The managers and employees had everything running on shared Google Sheets. It was actually pretty haunting. Not able to scale, problems with version control, managers are not filling in things. PeopleGoal allowed us to create a real performance framework with skills scoring, goal tracking and 360 feedback all sitting in one place. The cascading goals functionality is extremely beneficial for us. We can set targets from top to bottom and are able to recognize how individual contributions relate to team OKRs. We saw a fairly diverse set of options but the flexibility on most was limited and we would not be able to use them beyond the capture of performance data. PeopleGoal is the first complete solution that allows for 100% customization. We can create any form for any process and give different permissions across different teams. PeopleGoal is one of my favorite platforms that I use daily on a daily basis. It allows me to see my active goals and 1on1s with my team members and see how people work together towards common goals. I also use PeopleGoal to onboard new members on the transformation project I work on and I must say it is a time saver. All I have to do is share the onboarding pack with the new hire and the system takes care of the rest whilst I can see how far the new joiner has progressed with the training. We have reduced the time we have to spend weekly and monthly on data collection and analysis. PeopleGoal enabled us to understand our employee's needs and what motivates them. PeopleGoal covers the entire employee lifecycle from employee onboarding to employee off-boarding. PeopleGoal helped us reduce the number of systems we use in our company for people processes. The software is easy to use and very well designed. It makes it easy to follow the process and keep track of where you are in the process.
