learning.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Spacebring, we were held together with nails and ducktape, utilizing numerous different softwares to accomplish what we need. They have everything we need in one platform, and are even now trying to move away from additional softwares in order to take full advantage of Spacebring. So far, we've been able to add more members with less work from our manager. Now he can use that time more effectively managing the space itself and its people, and not setting up an invoice for a day pass.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spacebring was the first platform that helped us automate our meeting room operations. It also provides a “credit” system, which automatically grants customers their allotted free credits at the designated time, and allows them to seamlessly purchase additional credits when they run out. This integrated workflow eliminates the need for operator intervention, which is a major advantage.

Desks can be managed in the same way as meeting rooms when they are operated on an hourly or daily reservation basis, making the system even more convenient. Spacebring also offers a Room Display feature, which can be placed in front of each meeting room so others can easily view the current reservation status at a glance.

How easy it is to navigate, on both user and providers end.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

I dislike some features that are not yet integrated such as have forms and signatures available for new members that sign up and use our space. I also wish there was an app available for admin or provider useage.

**What problems is Spacebring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the signup process out of our hands and makes it simple for new users to use. It gives us a central hub for all of our spaces and using it at multiple locations can make finding things so much easier.

It's feature rich and the constant development means they are rolling out features that we ask for. I use it every day and it is the center of our co-working system. It integrates easily with our other software. It is simple to use and the support is of the highest order.

Just a small thing but the switching between invoices can be smoother.

There are various functions (conference room, desk, etc.), so you can utilize the functions that suit our company's purpose.

The Sindoh print system interlocking function provides convenience for tenants to use.

There are areas where the details of the function are difficult to apply when we introduce them into practical practice.

Spacebring is increasing the efficiency of space management for companies that manage various branches such as shared offices like ours.

I'd been working with Spacebring for a while, and I can definitely say that behind this platform are people who genuinaly care. The latest update to the administrative app looks absolutely brilliant – we didn't even realise how much we needed it until now.

We recently asked the support team whether it was possible to manually refund a transaction, and we were impressed when the feature was actualy launched instead of beiing lost in the usual "coming soon" limbo. It’s fantastic working with a team that listens and delivers!

Everything looks simpler; we can find something faster, and the app is genuinely intuitive and user friendly.

Spacebring has made my life so much easier. As an admin, I used to spend endles hours on manual tasks, which left me with no time or energy for anything else. We're a small coworking space looking to build a propper community, but I simply didn't have the time for it. Managing subscriptions, billing, memberships – it all adds up. But now, with Spacebring handling everything automatically, I don't think I've ever been this relieved!

The best parts are the ones that are always upgraded to make it convenient for people and users dealing with the space.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

Problems with the program are bound to arise as you use it, but it's really great that they always respond quickly. However, because of the time difference with Korea, communication can be a bit difficult, but even taking that into account, I really like that they respond and take action so quickly.

For office automation, provide information about the office, issue access cards for payment through non-face-to-face payment system, and link with access system, and check user ID and usage through link with multi-function printer

Our coworking space is relatively new in the industry, and it was a pleasure to start this journey with Spacebring. Their onboarding process was very quick and easy. We literaly had everything on board in less than one day. The support team is our love at first sight. Anastasia helped us with every question we had and resolved them for us rapidly. It is nice to know that you always have someone by your side whenever you need them.

Our app structures the complex processes of space management and financial transactions, streamlining our administrative processes and improving member satisfaction. It's such a relief to have an app that works 24/7 and has all our members' needs covered.

Spacebring allows our customers to book in real-time, without the need to wait for responses to either emails or phone calls, together with instant payments.

Spacebring is the beating heart of our coworking space, allowing our members to interact, send support tickets, check out our latest offers or events, together with a fabulous branded app for us to promote our space to other non-users.

By using this software, it has freed up a lot of our community managers time, to focus more on in-person interaction withour clients.

We’re absolutely thrilled with the all new Spacebring – top-notch work! We’ve only just started using the updaded platform, but everything’s so much tidier, easier to navigate, and feels really well thought-out. It’s an absolute doddle to find what we need now, and it’s made managiing our makerspace a breeze.

One thing that’d be ace is adding equipment for the makerspace. It’d make a world of difference for keepiing track of tools and knowing who’s using what.

This app is really helpful. Our routine changed when we started using Spacebring. Before, it was like, oh, do we really need to do this manual work every day? Well, it turns out no. We also realised that you don't need many programs to manage a coworking space, you just need Spacebring. It easily handles bookings and payments, it even helps with marketing through customised app interface featuring our brand and partnership program in Benefits. It's such a life changer!

Add promocodes in the app, it would be cool to give discounts to influencers and then apply them to services in the app

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

We had different challenges before Spacebring, but the main problem was with room bookings. We were using Google Calendar to book manually, but this program isn't even designed to manage coworking space. So that caused to wasted time and money. When we realised that bookings were the biggest pain point for us in managing our place and every day caused a lot more headache, we needed to searche for some platform that could resolve all our problems for us, and there we found Spacebring. 

The app does everything we need and even more. We love that members have an easier way to book and engage with each other in our coworking space. Our members also like that they have option to book a room or even food with virtual curency or just a credit card. Spacebring every day makes life for our staff and members easier and we are excited about what comes next.

Since we are a coworking space in Australia, we would really like to see the app integrated with the Paymid payment system

You can limit using promo code by the first purchase, would be nice to add a limitation by 2nd and 3rd purchases too

Auto-invoices, payments, event tickets, parking, shop orders, and many more cool features that I couldn't be happier with before. Also, members always say how easier their life became with the app. It's super user-friendly. I noticed that the app also helps our members to be more engaged; now they are more likely to find new friends and network by visiting events or just communicating in the feed.

We have been using Spacebring for over a year and we love it!   The Spacebring team has incredible customer service and onboarding was very easy with their help.  Our coworking community loves the ease of using the app to schedule room booking, reach out for support and get important updates.   As an admin, I have love the seamless payment process of monthly invoices.

I really haven't found any downsides of Spacebring.  The app truly makes our business run so smoothly.

It is solving seamless onboarding of coworking clients.   Spacebring makes payment processing so easy.  It also keeps our community well informed and connected.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

Spacebring's interface is easy to use and functional, so your coworkers and tenants will actually use it for self service, and by doing so you'll have more time to manage the other important tasks of your business. 
The integration with stripe for billing makes working with Spacebring also a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

Though you can create plans for daily, monthly or one time periods, and you can also sell/ allocate credits, the pricing model is limited to what's common in coworking business models. If you want a more specific model, e.g. a capped price or prices that depend on the number of visits you'll need to hack the tool to make it work for you.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

The Spacebring tool is so easy to use that our customers don`t have any problems booking stations from it. The platform is diverse and offers features for booking, billing, community management. For me personally the best feature is visitor management. As our clients are beauty professionals, they have quite a bit visitors-clients a day. Due to Spacebring, all these visitors can check into the space autonomously.

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

I needs an integration with Smartpass, but it doesn't exist. I wish we had more local integrations.

Using Spacebring benefited us in saved time, more flexibility for members ( as they see real-time availability of stations and rooms) and setting up stable revenue stream due to membership plans and subscriptions.

I was shocked with how fast we launched the platform at our coworking space, it took us a week to start using it. As we had bad previous experiences with other platforms, we were happy to have everything so easily arranged. 

I use Spacebring every day and it become a "must" part of my work at the coworking space.
In particular, we use it almost for all space management tasks, we integrated with locks, crms, payments.

There is no sign-up with google account to the app

Because all is automated, we make less errors, don`t forget to charge money

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

I can find everything what we need for our office and business in one system now, and easily have it connected with the necessary internal systems. We quickly switched from google calendar to bookings in Spacebring and amnaged to automate all payments for our coworking services. Even though the building is used for our company mainly, we decided to offer free desks to others and were surprised how greatly it worked out. The app also has monetization features and allows ot process users' payments without stuff help so we can sell memberships even without any person being in the office. I cannot imagine we could go with some other solution or continue doing everything manually as it was before.

I see that all the system works seamlessly and there aren't any issues with users understanding the app or our staff struggling with it somehow.

The best thing that I like about Spacebring is the ability to keep all data, processes, and communications in one app. I used to have lots of excel tables and a few separate tools for booking, communication etc. Now only Spacebring.

Spacebring is for both admins and residents, I mean no second app needed.

It is quite easy,  people quickly nut out how to use it. 
I read reviews about other apps, it seems that they have too many bugs and support is poor. But with Spacebring  I has never faced this, bugs a rare, and If I need help, customer support responds at once.

Actually I don't have any problems with it.  Maybe adding more design customization for app would be nice, but really it is not so important for a cowokting space.

Earlier we constantly had issues in the office among our employees on how to reserve desks in the offices and how to track room bookings. Everything was manual and we were struggling with doing double work: booking everything on behalf of our team and making sure that everyone had a place to work today, and also conducting our regular job. We were looking for some tool to automate bookings in the whole space for us and we didn't want to hire an extra person for that. There is one thing that we love the most about Spacebring and this is its user-friendliness. We didn't have to explain anything about it to our team. They just joined the platform for the first time and understood how to use it immediately. Now we can automate all routine work with one system and none of our team has ever complained that something doesn't work or that users have issues. 

We received all the necessary help to set the system up, and I enjoy how organized our booking process for office desks and rooms is right now.

**What do you like best about Spacebring?**

The software provides us with a comprehensive feature set for running a space with > 200 people and with many individual requirements of our community members. We're using the following features: room & desk bookings, community directory, the simple blog (called feed) , event bookings (also with many external guests), shop (e.g. to pre-order lunches at our canteen), support system and the visitor feature.
The user interface is really simple and clean on all devices, which lets andCards stand out a lot from other software we tested originally. Furthermore users typically learn the system easily themselves, so it requires no or in rare cases little training.
We're integrating the software using Zapier with other tools like BaseCamp, Mailchimp and Google Worksuite. We intend to use their API for some deeper integrations in the very near future.

We've been using andCards for approx. 15 months now and what really stands out is their customer support. The reaction times are really quick and our feedback is taken seriously. Many of our feedback points have been implemented within several weeks or a few months. This is a really big plus!

**What do you dislike about Spacebring?**

Of course, there are some shortcomings. I won't list the many ones, that have been quickly resolved based on our feedback. To give everybody full transparency here is our current wish list as of 01/2024:

- Further improve visitor system (esp. ring phone of visited person, when a visitor arrives and send out email notification in parallel)
- Further improve invoicing system to comply with German bookkeeping processes (e.g. automatic export into DATEV, correct voiding of invoices)
- E-mail digest to community for important updates in the community (based on feed)
- Get a professional translation for the German version (the community version has some quirks)

And sometimes we had oukward scheduling issues when same room was planned for different events at the same time. We were looking for sollution and Spacebring looked for us natively understandable. Effective work of the support team, which is always ready to answer any question and help with setting up the application. Receiving feedback from users, the team often and in a short time releases updates and expands the functionality of the program.

Sometimes coworking managers have problems with finding the right tabs to change settings.

I't easy to use, automation of tedious processes, customer interaction, community management.  Andcards integrates with so many useful apps including Kisi locking system.  Their customer service is absolutely amazing.

Not much, but getting out to the homepage is sometimes a little tedious.

Automated bookings, community management, increased sales, event promotion and member engagement have lead to a large increase in sales!

The software is well organized and it is extremely easy to navigate to other sections. Another thing I like about andcards is the feature of automated payment structure. It helps us collect pending payments automatically.

So far our experience with andcards has been pleasant. But we've came across few things we would like to be improved. Their onboarding process is a bit hard. The integrations with other recruiting platforms are also lacking and need improvement.
