**What do you like best about Payhip?**

Payhip is very easy to use and beginner-friendly while still providing the powerful tools that digital creators want in a single platform. I am able to sell my ebooks, PDF files, digital courses, membership sites, and coaching services from the same location. I also love that I have access to a free, customizable storefront that allows me to build a professional online presence without incurring extra website design and hosting costs.

**What do you dislike about Payhip?**

A major drawback is the inability to create multiple-user accounts with various levels of permission. It would be helpful to provide access to team members and/or virtual assistants so they could log into their own accounts.

**What problems is Payhip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payhip has eliminated the need for technically challenging solutions or expensive e-commerce tools for selling digital products. Everything related to your products (e.g., delivery of products, acceptance of payments, setup of storefront, and management of customers) is handled through one location, which has made it significantly easier for digital creators to focus on building and growing their business.

**What do you like best about Payhip?**

I love how simple it is to get an online store for digital products up and running with Payhip. It’s incredibly easy to use and feels very intuitive from the start. I've also had a positive experience with their customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Payhip?**

On Payhip, I miss some of the flexibility I’m used to with WordPress, both in terms of visuals and feature customisation. For example, I miss having custom fields and the way templates work in a CMS like WordPress. I also miss native multilingual support.

**What problems is Payhip solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payhip makes it extremely easy to sell digital products and services online. I was fed up of trying other solutions. WooCommerce is a big headache, ThriveCart is limited to checkouts (no storefront), etc. And Payhip fits just in the middle.

**What do you like best about Payhip?**

I have been using Payhip for nearly a year now, and I am quite satisfied with it. Their pricing plan is ideal, especially for those just starting out. The customer support is among the best I have experienced—very helpful and quick to respond. While the platform could improve with additional features and greater flexibility, I am happy with it so far.

Nothing so far, I am happy with the product

Payhip makes it easy to create and manage an online store for digital products, courses, memberships, and physical items without technical skills. Its user-friendly platform, integrated payments, and marketing tools are a complete solution. 

For me, it simplifies selling and delivering digital products while handling VAT/GST compliance effortlessly. The affordable pricing and quick support help me focus on growing my business without technical worries.
