**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

The customization of the platform is great. When it comes to being able to create your own forms, process flows, and permission levels, this system is highly capable.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Poor customer service, you are trully on your own when it comes to navigating and utilizing this system. Minimal integrations with other software and essentially NO updates or improvements are being made to the system.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have multiple layers of permission levels and creating customized access levels. We also have the ability to export all data that employees enter and customize forms and process flows.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

PeopleGoal is one of my favorite platforms that I use daily on a daily basis. It allows me to see my active goals and 1on1s with my team members and see how people work together towards common goals. I also use PeopleGoal to onboard new members on the transformation project I work on and I must say it is a time saver. All I have to do is share the onboarding pack with the new hire and the system takes care of the rest whilst I can see how far the new joiner has progressed with the training.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Nothing that I dislike at the moment, I hope that the Peoplegoal team continue to rollout cool new features like the parallel feedback functionality they launched last week.

Make sure you understand how to use PeopleGoal's Support Centre and training sessions

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

With PeopleGoal we have completely re-engineered the way we run our HR processes. PeopleGoal enabled us to set up custom modules for onboarding, performance, engagement and development.
In addition, we were able to adjust and improve each process based on feedback we have received from our employees.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

It takes some time to understand how the process engine works but once you grasp the fundamentals you have a lot of power in your hands. Having additional training workshops with the team helped us.

Managing the employee lifecycle and solving problems with employee development, performance and engagement.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

We love the performance management and employee engagement workspaces. It covers OKRs, check-ins, 360 feedback, and engagement surveys. We have reduced the time we have to spend weekly and monthly on data collection and analysis. PeopleGoal enabled us to understand our employee's needs and what motivates them. We can now see how our people are performing and can identify those who are underperforming.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

I love the way the apps works so far but I would like to hear about the new apps more frequently.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleGoal has allowed us to collect data from multiple sources and visualize it in a single place. We can now see all the goals, metrics, and key performance indicators in one place. By doing this, we can track the performance of our people and be able to have a better understanding of how they are performing. This has allowed us to understand our team's performance better.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

PeopleGoal covers the entire employee lifecycle from employee onboarding to employee off-boarding. PeopleGoal helped us reduce the number of systems we use in our company for people processes. The software is easy to use and very well designed. It makes it easy to follow the process and keep track of where you are in the process. It's also straightforward to make changes and configure its process.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

It's a little bit expensive. The cheapest package is $299/month, but the team gave us a significant discount when we upgraded to the annual plan.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:**

Try to get a demo of all the workspaces to understand the capability of the platform entirely.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PeopleGoal is the best performance management solution on the market. We've been able to automate our performance and engagement processes, and now our teams can see how their objectives align with the company objectives.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

It's robustness. The new app store acts like a command center where cross-functional teams within the company can find and create solutions for their specific needs while maintaining access to general company processes like onboarding and company surveys.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

The sheer number of features can be overwhelming at first. I recommend implementing three or four apps at first so as not to overwhelm your team.

PeopleGoal makes it easy to collect and analyze performance data. Their analytics engine provides deep insights into performance on an individual, team, and company level.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

PeopleGoal helped us improve the overall performance of our team and we were able to achieve this by identifying the best performers and by sharing their best practices. We love using the goals and feedback apps and we have recently introduced engagement surveys which combined with 360 feedback they gives  great insights.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

I'm struggling to come up with something I don't like. If I had to come up with one thing it would be that we would have more options with the well-being surveys.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The weekly check-ins allow us to connect better with the employees and understand what they have achieved. The feedback app helped us identify development areas, and the goals modules helped us be more productive.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

PeopleGoal is a tool enables ongoing communication between employees, managers and peers. Its friendly interface allows you to give and receive feedback in multiple ways (Recognition, 360 Feedback, Check-ins). It’s easy, fun and fast!

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Nothing important. All looks good. Support has been there for us when needed.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

I have been using PeopleGoal for more than year now and I am super impressed. The platform is super flexible and easy to use. The Support teams is always there to support with our requests and help us roll out new apps. We started with the Performance Apps and then moved to roll out Engagement and Onboarding. The platform really helped us consolidate some of hr processes the reduce the amount of software we were using as a company.

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Nothing comes to mind. I know that the PeopleGoal team is working on a succession planning app so I am really excited about it.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:**

- Check out PeopleGoal's app store it's the best place to find best practices on a process you want to implement.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using PeopleGoal for performance management, employee engagement and onboarding. 
I was able to reduce the time spend on performance management activities for both employees and managers. The system is always up and running in comparison to our previous platform.
I was able to measure employee engagement with PeopleGoal and also get unique insights on how to improve the team morale. In addition, I was able to build custom reports for my leadership team in PeopleGoal which reduced the time I had to spend crunching data in excel.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

I like the variety of areas you can customize and departments for overall quality of company, employees and performance. I like the reviews and assessments and that you can build them specific for yourself also. I love that all of the data is combined into a custom report. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

I dislike the slight outdated look and though this is very minor I do not like when customizing your company url no capital letters can be used.I also dislike the price just compared to similar products on the market, making it very hard to give it my full commitment.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:**

I would recommend giving it a trial run with yourself and at min 2 other users to ensure that your vision and goals with platform are able to be accomplished. Also give your self adequate time when creating the reviews and projects areas. Request more personal related feature the platform seems to plain/

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us to solve challenges surrounding tracking workflow and some of put business development projects. It truly allows us to create then enhance workflows.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

I like having a single place to file, create and review all critical information. From one place (the dashboard) I can create and get out reviews and projects. I can set goals for individuals and/or groups. Offers notifications reminders fir projects or scheduled reports needed along with provide me with any combination customized report on any one and/or multiple areas. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Not much to dislike except the price. I have tried a few of these platforms and this and only 2 others really have gained my full interest and support. However, PeopleGoal is not my first choice because all the same features are else where for minimum pricing and another lacking only the customizable subdomain but is free.

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:**

My recommendation is to start with the 14 day trial it does offer so you can get an understanding and feel of the platform and how you will best integrate into your business. The price is really competitive and although the coast is my only dislike due to finding others cheaper I also believe it is worth it. I would recommend this platform to anyone looking to excel their employees as well as company performance.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance tracking to better evaluate overall promise of their future. This allows us to monitor how valuable their contribution is to our overall success. It is also good at not just looking at an individual employee but the overall performance of the entire company and allows us to see where improvement can be made.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

The Feedback option is my favorite! We used it for our annual review process for peer-to-peer reviews. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

Having more ability to make changes and edits after submitting reviews would be awesome!

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was our first year having an official 360 review process. It was great simply sending everyone links and instructions to complete their reviews.

**What do you like best about PeopleGoal?**

The UI is very user friendly and allows goals to be set at both an individual and department level which is great. I like how easy it is to see the progress bar growing towards my goal. 

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

It is difficult to navigate to past goals (from prior years). I also wish there was a way to see fewer features, as some of the information tracked is something that I seek outside of the system. When reviewing feedback, it would be helpful to see feedback and personal evaluations side by side.

**What problems is PeopleGoal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has helped to solve the ability to check in and record my goals with my manager. It has been great to track goals throughout the year and track my progress against those goals. One limitation is that the tool is very single-threded in it's use. Because of this, the only time I login is to record my goals and the tool certainly has more functionality than just goals however it does not drive me to desire to login everyday.

Intuitive design and great support team
A lot of options to configure the software to your requirements
Great product roadmap, the team is taking onboard customer feedback and enhance the product with new features

**What do you dislike about PeopleGoal?**

I have not encounter yet something i don't like. 

**Recommendations to others considering PeopleGoal:**

Make sure you go through all the admin sessions, to ensure you have a good understanding of the platform's features. Also, run a small pilot to see how the platform fits yours requirements before purchasing. The support is team is very approachable so don't be afraid to reach out and discuss all your requirements.
