What I like best about QuestionStar is that it makes patient follow ups and health surveys simple to manage in daily work. when surveys become a little longer with many questions and logic settings, managing everything can take some extra time in the beginning. the platform is easy overall, but for first time users some options and settings may need a little learning before the workflow feels fully comfortable. i also noticed that managing responses becomes slightly less comfortable when surveys start collecting more patient entries.
