**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

I really appreciate how the support team at Schedulefly is very quick to answer questions and solve problems. It's great that the owner is very involved, which gives it a personal touch and makes us more inclined to continue business with them. I also like communicating with actual human beings instead of a bot, which makes solutions a lot quicker and more direct. Plus, the initial setup was super easy!

integration to our POS system would be nice

Schedulefly helps with communication, planning ahead, celebrating team members, and staying organized.

**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

A very robust platform with a ton of features. We use it at all of our 14 restaurant locations and it provides everything we need.

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

I will let you know when I find something I'm not a fan of.

**What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us schedule all employees from salaried to hourly. Easily able to have servers post and pickup/trade shifts. Helps us to control labor with projections and pay rate information.

**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

It emails shifts to employees and sends a daily schedule to the managers

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

I absolutely hate creating a schedule on it.  We don't have a set schedule every week and this system is highly flexible.
Adjusting a shift's times is several clicks.  
When an employee wants the morning off it shows they want the entire day off
It does not show me how many employees I want to have on each shift.
The schedule template just copies the schedule with the employees from week to week.  There is no way to copy shifts without it being attached to an employee.

Test it thoroughly before spending.

Easy user interface and the fact our emails get sent on time

The downtime for the past 3 weeks it sucks manually writing schedules and doing the excel spreadsheet on too of that information compromise my coworks and I get spam emails now

Nothing I can't get ahold of anyone it seems to go to an automatic phone service and I've emailed and called numerous times

The ease of use with the program, user friendly, and not complicated just for the sake of it.

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

The options to request off could be simplified. So employees and the admin doesn't have to approve 3-day parts per shift. One day approved would be enough.

Try the free trial! Great way to see all the quality of this program.

**What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a small business and the affordability of programs like schedulefly is a lifesaver. I can offer my employees a professional experience, no spreadsheet schedule on a corkboard and we have an easy way to communicate with each other through the program as an added bonus!

Love the specificity, simplicity and interface. Does what I need, and I can access it easily on all my devices. 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

There’s nothing much I don’t like. When an employee only requests a portion of a day off the editing part of the program doesn’t note that. It just notes that they have requested off        

**Recommendations to others considering Schedulefly:**

Definitely recommend. Increases team communication, punctuality, and accountability. Customer Service is great and ability to calculate labor cost is useful. 

**What problems is Schedulefly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the “I didn’t get the schedule” or I wasn’t here to see when I worked” problems. Being able to send via text and email is great.

I can check my schedule anytime and I can pick up shifts that other people can’t work! 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

I don’t like that I can’t invite people to take my shift one on one and leave it open to anyone at the same time.

I can communicate with my co-workers through a work app. I don’t have to worry about tracking down their information.

I like how user friendly it is. When my manager is making schedules, s/he is able to see how many hours everyone is working that week, as well as who is and is not able to work. Love it!

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

There's not really anything in particular that I do not like about it.

Seeing who is working the same time as me. This helps with necessary communication like if someone has to take off quickly for an emergency or needs something for their shift tonight.

**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

Schedulefly is incredibly user friendly and readable. For employees, looking at personal, daily, and weekly schedules is a breeze and for managers, creating and editing schedules is incredibly quick and easy. Employees can enter in their availability to work based upon their own schedules, and managers are automatically able to see who is available during each shift based on people's availability requests. 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

Honestly there's nothing I don't love about schedulefly; its the perfect scheduling system. I guess if there were anything I would improve, I would add in some additional projecting capabilities for sales and labor percentages, but those are very minor to me and don't really impact my view on the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Schedulefly:**

I highly recommend Schedulefly to anyone running an availability-based or shift-based business. The ease of use is unparalleled and both employees and management love it.

Scheduling is made a breeze with Schedulefly. Managers can easily create and edit schedules, and both management and employees can easily view weekly schedules for the whole staff or a personalized schedule for the week. Employees can easily give up and pick up shifts, enter their availability for scheduling, and access contact information for other employees.

Cannot swap shift if the shift is under 24h away

Schedulefly provides a simple way for me to always have my work schedule at my fingertips. I love the text notifications feature, so I can get my schedule sent to me every week on my phone

That the site logs you in automatically if that’s the preference the user sets up.

Sometimes doesn't show updates to the schedule that fast.

This software allowes management teams to effectively schedule their employees and for them to request days off. 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

There is no mobile application so therefore every time someone needs to use the website they must use a web browser.

Scheduling an entire restaurant worth of employees. It makes it easy for employees to view their schedules and make adjustments.

**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

The best thing about Schedulefly is that it is very user friendly. People are able to enter their availability and you can easily generate a weekly schedule and accommodate people's requests for time off. I also like that people can choose to "give up" their shift and have others pick up their shift. The giving up and picking up of shifts are recorded so that people are held accountable vs. 'well, he said he would work for me' and having no one show up for work. 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

There really isn't anything to dislike about it. I've only had positive experiences with it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Schedulefly:**

If you are looking for a tool to schedule employees, this will fit your needs. There are many pros to schedulefly such as ease of use by the administrator and employees, the ability to easily share weekly schedules with everyone, employees ability to update their availability and time off requests, and to easily accommodate for any last minute scheduling needs by employees. It's great if you have employees that are always hoping to pick up extra shifts. Overall, a great and easy tool to tackle the pain of making sure that the restaurant is staffed.

I wanted to be able to easily create schedules that are accessible on the web, mobile friendly, and an easy way for employees to stay on top of their schedules. One major benefit was that employees knew when the next week's schedule would be posted, so I didn't need to spend the time to send out any additional communications around schedules.

**What do you like best about Schedulefly?**

tells the employee what your schedule is and easily sends it to all coworkers. I do not have to ask when my schedule is it always on my phone for me to see

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

It is a hassle to get into the web browser and i have not seen an app for it yet. I keep having to pull the login up form my email and open it if i have data to use my phone internet. No one at my current workplace uses the message board feature. i have asked questions and had no answer if it was an app with notifications i might be able to communicate better with people and ifso facto.

To actually try to use it and open up some message boards

its not my job to fix the software. Schedule comes upon a text which is easy

nothing so far. All works so far. The only thing- is there an SF app yet?

I like that you are able to access your schedule and shifts in one area. It is helpful because you are able to locate your schedules, time off, trades, and documents.

So far there isn't anything that I don't like about this program.

Schedulefly is great for companies just starting out.  You can schedule your staff and no one needs to download anything.  Everything is off the web.

Schedulefly has a small staff and the charge for adding more staff to the system costs more.

I love that it texts me instantly. I can log on and get any of my fellow employees numbers to switch shifts. And it's super easy to drop shifts and pick them up..

There's really nothing to dislike.Everything is great!

Helps with easy communication. List all company documents, employee phone numbers, and I love the fact that it texts me with any schedule changes immediately.

The capability to link profile to text messaging alerts and updates! 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

That there are no mass adjustment buttons to alter my schedule - for example, "permanent request off for all weekday lunch shifts". Schedulefly is also not intuitive in editing past requests for time off.

Be patient with the development of what has potential to be a great product!

Communication with employees, communication between employees and scheduling were all addressed in the decision to use Schedulefly.

I like that I can keep employee's personal info sorted in a digital database. 

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

The site itself works like you're constantly on dialup on a computer from 1995, and only offers a mobile site with partial functions from the full site, no mobile app.

Any other scheduling site/app.

Scheduling is being solved, sort of. The benefits of scheduling via one site are obvious, but this site struggle to bring those benefits out.

How anyone can go in and make changes so that I do not have to.

**What do you dislike about Schedulefly?**

There is no phone application for me to use. It would be easier to make an approve changes at anytime if there was an app.

Scheduling bartenders which is constantly changing on a daily basis due to last minute bookings.
