**What do you like best about Rossum?**

The user interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. I appreciated having access to a ready-to-use free trial, which allowed me to test the software before making any commitments. Additionally, the support team and every Rossum employee I have interacted with so far have been amazing!

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

The configuration pages for extensions are not very intuitive, which can make setup a bit confusing. Additionally, it's frustrating that you can't download more than 500 documents at once from a specific queue and status. The user interface for line items can also be tricky or even annoying at times.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rossum has greatly reduced the amount of manual work required in our Accounts Payable process. Prior to implementing it, our team spent an enormous amount of time validating invoice data, correcting errors, and managing inconsistencies from various suppliers. With Rossum, invoices are now captured, classified, and validated with impressive accuracy, enabling us to handle large volumes more quickly and with fewer errors.

Additionally, Rossum has provided us with complete visibility into our workflow, making it much easier to identify and address bottlenecks. The automation has allowed our team to shift their focus to more valuable tasks rather than repetitive data entry. In summary, Rossum has notably improved our operational efficiency, minimized mistakes, and allowed us to scale our AP process without the need to add more staff.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

I really like that Rossum is super intuitive and easy to navigate overall. Our team found it incredibly simple to adopt, and the results have been outstanding. The Rossum team is also fantastic, consistently providing excellent customer support and guidance whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

The parts I like the least are related to the extension and dataset configuration, which still feel unintuitive and not particularly user friendly. I also find the range of status options somewhat limited, and it would be helpful to have more choices, ideally with the ability to configure custom ones. Although the overall experience has improved, I still wish there were an easier and more streamlined way to apply the same field configurations across different queues.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rossum is helping us overcome the challenges of a heavily manual process by automating more than 80% of our workflow. Our team is now far more efficient, with more time available to focus on other important tasks. In addition, the data we extract from our invoices is now properly structured, making it much easier to analyze and use for decision-making.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

This tool is extremely easy to use, featuring a clean and intuitive user interface. The Rossum team is dedicated and genuinely cares about their customers. They offer more than just software; their commitment goes beyond simply making a sale.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

One drawback is the absence of a mobile app, which limits accessibility on the go. 

Additionally, datasets are restricted to a maximum size of 50 MB, which can be inconvenient for handling larger files. 

Another limitation is the missing feature that would let users set up automatic re-extraction of documents that remain in the "To Review" status.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rossum has greatly improved the quality of data we capture and store in our database. 

It has also enabled us to create new reports and perform analytics on the results with much greater confidence, even in areas where we previously had no data at all. 

Additionally, Rossum has significantly reduced our error rate.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

The system is very simple to use. I love how the system 'learns' how to read the orders so the more you process the more it knows how to pull the information for ease of placing. If there is an issue with the order you can email either the account manager or customer direct from the system. I like to see how accurate Rossum thinks the order is so it gives me peace of mind when i see Rossum thinks an order is 99% accurate to be able to process

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

Sometimes on the rare occasion Rossum picks up the incorrect information.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rossum makes the job much easier and it takes only a few minutes to process many orders. Its been a game changer within our Company. Our old system was slow and clunky.

Rossum is easy to use easy to teach to new colleagues and helps elevate a lot of workload in our teams in both administration and finance.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

I was not involved in any of the implementation side of things, and honestly do not have any thing about Rossum that I do not like.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to solve the large amount of orders we get, that until Rossum, were read and added to our system manually taking up more than a days (24hrs) worth of time across the team across a few days. Rossum now reads the orders and then processes out to our ordering system, cutting the manual time with these order down to less than an hour a week.

Very user-friendly, and invoice processing is simple and fast. The Rossum team is extremely helpful and guides you through every step of the process. The aftercare was excellent as well, and nothing was too much trouble for them when I needed assistance.

I don’t dislike anything about Rossum. That said, their approval flows could be improved to create a better, smoother experience for approvers.

We have been working with Rossum for the past 1.5 years on an AI-based solution, and our experience has been extremely positive. The development phase progressed very quickly, and the final solution functions exactly as intended. We are completely satisfied with the results.

The team is small, and while new enhancements are not delivered very quickly, their quality is consistently good. I believe that with a few adjustments, our positive collaboration could become even stronger. We look forward to continuing our work with the Rossum team and overcoming any challenges together.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

Rossum is highly intuitive and straightforward to use. Whenever we encountered anything even slightly unusual, the AI helper, helpdesk team, or our service delivery partner were always able to assist us. Integrating Rossum into our in-house developed platform was quick and efficient, and communication between our developers and the Rossum team was consistently helpful. We now rely on Rossum daily to process thousands of documents each month and continue to discover new ways to utilize it.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

The only obstacle I face when using Rossum is my own limited technical knowledge. However, Rossum's integrations and AI assistant have gone a long way in helping me overcome this challenge.

In the past, we had to manually process thousands of documents because our previous system was unable to handle them efficiently or accurately. This task would take us several hours to complete. Since we started using Rossum, the amount of manual input required has been significantly reduced, which has greatly lessened the workload for our team.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

Rossum has incredible reporting, a wide range of extensions and readymade integrations, the UI is nice and clear and the AI tool to generate custom code is brilliant. It's enabled us to hugely increase the number of orders and invoices processed and achieve time savings of 20 working days per month. The implementation went really smoothly, and Jakub was an amazing onboarding manager. The customer support we've received since has been brilliant, and the teams are using Rossum all day every day. The integrations worked really well, and having all the documentation available was super helpful.

There are no downsides, the benefits keep on coming.

We have cleaner data capture across 1000s of different document formats, we no longer have to set up templates and are achieving huge time savings using the automation available as well as creating custom rules to prevent any issues from happening.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

The User Interface is the best aspect of Rossum for me, as it made the software easy to pick up and learn with. The clear & self-explanatory nature of the design helps encourage more in depth and frequent use. 
It effortlessly reads uploaded documents even if its a new format, with only minor tweaks necessary. This makes implementing new accounts as a business much easier and encourages us to run more and more through Rossum.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

The confidence scores in Rossum aren't always perfect, sometimes only having a 50% confidence score for simple data. This means that some documents really struggle to be automated. Sometimes even misidentifying 'GBP' and not being confident in this, manual intervention easily gets around this, but it shouldn't be necessary. 

It also struggles with some documents still despite consistent manual fixing of the mapping. Often this is where the data being selected is close enough together the software cannot differentiate.

The processing of documents prior to Rossum was primarily a manual process. Running all these documents through the software has freed up a significant amount of time for the team and streamlined our work processes significantly. Allowing each of us to focus our time on more complex queries.

I really enjoy using Rossum – it's intuitive, easy to use, and can be tailored to fit specific needs. The platform is capable of learning most of the recognition process, which significantly increases the volume and speed of document processing. Communication with the Rossum team is smooth and very efficient. I also appreciate that you don't need advanced coding skills to perform basic administrative tasks or make changes within projects. Even when there's a need to create a custom queue for a specific client, it can be done quickly and easily thanks to the platform’s flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

When I first started working with the Rossum platform, the interface was visually very appealing. However, it was later suddenly changed, and the new design doesn’t feel as visually attractive. Of course, I've gotten used to it by now, but I personally preferred the previous version.

The layout and interface is really easy to use and understand. Quick and easy to find information and simple for processing. The support given from the Rossum team is also very helpful and they are very professional. Its ability to read the information we have on our accounting system and integrate with it so we can identify problems and errors is also very helpful and will save us a lot of time.

Due to the use of AI, a lot of work goes into getting the information correct so that the AI can read and understand what is correct information and what isn't; but in the long run we can see how it will benefit us.

Rossum is helping us to speed up our invoice processing time so we have more time to deal with queries. Helping with reducing duplicate invoices and avoid duplicate payments being made. Rossum is also allowing us to find problems and errors with invoices before it hits our accounting system.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

The system is very intuitive and easy to use, it has greatly improved the rate that invoices are processed and helps to flag invoices which has various compliance issues (including but not limited to missing PO's, bank detail mismatches, missing VAT numbers).

The team are also very supportive in tailoring the system to our needs and are quick in making the required changes. They are also on hand to work resolve any general system issues and problems with integration.

There are a few minor issues with integration as we have launched alongside a new finance system, but the team were very supportive and quickly resolved these issues.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps flag invoices with missing purchase order information and also notifies on any other compulsory data needed for compliance purposes - this can include but not restricted missing VAT numbers, exchange rates.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

Everything works without stops. API is fast and responsive. The product is constantly getting developed, and the support is fast and effective. The extension environment is simple to navigate and relatively intuitive. The documentation is robust.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

Only minor gripes, like when accessing a piece of data is three clicks away or lack of ability to access database - related errors to see why upload went wrong.

**What problems is Rossum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps process documents and read them with top-of-industry quality. It greatly integrates into the middle of the process. It helps with document inflow and filtering. The model learning capabilities are extremely efficient. It easily can connect to many databases and  implements  complex business logic, with my help. The act of annotating is very fast and intuitive.  It minimizes the time of document processing and even lets us prepare many custom payloads for multiple business use cases.

Rossum has been a gamechanger with annotating and automating invoice reading. We have only been using the system for our core invoices for the last month and can see that this is going to benefit our team majorly when it comes to getting the invoices processed onto the system accurately.

I have not been using the system long enough to have anything to dislike about it yet.

We have a large number of invoices that come in to be processed which originally the team would have to manually select all the data that needed to be captured. 
However when using Rossum a number of these manually processes will be taken away.

**What do you like best about Rossum?**

I have been working with the system as part of the client development team for over two years, and we handle a vast number of invoices with very specific processing requirements. This system allows for highly flexible customization to meet our needs and offers a wide range of standard solutions.

In addition to its primary goal of processing invoices, another significant advantage is its ability to streamline data collection from all invoices, which greatly aids in data analysis. The customer support is excellent, responding quickly and effectively. Additionally, we have our own client manager, with whom we have weekly calls for assistance.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

One downside I would note is the slowdown of the system at the beginning of each month. Aside from that, everything is great.

We started using Rossum to elimate alot of the manual processing of invoices we currently had implemented. Rossum has been instrumental in managing our workload and the automation has improved significantly since we begun.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

We have some larger invoices with lots of detail and Rossum can become very slow when processing these documents. These particular cases also do not automate due to the complexities.

Implementing Rossum has meant we haven't needed to increase headcount to cover the invoice processing. Rossum has recently had an update which is going to take some getting used to but prior was user friendly.

Rossum is helping in various usecases within our company. We use it for the improvement of our data quality, staying compliant on taxes by using invoices and automate our purchase orders of our B2B customers world wide.
We benefit by reducing human error and having faster lead times. Without configuring a lot it can support a lot of document layout. No need to configure any rules or templates per layout / customer. It just works from scratch and learns on human correction. Rossum supports a lot of interfaces and thus makes it very easy to communicate with our internal systems like SAP.

Rossum has allowed us to process a rapidly growing number of documents, without having to constantly hire and train new employees. And strangely, it has made annotating documents fun, rather than tedious and stressful.

Like anything worthwhile, there was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning. But it quickly became clear how much time it was saving. Occasionally there is a minor glitch or technical issue, but the Rossum team is always very quick to resolve any issues that arise.

We process hundreds of documents each day, and were struggling to keep up with rapid business growth. Rossum allowed us to get a lot more done with fewer people. Rossum also allows us to handle peak seasons when the volume of documents triples for a couple of weeks at a time.

From the sales process, to implementation, through ongoing support, our organization has had wonderful experiences with Rossum.  

The product works as promised, and in fact, the machine learning is delivering better than expected results.  With a relatively small amount of data, in less than 3 months, we are seeing accuracy well above our former provider. 

The integration team was easy to work with, and extremely responsive.  We have been able to seemlessly integrate Rossum into our daily workflow in our primary operating system.  We use Rossum every day to import important documents for our clients.  The user interface is easy to use.

The customer support team is quick to respond to our needs during their EU support hours.

**What do you dislike about Rossum?**

We do wish they had US based support hours.

It speeds up the process and accuracy of importing our clients bills into our sytem for our team to review on their behalf.

Rossum has been great in adapting to our companies specific needs when it comes to automation. We needed it tailored to us, so Rossum can automate the order entry part in our company. The AI has been great and the learning process has been smooth and it is getting better and faster.

I would like for it to offer more options on reporting as my managers needs statistics, but I have been informed that they are in the process of offering a better tool, so I will be one of the first to take advantage of it when it is launched!

Rossum is helping with processing our customer purchase orders. The benefit is that the AI is way more accurate than a human statistically and we have had way less order entry errors since Rossum has been implemented.

I use Rossum through a browser day to day, which might be the cause of it being slow from time to time. When annotating larger invoices, the platform can be laggy and unresponsive.

Rossum software is very smart, easy to use, and has a great workflow for extracting invoice details and line items. The software learns invoices very quickly. It is very easy to click and add information from a PDF invoice. I love how it identifies duplicate invoices and gives you the right tools.

I wish it had a lower tier for the number of pdfs as we are a smaller company.

Teaching Rossum's AI was incredibly easy and took less time than expected! My company and colleagues use this program daily and has become an integral tool for our funstioning.

Sometimes the font on orders and emails trips up Rossom, but it is easy to fix the errors.
