I have been a Max user, who paid annually up front, for many years. My business has grown out of this tool and I have been trying to switch to their API membership instead, which is MORE MONEY per month than what I currently have. Photoroom is refusing to let me upgrade to a more expensive membership. They want me to wait a full year to change my policy, or to double pay for two products when I only need one. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks, and they are making it clear they could care less if I stay or go. I guess this is how they treat their long time loyal customers. What I like best about PhotoRoom is its simplicity and effectiveness. It isn't hard to make a couple of clicks on my selected photo and easily remove the background, add new background.
