It would be nice to be able to upload more photos without any price increase. There also aren't any tech support numbers to call there is only emails. I wish there was a way to create emails and schedule them to send in the future. That would be extremely helpful. Right now, it appears that you can only create them and then send them that moment. It's a little bit confusing to set up discounts on image galleries. Streamlining those menus would be helpful as well. **Recommendations to others considering ShootProof:** Make use of the email templates. There's no need to reinvent the wheel. Design templates that you can use for sending to clients, vendors, or whomever you create galleries for. **What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to create beautiful image galleries for clients and vendors. It's fast and easy to re-send galleries to folks should they need it. There's no need to insert links into emails that you write in another application since the Shootproof app also includes the ability to email clients from directly within the application. Saves a lot of time because everything is housed in one place. No need to link a bunch of different apps together. You can login once and just get down to work. ### 8. It is by far the easiest gallery delivery service for photographers. I mainly use it for weddings and portrait sessions, and my clients love it! It's very simple to customize - from the design, logo, layout, and colors, to subsections within galleries and pricing for prints + products. And of course, the images look great. You can choose your print lab, provide different downloads for different users, and more. I also use Shootproof for other client management, including contract delivery and signing. My clients love how easy it is to review and sign their contract online, with no printing/scanning/mailing required. I love that I can save a variety of templates - it makes my workflow when booking a new client so much faster! **What do you dislike about ShootProof?** I don't have too many dislikes, honestly! I would love to see the ability to put gifs and maybe even video into a gallery, but that could always be a future added feature. The emailing feature could also be a little bit more robust, but it works fine for what I need. **Recommendations to others considering ShootProof:** I know there are a bunch of gallery services available for wedding photographers. The level of consistent customer support I have received from Shootproof is unmatched in my opinion. I also like that they give multiple print lab options - some places force you to choose just one lab. **What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Shootproof, I was delivering galleries via Dropbox (yikes, I know) and it was so difficult for clients to navigate and use. Shootproof makes it so easy for them to view and download their photos - and it makes it easier for me to sell prints/products too! And it's the same for contracts - before Shootproof, I was having to ask clients to print and mail or scan a PDF. It was annoying and difficult for both parties. Now I can book people much faster, and the process is so much more streamlined. ### 13. The ability to create and deliver contracts and invoices was an amazing added tool in the last few years and that made the system even more invaluable. Make sure you test out the experience both from the admin side as well as from the customer experience. You’ll find that Shootproof is the best overall package and offers the most useful features for your dollar spent. Things to look at would be image quality, speed of use, how the system looks on mobile devices since many customers will be viewing the images there, and what information is being retained from visitors so that you can market to them later. You have an outlet to build a potential customer base directly from gallery visitors, you want to make certain you parlay that into future customers. **What problems is ShootProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once you prepare inmates for a gallery you want to also be able to convert those images into online sales with visitors.
