# How did you handle onboarding time when setting up PeopleGoal with a custom framework?

We moved from shared Google Sheets to PeopleGoal to build a real performance framework with skills scoring, goal tracking, 360 feedback, and cascading goals tied to team OKRs. Check-ins now take less administrative effort, and the ability to fully customize forms and permissions across teams has been a big win. The only downside was that onboarding took longer than expected due to a more custom setup. If you implemented PeopleGoal, what helped you speed up onboarding while keeping the customization you needed?
