**What do you like best about Snappy?**

The gifts to choose from were always interesting and useful - maybe not items I NEEDED but it was always fun to pick out something for myself which I wouldn't have bought or used otherwise.  Depending on the level - there were options like fire pits or very nice earbuds, all the way down to things like hand blenders or air fryers.  It was also very helpfult hat we could gift to employee's spouses/significant others as well.

**What do you dislike about Snappy?**

There was no social recognition component.  Many times we were excited to recognize an employee, but we weren't able to share with others why they were being recognized and we really wanted to be able to do that.

**What problems is Snappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used snappy for Employee recognition and gifting to employees after events - for events.
