I find Rocketseed to be quick and easy to use, making the process of uploading a new banner and assigning it to the appropriate group take just a few minutes. I really like being able to create groups so that different banners can be assigned to different senders, which helps us target specific teams with relevant messaging while running multiple campaigns simultaneously. The sender groups and banner functions are really useful for this. Additionally, the signature feature helps our company maintain a uniform approach. I would love to have the ability that if I was sending an email to a specific domain I could have a different banner for this. I think the customer service has always been really good. We've been serviced by Morgan, who is very quick to address any issues or answer queries. Recently, Anna has been fantastic in terms of proactivity, especially when onboarding a new marketing assistant here. I'm really pleased with the level of service that comes with Rocketseed. Also, setting up new team members or guests is pretty easy, and the customer service is always there to rely on, ensuring everything is correct. I think there's a legacy system with our signatures. We haven't had a sort of sole person of responsibility for that. In my three years here, and certainly, even longer than that. I think there's a long list of different things to clear out. It's been really useful from Anna to get a better understanding of those different campaigns, and all I could ask of more is for her to clear those we don't use as we don't have a Marketing Assistant again now, but also understand that's hard to lean on. I use Rocketseed for our email signatures, and it's set up on multiple devices which is great. The signatures look really professional, and I love having different links in a signature. I include links to our usual websites and a 'book a demo with me' link. I can track who clicked on what, which is super helpful. I really like that Rocketseed allows us to brand all of our external emails effectively. The ability to create different signatures for various campaigns throughout the year is great; it helps highlight different elements of our service to our client companies and candidate jobseekers. It’s also extremely valuable that Rocketseed helps us keep different receiver groups updated about events, new data we are publishing, or company news. We are able to track which links in our signatures get clicked more often, which is useful for converting traffic to our website or LinkedIn profiles. I like how easy Rocketseed is to use. I don't really have to think about it; if there's anything I need to do, I can just go right into the platform and edit as needed. My client solutions manager, Luke Steyer, has been very helpful in figuring anything out I can't on my own. Rocketseed makes it easier for us to add our email signatures to all of our outgoing emails. I'm learning how to make sure that accounts aren't doubled, that I don't have additional accounts within the platform that I don't need. Also, as we hire new employees or employees turnover, I need to ensure that the account is up to date, and we don't have additional people within the platform that shouldn't be.
