What do you like best about Rocketseed?

What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

I don't have a problem with Rocketseed. The original signature design was slightly frustrating because while the team was responsive, it took several rounds to get the design right, even though we sent them an exact mockup, asking for them to replicate it. What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a relatively large organization, and there was no consistency across email signatures. It wasn't working to just tell people to update their signatures - the only way to make it happen was to force the change internally and take it out of the individual hands of our employees. There aren’t many major downsides, but the initial setup and some of the more advanced customization options do come with a bit of a learning curve. From time to time, changes also need to be tested across different email platforms to make sure the formatting stays consistent. What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Rocketseed, managing email signatures across our business was a manual, time-consuming task. We found it difficult to keep branding consistent, ensure employee details stayed up to date, and make effective use of email as a marketing channel.

With Rocketseed, we can centrally manage and update all employee email signatures in real time, which helps maintain a consistent and professional brand presence in every email sent. This has greatly reduced the administrative load on our IT and admin teams, saving valuable time whenever changes or updates are needed.

The platform has also made it possible for us to use email signatures for targeted marketing campaigns, company announcements, and promotional messaging without depending on individual employees to update anything themselves. As a result, we’ve strengthened brand consistency, improved marketing visibility, and feel more confident that our outbound communications are professional, compliant, and aligned with our company image.

"Easy Banner Updates, but the Look Feels a Bit Outdated"

"User-Friendly Central Brand Management With Great Performance and ROI"

What do you like best about Rocketseed?

What I like about Rocketseed is that we can centrally manage our brand using their user-friendly platform. The platform's performance is great with no glitches, and it keeps our brand consistent. Also, we can target our promo campaigns to the relevant audience, and we receive great CTR. Each employee who sends an email to an external audience means we reach more people outside of our other advertising efforts. This ultimately provides a higher return on investment (ROI). What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

The downside is configuring the tool through Azure integration to target internal employees. I found this to be very complex. I still haven't got it right. I'll ask the Rocketseed support team for more training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocketseed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Rocketseed, our staff used to copy and paste the signature we created and implement it themselves. This was a static signature built in HTML that employees could edit, leading to brand and job title inconsistencies. After implementing Rocketseed, all these were managed centrally through the Rocketseed platform. We only had to create one template in line with our brand guidelines. The job titles are pulled from Azure Directory, which is integrated with Rocketseed. These are managed directly by our IT. Meaning no one can decide their job title. An unexpected benefit was the dynamic brand element where we are able to apply promotional ads to target relevant audiences. This feature has helped us no just rely on advertising to push out our product promotions, but also rely on the Rocketseed automated signature to do this job for us. What do you like best about Rocketseed?

For a company our size, with around 30 staff needing consistent email signatures across BDA Lighting Group, Rocketseed makes central management simple. We can update the signature template once and push it out to everyone, so branding stays consistent instead of employees making their own versions in Outlook. What do you dislike about Rocketseed?

The admin dashboard can feel a bit dated compared to some newer SaaS tools, and it took our team some back and forth with support to get the initial signature template formatted correctly across different email clients. For a smaller organization like ours, the pricing per user also adds up, so it would be nice to see more flexible tiers for businesses with under 50 employees. Before Rocketseed, everyone at BDA Lighting Group was setting up their own email signature manually, which meant inconsistent logos, fonts, and contact formatting across the team. Rocketseed lets us manage and update signatures for all 30 or so staff from one place, so branding stays consistent whenever we update our logo or add a new promotion banner, and IT no longer has to walk each employee through manual signature changes.
