From creating a contact, task, attaching files and new policies. Emailing within QQC also very simple. Enables you to attach files and acords easily. I don't work with invoicing, accounting or many reports, but hear it works for our needs. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** Sometimes when an "error" message is received, a task may not be saved. Sends forms, cancellations, store files, and more. Any and every agency needs Q Catalyst or something similar. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** An account or two will not merge with other like accounts. Had issues with docusign initially but Q's support staff helped me out with that one. All in all an excellent experience. **What problems is QQCatalyst solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sorting various forms and notices for future use and for customer use (at a later date). It's important to be able to open shop and go directly to what you need and not waste time looking for data. I started off as an insurance agent, and I am now an agency owner. QQ is extremely user friendly, and their support staff has been beyond helpful. QQ has always integrated very easily with our other programs. Once you know what you're doing, it's worth it. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** It does take a lot of training videos to learn exactly how to function. The videos are so basic and exhausting. Email intergration could use a little updating. Items keyed on one screen/tab would not always convert to other screens/tabs causing a lot of time to key accounts. QQCatalyst does not seem to be this way. The system is very user friendly, and the support staff is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about QQCatalyst?** I don't know that this is a QQCatalyst issue, but it is frustrating. We do not have too many carriers that have partnered with QQCatalyst to complete downloads. Merging on EXACT verbiage only is not helpful. From certificates to invoices and the download has really be great. Also their customer service is one of the best I have dealt with.
