**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

ProcureDesk is saving us around four hours each week thanks to its smooth, clean integration with QBO. On top of that, we now have much better front-end visibility and stronger control over the overall process. The AI Chatbot also works very well from a help desk perspective, which has been a genuinely nice added benefit. Finally, the onboarding process was thorough, detailed, and truly helpful.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

To be honest, I’m quite satisfied with most aspects of ProcureDesk. The only issue we’ve run into was a performance problem that took a bit of time to get resolved, but overall my experience has been positive.

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcureDesk is helping us in a few key ways. First, it has virtually eliminated the manual entry of invoices. Second, we now have better control of our spend. Third, because there’s less paper involved, invoices no longer get lost.

I like how easy it is to use. The interface feels simple, clear, and straightforward, which makes everything easy to navigate.

It doesn’t have a reminder to notify users to complete receiving, and there’s no clear way to tell when a supplier is missing bank information. Because of that, their invoices can be easily overlooked, and it’s easy to forget to process the payment.

Procurement, invoicing, and payment are all in one place, and the approval flow is straightforward and well organized, it helps reduce manual work and error.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

I love the scanning of multiple invoices from one email; the automation, the integration with POs, receipts, backup and streamlining the processes in the daily accounting process.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

I dislike the inability to stay in a vendors record without going back and having to search again. It would save a lot of time if there were a vendor isolation tool to allow working with only that vendor.

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcureDesk saves me time by scanning and reading invoices. I don't have to do the tedious entering data part. Likewise when the account is defaulted, I don't have to remember or research the account used. It also saves time by making it easy to match and batch payments.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Support responses to sync errors are quick and resolved within a day or two. Overall, very happy with the product. Works as intended.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

We had an issue during integration where vendor information was overwritten. No other issues since other than the occasional sync error. Suggest backing up/exporting all information prior to integration to be safe.

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcureDesk allows our company employees to place purchase orders at varying approval tiers, communicate with supervisors via comments in the PO itself who can then approve/reject those orders, and then integrates them over to our QuickBooks Online for our accounting team to review and process. It also sends orders directly out to our suppliers and team via automated email. Approval tiers and user access is easily managed within ProcureDesk, without the need to give access to QuickBooks. We utilize classes and departments that allow for easier record keeping. We are also using the Amazon punchout catalog function that connects with our Amazon and has become extremely convenient for employees across different facilities and departments to place Amazon orders, and has positively changed how we do business.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

ProcureDesk gives finance eyes and ears over the procurement process.  Implementation is simple and the ease of integration between ERP and ProcureDesk along with all the punchout catalogs that are available to add make ProcureDesk an easy answer to a complex problem.  The ease of creating customized workflows and roles allows the tool to grow with your company.  Approving invoices and purchase orders has never been easier and I've never had an end user complain about either or ProcureDesk being too difficult. Lastly, there's never been a time where I wasn't able to receive support from the team, and they've always been responsive to finding creative solutions if needed.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

The only complaint I've ever received about ProcureDesk is that end users would like to see more shipment tacking capabilities.  I'd like to see the tool further expand to include more contract management capabilities that would allow the legal team to adopt the same tool.

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcureDesk is automating a very manual process.  This is allowing finance to have more accurate and up to date data for budgeting purposes.  This tool is also speeding up approvals of invoices and orders and decreasing time spent manually creating purchase orders.

I like how everything is on one page. You can see everything without having to wait for another page to load or you open.

The only thing I can say that I do not like about it is not seeing the vendor ID on the screen. You can only see the vendor name.

It alerts to duplicate invoices. It also does not sync to our other system if there is an error. We can fix the problem before it syncs instead of having to fix on the end of the process.

ProcureDesk has been amazing at answering questions and making sure we understand the system. The system takes a little bit of understanding but with our weekly cadence calls we have grasped a better understanding on how each part of the system works. The ProcureDesk team is eager to grow and develop a robust system prepared to grow with our company. They have been working with us and the other systems to create a seamless integration

There are lots of little quirks in the system but as you work with the team they make it easier to understand. We have a bit of a learning curve as our team operates a little differently than most but they are willing to work with us to make the system work for us.

The biggest problem ProcureDesk has helped us eliminate is Budgeting and being able to have a central place to review the budget.
Our teams now have a place to see what has been spent and the details of it to ensure they stay within their budget.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

The speed at which I am able to process invoices is unprecedented. Not only can it link to my inbox to draft invoices, but I can edit multiple lines of account coding at once. The approval process for managers is also a breeze. Customer services is also excellent! I usually have any issues resolved the same day I bring them up to the support team. The set up and integration with our other finance system was extremely quick with minimum roadblocks. I use ProcureDesk every day, and I would not go back to the old system we used to have.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind when I think of things that need to be improved. Anything that I had an issue with was corrected during their latest update.

It is solving the large quantity of invoices we get in daily. I manage all the invoices for 10 different locations, and without the automation I would be behind on all my work.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

One of the things I like best about ProcureDesk is its user friendly interface, which makes it easy to create, approve and track purchase orders. The system is customizable, allowing us to tailor workflows to our specific needs, ensuring efficiency and compliance with our purchasing policies. Most helpful aspect is the automated approvals save time and reduce manual follow-ups, making the entire purchasing process more efficient. Additionally, the integration with our accounting software is wonderful! I think the biggest upside to ProcureDesk is the control and transparency it brings to procurement. It helps reduce errors and improves budget management. The reporting structure enables better decision making. The punchout catalogs are probably the best feature in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

One thing I dislike about ProcureDesk is the user interface. It can sometimes feel unintuitive when setting up custom workflows. The least helpful aspect is the occasional lag in system responsiveness. One downside of ProcureDesk is the learning curve for new user, especially since the new Ui rolled out. We had to set up an entirely new training. It takes time to fullly understand how to optimize the systems features.

ProcureDesk helps us ensure all items of orders have been fulfilled by using the receipts function. This helps us to properly track and inventory what has been delivered versus what we are still waiting on to be shipped and/or delivered.

Our support Anubhav, is very responsive and knowledgeable about the product. Pretty user-friendly.

System limitations on budget, not being able to sort by project and imported budgets not adding budget owners.
Also it seems like the personalization that was done for our organization limits the effective utilization of other features.

The tops things about ProcureDesk are ease of use, customer support, and adaptability of the platform. I do not have an accounting background, but I was able to easily use this platform. This allowed me to research similar invoices and appropriately code invoices with ease.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

Since it is a newer product, there are some bugs or slower process flows that need to be evaluated. However, the team at ProcureDesk is always willing to help and constantly asks for feedback. Many of the ideas that I ask for improvement are implemented quickly.

ProcureDesk helps by automating a lot of the functions required for AP. It will automatically upload invoices from emails into the system to allow for easy review and approval.

I like how simple it is to reconcile invoices to received orders. I like how easy it is to tell when there's a problem, and to fix it is most of the time easy and straight forward. I also like how easy it was to integrate several different entities into one system.

Customer support is always quick and thorough.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

I wish the line items were easier to input. In other systems I've used, you've been able to type right into text boxes on the PO screen and you don't need to open up another window. Opening up a new window for every line item gets annoying and time consuming when you have a 20-30 line item PO. I know you have the "edit multiple lines" button, but a lot of times the lines can be very different.

Matching up invoices to received POs. 

It used to be a manual process that took someone on our teams hours a day to do. Now it is done automatically saving time and money.

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

ProcureDesk is a powerful platform which make the procurement and payable process easy to handle and smoothen the process. I personally used it with Microsoft Business Central, and the amazing part was the  smooth integration. 

It’s easy to track the and controll all the POs and invoices processed through ProcureDesk. 

Its user friendly interface, responsive support from their staff further enhance its value. It’s very reliable and efficient tool.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

I have encountered one issue, the occasional sync issue which some time caused delay in processing. But hats off to the support staff, they are very active, I would very professional in their dealing as well. All the solutions have been provided quickly

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The purchase order raising was on the finance department job but with the ProcureDesk this task was seamlessly shifted to non finance department and they do not face issues due to the user friendly interface and seamless integration. 

The approval flows, automation of generation and sending emails to the suppliers is a very efficient and time saving step.

We have better control over the process and very helpful reports can be generated to have better analysis and have better visibility

Ease of operation, ability to check status of orders, great system of checks and balances. The integration to our accounting software makes things seamless and smooth. Customer support is always available, clear, and consise. I use ProcureDesk every day, all day long.  I'd be lost without it.

Not very many downsides.  With the new update, my only issue is that the assist chat bubble blocks my arrow for the next page.  Not a very big deal.

Entry is inefficient. We need to be able to have templates for invoices. I have some that have 15 lines, just for departments, and I have to add lines every time. Too many screens to go to enter an invoice.

I like the approval process. The ability to have anything over a certain dollar amount needing to have a secondary approval is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

When an order isn't approved in a timely fashion, the punchouts such as Walmart or Amazon may cancel the order due to delivery date or change of price. Then you need to put the order back in. This wastes time. I do not know what the solution could be but I wish there was one

Being mostly a user of procuredesk, the problem is solving the approval process for spending money within our company

**What do you like best about ProcureDesk?**

The platform meets all of our needs for a procurement and approval workflow management platform. The streamlined presentation makes it very easy to train new users and makes for a great user experience.  The support team behind the product is excellent and responds to questions/issues impressively quickly.

**What do you dislike about ProcureDesk?**

The expense management module is still a bit half-baked and not as good as other solutions.  This is not a dealbreaker though as the main function of ProcureDesk is it's procurement and approval workflows.

**What problems is ProcureDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ProcureDesk allows for a streamlined purchasing solution that has excellent approval controls and workflows.  Prior to implementing ProcureDesk, we were handling approvals via email, which quickly became to much to manage.
