We are a true marketplace solution built for any business that would like to enable vendors to sell services, subscriptions, streaming media or physical products from an online Marketplace. Shuup can enable two-sided marketplaces or single-vendor marketplaces for all B2B, B2C or even P2P use cases. Shuup’s variety of features include inventory management, marketing and coupon campaigns, vendor subscription and commission plans, integrations with shipping providers and payment gateways, intuitive page editors...and more.

**What do you like best about SHUUP?**

When I originally signed up Shuup in 2021, their staff was great. Now all those staff members are gone- the company is a shell of what it used to be.

**What do you dislike about SHUUP?**

High turnover. They changed their business model in 2022, so you must have a developer on staff. The platform is not streamlined, is extremely clunky, and outdated. Poor customer service. When they announced that they were changing business models and forcing us into a new contract, the new contacts didn't even have the professionalism to turn on their cameras during the zoom call and look me in the eye to explain the impact this makes on my business. After that call, we terminated the contract.

**What problems is SHUUP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shuup is the problem, didn't solve anything and cost us a lot of time and money.

Creating a product and maintaining stock

**What do you dislike about SHUUP?**

Generating coupons could be a little better.

**What problems is SHUUP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's providing a platform for the local vendors to sell their products online. Its key benefit is local vendors can also sell their products online and earn more. It is so easy to use.  This platform is not only helping local vendors, but also it's helping customers to buy the products from their local vendors.
