**What do you like best about Primetric?**

Primetric automated a huge part of my time tracking. First of all, the system sends a reminder whenever I forget to log my hours. Secondly, the tool imports the information on my time offs from other apps, so I do not have to fill them in once again. Last but not least, the time tracking process itself is very simple and straightforward; I do not have to spend hours doing it!

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The starting time for my daily work is automatically set to the time I log my hours at; as a result, I have to change the hour manually every time, since I track my time at the end of the day.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Primetric for time tracking and, so far, I’m very happy with this feature. It is much simpler than the other tools I’m familiar with, and it contains some automated features that help me keep track of my work. As a result, my time tracking is more precise and accurate.

- resource planning tool - the tool for simple vacancies replacements and planning future projects could be more friendly from a user-experience perspective 
- blank CVs customization - it would be awesome to have the possibility to have a set template for blank CVs

It's solving different managing tools in one place - project assignments, time-tracking, and managing employees' profiles. It also allows having multiple accesses for employee and managerial roles.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I like the overall quality of the tool. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and during this time I had noticed no problems with loading times and delays, and was very reliable in general. Being a new user, I also really like the interface of the tool; it’s simple and easy to use even without detailed instructions, which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would really like to have an option to copy the tasks from the previous day to the current one. Sometimes I work on a single task for days and weeks, so I have to copy the description of my work manually every time.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I always considered time tracking to be the least interesting part of my work (on top of being quite time consuming, of course). Since I have started using Primetric, the process only takes me a few seconds and it does not require some in-depth knowledge about the tool; it’s as simple as it can be.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I’m a great fan of Primetric’s time offs and time tracking. I can easily manage time off requests in the system and plan work based on the available hours. I can also see all the work I have to do in the foreseeable future and, after I track my progress, I can export the information and share it with other people in my company. It’s a very convenient solution.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

When I have already entered a number of hours for a project and I want to change it, the hours add up (instead of changing to a new value) and I have to delete already added rows which is not very intuitive for me.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use the tool for time offs and time tracking and I have noticed that both of these processes were significantly simplified with Primetric. For example, I can easily add up tracked hours from all the projects and sum up my work at the end of the month.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I use Primetric as time logging, vacation planner and resource manager tool. It is simple to use, the interface is amicable - you can't get lost here. From the very first moment you know what to click and where to find some needed information. The amount of functionalities, settings and pages is appropriate. There is nothing redundant or missing. With few information screens you can handle all your businesses. I like also the design which is simple, transparent and modern. Interface includes also the information about your manager and associations with your company which could be sometimes very helpful. There are also some facilities for users like dark/light theme choosing.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would love the design to be not full width but only part screen. I like compact interfaces and think it's more convenient to follow with the eyes and with the cursor. But it's just a wish, not complaint. Apart from that sometimes I forgot myself and try to add daily tasks in a week view, not in a day view. Maybe it's only me since it's logic - adding task that were done in specific day should happen in a specific day view, not week view. But somehow my intuition and website-user-sense tells me to do it that way. For me it's more convenient to fulfill logs seeing whole week. But it's a small note.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primetric supports me in my daily basis occupation - logging my work time. It's good to use such a convenient and friendly tool - there have been no problems with this tool for over a year since I used it. It's simple and transparent so writing daily logs takes less than a minute. So I would say biggest benefit of that tool is lack of problems, ease of access, transparency and ease of use. Apart from that there was a situation when I started my work in new company and didn't know the name of the person responsible for checking my work time logs. Thanks to Primetric's "Profile" tab I've quickly found out who is responsible for that role and could ask the question.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I really like the wide range of features for project managers included in Primetric. I particularly enjoyed: the calendar view showing people assigned to projects; the search bar that allows me to find the specialists with the right skills; and the option to monitor billable resources in the projects. Primetric has even more features, of course, but these are the ones I fancied the most - at least so far.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

Resource management in Primetric became much less burdensome. Whenever a new person is hired, their skills and experience are added to the system instantaneously. Later on, I can use the search bar to find this person and assign them to the project based on their qualifications.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

In contrast to other time tracking tools I used before, Primetric automates the time tracking process to some extent. Of course, I need to choose the day I want to report my working hours for, but then the system automatically fills in the number of hours and other repetitive details that I would have to add letter by letter in other tools. It’s a much simpler solution from the user's point of view.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I wish the tool had a Polish language version, right now it’s only in English.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Primetric for time tracking. Before this tool, this used to be a very time consuming process that was difficult to complete. I’m happy to say that Primetric turned it into a 30 second action that simply doesn’t waste my time.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

My work is largely report-based - I need to create dozens of financial reports, both internal and for the customers. With Primetric, it is very easy for me to find and arrange the information I need into tables I can share with coworkers and partners. I can also customize the reports to create the ones that really fit my needs. 

Apart from that, I’m also very fond of the financial features, particularly the automatically calculated profitability for the project. It’s perfect for keeping up with the cash flow. 


**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The search feature in the People tab could be better. Right now, after I click on one person’s profile, I need to go back and reload the page to see another. It’s quite burdensome right now.

Generally speaking, I use Primetric to monitor projects, people and generate reports based on the company's performance. All these processes are very easy in this tool, they require a minimal amount of manual changes, and they show me the results I need in just seconds.

Primetric provides me with a comprehensive overview of my work. I mostly use it to check how much time I spend working on various projects, and how much work I still have to complete in the near future. It helps me optimize my work, monitor it and prepare for what’s to come.

I found nothing I would like to change in this tool.

I use Primetric to plan my work and track my progress. Thanks to this tool, I know the exact status of my work and I can adjust my plans accordingly. As a result, Primetric improve my efficiency and the accuracy of my plans.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

From an HR/recruitment point of view, Primetric simplifies all the processes I need to deal with on a daily basis. I particularly liked the time tracking feature; it allows me to quickly verify the number of hours individual employees logged into the system and convert it into valuable information. 

Apart from that, I’m also a fan of Primetric’s updates. The app is constantly improved with new features and, for me, it seems that it’s going in a really good direction.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would like Primetric to be integrated with an internal tool present in our company; right now, it acts as a separate software.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m responsible for managing the daily tasks related to time tracking, time offs, and HR in general. Primetric helps me handle all of those processes seamlessly and in an user-friendly environment. According to my colleagues, all the specialists simply enjoy working with it.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

The clarity of Primetric is simply amazing for me. All the information, whether it is for a day, a month, or a week, are easily understandable and arranged in an intuitive manner. Adding new hours spent on the project is also simple and pleasant, and without annoying, repetitive forms. I can simply add the details of my work based on the very first time report I added for a given period.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would like the Primetric team to bring back an option to track time by clicking on a project in the calendar view.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking is much easier than the one I used to do in Excel. I also do not need to memorize all the public holidays - they are already included in the system and I do not have to check them in the calendar to be accurate in my work reports. Dynamic summarision is also really useful.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I work on many projects at the same time and monitoring all these activities used to be quite difficult for me. With Primetric, I no longer struggle with that issue. The interface is super intuitive, so I can clearly see what I’m working on, even if it’s just a part-time allocation. Based on that information in the system, I can quickly track the time I spend on a given project by clicking on its allocation. Simple and brilliant! 

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The mobile version of the website could be better - I hope Primetric will improve it in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

Primetric has a scope of features that can improve the work of any employee in the company. It works wonders for transparency, quicker processes and efficient time tracking. And it’s all fitted into an intuitive interface!

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My communication with other departments has drastically improved. Now, I do not have to update my CV in Word or PDF and send it to HR; I can do it directly in Primetric. I can add my new experience, skills and certifications to my profile, and other people in the organization (with the right access level, of course) can download it and see what I can do.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

My favorite part of Primetric is the calendar with allocations. Whether I look at a month, a day or a week, I can clearly see all the hours I’ve logged and I can spot and fill in any gaps in there. Simply said, I don't really have to focus on the time tracking too much; it’s all there

I would like the Primetric team to add a new color theme, something in between the light and dark mode.

Primetric is not one of these overcomplicated, burdensome tools; in my experience, it was created to make key processes easier, and it does just that. Time tracking, allocations and monitoring work is a pleasure with this tool and I’m happy to use it on a daily basis

I use Primetric to log my worked hours. In my opinion, the feature is very intuitive and pleasant for the user. I can also easily edit the tracked time if I make any mistake. As a result, I can better monitor my work on a daily basis, analyze my productivity and improve it.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

As I generally use Primetric for reporting my working hours, that’s the feature I like best about this tool. It contains all the options I can think of while doing time tracking, and they are all very easy to find in the tool. I can add all the necessary details in one simple form and get a more general overview of my work in a user-friendly table. It’s really nice.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would like to divide my work into two workflows: one for maintenance, and one for development. From an employee's view, I can’t do that, or so it seems.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

Primetric excels at time tracking and it’s perfectly suited for making the process much easier in any company. Personally, I’m really happy with both the performance and the look of the tool and I can highly recommend it.

Time tracking processes with Primetric are much less cumbersome than they used to be. The process is no longer complicated and it does not require an extensive knowledge of the tool as a whole. The overall design makes things so much easier.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

The overall design of Primetric is definitely user friendly. There are no random notifications or strange animations out of the blue; there is, however, a very nice dark mode. 

I also worked with Primetric’s internal API, and it was really nice, too. All the things are logically organized and they are exactly where I would expect them to be. That enables me to create simple external tools, which is really nice.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

Sometimes long sessions are disabled on the server’s side, but not on the client side. In this case, logged working time is lost on save and Primetric asks you to log in again. It would be nice if it could remember the entered data and restore it after logging in again.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

In my opinion, both Primetric and its API was created with users’ needs in mind. I can easily find what I’m looking for in there, and I can easily expand it as I please thanks to an intuitive API. Additionally, it can contain all of my projects and the time I’ve spent working on them, which helps me organize my work better. In my opinion, Primetric has everything I need not to get lost in my work.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with numerous time tracking tools for different customers, and none of them has as nice an interface as Primetric. That’s why this is my preferred tool for time tracking. I can also create a simple app to connect the time tracking feature with other tools and export the data to my customers and their software. It’s an amazingly efficient solution.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

All the processes I need to complete to settle the costs of my work with my employer are in this tool. With Primetric, I can track time and report any absences that occur, and the company I work for receives the information about them right away. I can also see whether my requests were accepted by my manager thanks to the email notifications I can see without logging into Primetric itself. 



**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The calendar view for time tracking could be a little more intuitive - I feel like I get lost in there at times.

Primetric simplified the communication between me and my employer. Also, I could finally get rid of additional tools I used to use to report my daily activities - now, I have everything I need in Primetric.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I like the fact that time management with Primetric is super simple. I open the program and I see all the projects I participate in, all the allocations, and all the days I have still to report my time for. The reporting itself is also pretty simple: if I already have some allocations assigned to me, I only need one click to track the time I’ve spend working on them. 

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I don't really know, I do not recall such a thing.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

I can clearly see that Primeric values intuitiveness and responsiveness, which is an enormous advantage for a tool dealing with complex business cases. That’s the main reason I like working with it, and that’s why I recommend the tool.

I mostly use Primetric for time management and so far I’m completely satisfied with the results. I know exactly where to find necessary information, track worked time and monitor allocations, and that’s everything I need to do my job.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

Many reviews below mentioned that Primetric has a really nice time reporting feature, budgets, etc., and that’s of course true, but for me what really makes the tool stand out is the fact that it has multiple well-designed integrations with other software. In my case, Primetric was connected with tools for reporting absences. So far, it is working like a charm - whenever a new absence appears in the external system, it is instantly exported and displayed in Primetric too. Makes work and management so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would like to choose many types of notifications at once, and right now it is unfortunately impossible.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

Primetric offers a wide variety of tools, and still it is as simple as it can possibly be. The interface is really intuitive and, so far, I had no troubles finding any features I needed. Processes are kept as short as they can be, so the tool definitely saves a lot of my time on a daily basis. I definitely recommend that tool to anyone who prefers simplicity over overcomplicated design.

I mostly use Primetric for time tracking, and I really like it so far. If I was already allocated for the day, I just need to press two buttons and I’m good to go. The simplest reporting process I have ever encountered so far - and a very pleasant surprise.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I love how comprehensive the time tracking feature is in Primetric. I can switch between three views: day, week and month, to see exactly how my work is going. I can also track time in the week and day view, which helps me get a more general view of my projects. And, above all, it’s all available in dark mode! 

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would like the description of my tracked hours to copy automatically whenever I add new hours to the project - I need to copy and paste it manually right now.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I track and monitor my work using Primetric. It is perfectly suited for such activities; I have a perfect general overview of my activities and I can add and edit tracked hours within seconds. I also had no troubles finding any additional options - the tool is very intuitive and it simply doesn’t waste my time.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

Primetric has dozens and dozens of tools that make working in an IT company easier. That includes project management, calendars, resource management and more, just to name a few. Additionally, all of the data processed in the tool is automatically updated in the real time whenever someone changes something in the system.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The documentation could be better. But in general, the product is very useful.

Primetric helps us identify new problems in the project we create and get rid of them. The tool provides us with valuable insights on many key metrics for project management. It simply helps us perform better.

Primetric introduced me to good planning of work for all of the team members. Thanks to its calendar view I'm able to quickly review and find gaps in our management. So it not only helps to allocate team members but also to make better decisions in recruitment strategy.

The budgeting view and options are not there yet compared to apps dedicated to finance

I use Primetric for time tracking and I like how simple and straight forward it is.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

There is nothing I dislike about this tool. 
Just as a suggestion, it would be cool to receive notifications/reminders to track the time for example once a week, if not yet done.

I work with many projects at once on a daily basis. With Primetric, I can divide my work to reflect these projects and track the hours I worked in them without getting lost in dozens of different tools or spreadsheets. I can also see the tasks and phases I will participate in and I know exactly what I will be doing in the future. 

To add to that, I can easily do all these things. Primetric works smoothly, with no interruptions, and I do not have to manually enter too much data into the system. It’s a perfect tool for saving time.

I would love the calendar in the system to show me the days with working hours I forgot to track in the system. Right now, I need to click through the entire month to find them

My favorite option in Primetric is the roles and access levels. I can assign different roles (Employee/Manager/Administrator) to each employee and restrict or give them access to the features they need in their everyday work. 

I’m also pleasantly surprised with the extensive support provided by the Primetric team. Our company has an individual consultant that’s always there to answer our questions. It makes every new process so much easier!

when it comes to your product, after just a year in it, using several time recorders, I am very happy with primetric.
It's simple, clean, and hassle-free.
So when it comes to 1-10 scales, I will give 9 because no product is problem-free and there is always a small slot for improvements (although I personally did not notice such because it is great for me)
I really like the ux friendly vibe of the website, the ease of use and even in the case of having several projects at the same time it is not bothersome.
I also appreciate the ability to easily record, for example, a week ahead or for the whole week, and telling you how to forget to enter an hour somewhere :)

to be honest i didnt catch anything that i might dislike in using primetric. i rate as a 9 because there is always something to improve.

I enjoyed all the features Primetric provided to my company - and there are many of them. With this tool, I can forecast, draft and manage my projects, as well as assign people to them and monitor their progress. I can also take a closer look at my specialists, their skills, absences and experience. Last but not least, Primetric also covers budgeting and financial details, which is really rare with this type of solution - and it does it all really well.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

I would really love to see more detailed limited accesses in the tool, so I could, for example, prevent the PMs from seeing wages in the team. Right now, the accesses are very general and have just a few access options.

Project and resource management with Primetric is much less of a burden than it was before. Allocations are simple, and so are any changes to the projects we have in our base. 

The solution is also perfect for monitoring profitability. With Primetric, I can see all the major costs, such as overheads and bills, as well as the small ones, such as changes in wages. Then, I can compare the incomes with costs and see which of our operations are the most profitable. I can also settle costs and spot any inconsistencies and problems in the real time. That’s all I really need to be up to date with my projects.

The best thing about Primetric is that the tool always responds to the users’ needs. Whenever I need some adjustments or help, I can reach out to customer service and receive an answer almost in an instant. 

Apart from that, Primetric offers in-depth information on planning processes. The tool has many settings and configuration options that provide the managers with a bigger picture of key metrics such as utilization, capacity and availability of resources. Primetric has everything that is needed to manage long-term budget and resource planning. It also has a very balanced approach when it comes to budgeting options; it doesn’t overwhelm users with advanced accounting, it simply provides the exact dynamic estimates and actuals you need to successfully manage a project.

The thing I like most about Primetric is all the time I’ve saved using it. I used to spend 4 hours every week just preparing for planning meetings with other leaders; now, I can simply access custom reports (or default reports for capacity, vacancies, finances, and more) and have everything I need to make better decisions.

I could clearly see that the creators of that tool tailored it to the users!

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I think I like Primetric the most because it is user-friendly. It is quite intuitive and I have never had problems doing anything with it. I mostly use it for time tracking purposes and I can admit that it is very nice to see how much time I spend per week and it's easy for me to plan my work.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

There’s no mobile version for this app, just a version for the mobile browser.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

I think it is a really nice and intuitive tool that anyone can use to track time with ease. It changed things in my work for the better and I’m perfectly happy with it.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time tracking is much better with this tool. I can control all of my allocations and keep track of everything. It’s much easier to summarize all of my activities from the entire week or month with Primetric.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

In Primetric, all the processes I used turned out to be really simple. I can report absences and holidays in the system and see if they were accepted by my supervisor; I can track my working hours, connect them with existing allocations and add my own comments to get the idea of what exactly I was doing on a given day. 

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

There’s nothing like that - I have been using Primetric since I have started working and I’m perfectly happy with it. I would like to move rows in the tables, though.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primetric significantly improves the searches I do in the tool. Naturally, it has a classic search bar at the top, but it also has a variety of custom searches and attributes I can use to adjust the tool to my needs. It’s really nice.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I like the overall transparency of the tool, especially its time tracking feature. When I open the tab, I can add working hours in a one simple form, and I can see any days I’ve forgotten to report on right away. It makes the whole time tracking process so much easier than it used to be. 

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

There’s nothing I don’t like about this tool.

**What problems is Primetric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the main benefit of Primetric is the fact that it simplified the entire time tracking process. It is now neither time-consuming, nor overcomplicated; it’s exactly as simple as it should be.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

I appreciate Primetric for the following points:
- the ability to record gained experience (Profile tab)
- transparency of adding daily tracking (Timesheet)
- the possibility of presenting results per day/week/month
- the export to files option is great

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

The new calendar requires some work. When tracking time, you can register your work "for tomorrow" and it will be visible in the "old" calendar, so it should also be part of the new one. Currently, the new calendar doesn’t display work registered for the next day.

**Recommendations to others considering Primetric:**

Primetric is a handy time tracking and logging tool that helps me to organize my work better and check my progress on various tasks/projects by looking at the daily, weekly and monthly reports. Logging working time in Primetric is really easy, I’d recommend this time tracker to any software development company or QA agency.

**What do you like best about Primetric?**

Primetrick is easy to use and I like the flexibility of the tool. I can keep track of the time of my tasks. When I start, I choose to start, and when I finish, I choose to stop.

I can register scheduled tasks in Primetrick in the morning, which I have in my calendar, and if something changes, edit them later.

**What do you dislike about Primetric?**

It's hard for me to point out what I don't like about Primetrick. At the moment, the tool meets all my expectations.

In my opinion, using Primetrick allows me to make a habit and be better organized.
