With Pazo the issues are resolved with a lot lesser turn around time and the escalation matrix ensures the process is driven with utmost priority. The software is a very user friendly operating system thereby implementation becomes easy.

The downside of using Pazo is once you have given a date it cannot be changed which is helpful but at times due to unintentional situations this becomes a dislike.

Timely reports providing and friendly usage of website. And updates request are fullfilled without no timeliness of support. Really I like that swift responses.

Nothing to say much, but at times we face issues of not reflecting the PAZO schedules after completing it. That will reflect in next day report till then we not able to know that our particular PAZO have missed it. If we can do it for something it will be greatfull.

Whenever any support provided within the timeliness without any deviations. Always prompt response I have got from entire PAZO team. Any major concerns team are available on phones at round the clock including any public holidays.

**What do you like best about PAZO?**

I have been using Pazo for more than 6 months now. An easy-to-use product has helped me scale my operations quickly. I manage a team of 300+ folks spread across 15 cities without hassle using this excellent user-friendly app.  I can easily take their daily reporting, see what is happening at all my sites, and trigger tasks for them, saving a lot of time in communications.

**What do you dislike about PAZO?**

Nothing specific comes to my mind. I hope with time this product will evolve further to have more added features. Customizing reports by admin can be one thing which can be improved.

It has helped me in - 
1. Taking daily reporting of 300+ team members spread across 15+ cities. Live location capturing and options to upload pictures ensure discipline is followed in the team.
2. resolving issues by triggering tasks for various departments just by simple inputs
3. Tasks can be generated centrally and with the help of notifications, can be executed in time. It saves a lot of communications time

Their user interface is very good; simple to use. We are able to see what is happening across all our departments through the dashboards. It is very helpful for audits, materials inflow and consumption, quality checks, etc. We were using pen and paper - based process, but now with Pazo we have moved everything to digital, like filling checklists on time, and getting weekly and monthly data to track the progress and performance.

Overall, Pazo is great!

**What do you like best about PAZO?**

Pazo gave us complete visibility on all the aspects of our business in the wellness business, I don't have inspect every store physically to ensure completeness. Pazo helps us build checklists and workflows on the fly so that all my standard operating procedures are adhered to. Previously there was no way to know if the pen and paper checklist is authentic, with Pazo this problem goes away.

**What do you dislike about PAZO?**

We requested a few new features, which are not yet implemented. We are hoping that they are implemented soon, like the ability to create custom excel reports.

**Recommendations to others considering PAZO:**

Ask for a trial first so that you know it meets your requirements, it is not for everyone.

**What problems is PAZO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can send tasks to our workers remotely, instead of calling them on phone or sending reminders on whatsapp. Previously we could not verify if the reports are authentic or genuine. Now it is very easy. All our wellness centers are now managed remotely

**What do you like best about PAZO?**

Audit module is really helpful as it allows users to perform physical inspection of site and at the same time record all entries / scores in a digital way. PAZO allows you to upload templates as well as supporting documents for record purpose which other wise requires manual intervention of maintaining excel sheets and saving in folders. Real time audit scores gets visible and consolidation is much easier. No dependency on people to collate from multiple sites as well as data authenticity is maintained as there will be no intervention to get data through emails.

**What do you dislike about PAZO?**

Limitations in Dashboard templates. Department wise site wise information will be more helpful, dashboard template for audit module cannot be generic like dashboard of general checklists and needs improvement.

**Recommendations to others considering PAZO:**

Tangible and Non Tangible benefits are immense if implemented properly. Senior Leadership teams play a crucial role by ensuring 2 way communication between field users and viewers. 
Role of Viewers is equally important to ensure seriousness and the checklist are submitted as per the process laid out.

We are using PAZO in multiple departments like Loss Prevention / Facility / Process Audits etc. Biggest benefit is the data visibility which is available at a click of a button.

**What do you like best about PAZO?**

All workflows can be easily configured and thanks to its notifications and alerts, it informs us of any error in the development of activities, avoiding delays. The checklists of activities and processes is one of the most attractive features of this software, because we can discard the activities performed and move on to the next ones. With its incident management and problem auditing, the software really keeps us on constant alert for any problem with the activities that are performed daily, ensuring that, in the event of any eventuality, we can solve it quickly.

**What do you dislike about PAZO?**

If the software had an invoicing module and a personnel management module, we would not have to look for an additional program and everything would be centralized. It took a bit of time to configure all the tools in the product and align it with our company's specifications. Its mobile version is not as intuitive as the web version and does not have all the features, forcing me to always rely on the computer.

**Recommendations to others considering PAZO:**

We recommend this software to all companies that want to automate their workflows and have all employees focused on their daily activities. Pazo made the whole company work as a unit, oriented to the fulfillment of goals and increase the number of happy customers with our work. Thanks to this software our daily activities have flowed with more ease and agility, achieving a work team more focused on their functions, performing better in their jobs and being more productive. We have also saved money on stationery, since we have all the to-do lists in the system and not in physical agendas or notebooks.

We use pazo to keep the workflow in an orderly manner through the checklist tools. We use these checklists to verify that the processes are being followed and the team is performing the assigned tasks successfully and on time. Easy configuration of workflows, which helps us to focus on daily activities and perform better in our work. Activity checklist, which is allowing us to be more agile with the project processes, meeting the established goals. Incident management and problem auditing, where the software detects any problem in the development of program activities, alerting us immediately, to find a timely solution quickly.

Pazo is really mobile first. 
It has made adhering to SOPs really simple, but more importantly, verifying that they are really adhered to has become seamless. 
Their geo fencing capabilities allow for us to ascertain that the task was accomplished in that particular location.

Prior to being introduced to Pazo, we had a manual process and implementing Pazo has transformed operations for us.

Our field workforces find the platform easy to use and Pazo's customer support is quite dependable too.

Very simple interface and the reports are insightful.
Pazo makes fieldwork monitoring simple enough to be put on auto pilot.

We felt the initial deployment was a tad bit slow.
