I can then run analytics within the platform, generate reports, and more with just a few clicks. The learning curve to get up to speed is fairly low, which is much appreciated when you just want to get going and create the campaigns you need. No one has the bandwidth to have to learn a ton of new instructions every time you integrate a new tool into your stack, so speed and efficiency is greatly appreciated. **What do you dislike about PoliteMail?** We currently use the on-premise server version and it does require a lot of team members to set it up on an ongoing basis. While not an issue on the Politemail side, it does take time and multiple people's bandwidth in order to set it up correctly. **What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the platform to send out multiple emails to a few thousand addresses, so being able to use our pre-existing templates for different types of campaigns is great. They are easy to setup, send, and then track for analytics. We also appreciate that Politemail provides us with their own intelligence and reporting that we leverage for our own internal anlyatics. Having these benchmarks that are accurrate are extremely beneficial to show how we're working and tracking against our industry and beyond. ### 2. I love the smart attachments, they let you send image-heavy, high-res emails without hitting the maximum email size set by the IT team. You can even edit links in the email after it’s been sent, which is a total lifesaver! The deeper analytics go beyond just open rates and CTR, they help you understand what’s actually working. You can see things like the best time to send, who forwarded the email, and even who was OOO when it was sent. It really helps you refine your strategy over time instead of just guessing. **What do you dislike about PoliteMail?** The tech stack is a little finicky. Especially when you’re using multiple IDs or sending from different shared mailboxes. But their support team is amazinggg, so it all works out :) I really wish you could edit the email text after sending, would be great for fixing those last-minute typos haha. **What problems is PoliteMail solving and how is that benefiting you?** PoliteMail solves the problem of not knowing how internal emails are performing. Traditional Outlook gives no visibility into whether people are actually reading or engaging with your communications. Ultimately, they provided the necessary files and instructions to correctly install and resolve the problem. **What do you dislike about PoliteMail?** The current version of the Online version doesn't currently allow for sending as a shared mailbox or different user. Whenever there is a hiccup they are on the ball and have it up and running as a fast as possible. I cannot recommend this product and company enough. **What do you dislike about PoliteMail?** I have experience minimal downsides. There are a lot of functions - which is not a downside, you just need to learn them and make good use! When I use a SharePoint link in my story and send a preview, it changes the color and font of the link. I'm forced to schedule my send from the preview window. There is a workaround for it, but I think there should be a solution so a workaround isn't necessary. For PoliteMail don't have to think about it.
