It has been showing the big improvements from the scratch version. I feel like I can lean on the tool 80% of my work due to its shown accuracy. The design is very minimalist and friendly to use even for the first time. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** Predict AP definitely needs more function in the future as I would like to use it as a main tracker tool for my team, I would like it to have a function where we can also divide work without having go to the third party. Additionally, I would like the customer support team could give daily update if they have any progress and be notified about it. Plus, it's sadly that predict ap can't accept other format and refine it to pdf. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** it's helping removing manual steps of we manual input all information from scratch. It's reduce time-consuming and increase the accuracy of input information. ### 2. The integration with Yardi via the API was simple to setup. Now that we've been using PredictAP for almost a year, it is hard to imagine ever going back to a process without it. It has saved us a tremendous amount of time loading invoices, coding invoices, and generally just allowing us to get payments out the door faster. In addition, the teams at PredictAP, from customer support to account reps, are top tier. The speed of their response times and ability to address items that arise is incredible. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** There are no downsides to using PredictAP. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** PredictAP eliminates the need to manually load invoices into Yardi, and automatically codes those invoices with a high-level of accuracy. This has allowed for a shift from manual keying of data to being able to review and analyze the data. ### 3. Little maintenance and easy UI. **What do you dislike about PredictAP?** None, if I had learned about this tool earlier I would have implemented it sooner. **What problems is PredictAP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we manually scanned paper invoices and or used Adobe to split invoices, people had to code them centrally (usually incorrectly), then the property teams would correct the coding.
