The main downside is that ScheduleFly keeps things simple, which is usually a strength, but it can limit customization. For example, we use the daily notes for reservations, events, and sports, and having more color options would make it easier to distinguish them at a glance. Some businesses may also want more advanced features or reporting than a straightforward scheduling system provides. For our needs, though, the simplicity is part of what makes it work well. I really appreciate Schedulefly's customer service; they're the best in the business, extremely responsive, and very friendly. I also like how easy it is to use, which makes training new supervisors simple. The pricing is another aspect I appreciate. Plus, the platform allows us to house company documents in an easy and always accessible place, and the reports tab is great for auditing schedules and time off requests. Creating and posting schedules, as well as communicating efficiently with all our venues, is seamless. The software is rock solid, simple and user friendly. It does exactly what you'd like it to do, without a lot of bells and whistles. It is simple and streamlined, and not bloated. I really appreciate how I can communicate with approximately 100 employees all at once, either individually or by group. Schedulefly is very functional and easy to use for both employees and employers. I like how I can schedule weekly or months out and also have the ability to accept or decline requests for days off and track labor. I love how easy and convenient Schedulefly is to use. It really simplifies the scheduling for our restaurant and serves as a fantastic communication tool with our large staff. The messaging capabilities are awesome because we can send messages to more than 21 people, unlike cell phones which max out at 20. This is a huge time-saver for us.
