The main point I would make is that because Optmyzr offers so many features, it can take some time to become familiar with the platform and identify which tools and reports are most relevant to your workflow. I like best a couple of things with Optimizer:

1. If you use it, you have a pretty fast, clear understanding that the people that are running Optimizer know exactly about Google Ads and search engine advertising.

2. The upsides of using Optimizer for us as an agency are:

- Budget management

- The automated alerts and scripts that are, by default, implemented and very easy to use and very stable

- Features like the keyword lasso, where you can find the best search terms very easily. It's a little bit like the Google ad script cream of the crop, but easier.

- The performance-based bucketing

A little bit that it's so big that you need longer time to understand how it works, really. For example, with the rules, how the rule setup functions and so on, but also here they have a really, really good customer success, and they help you with everything, so nothing really that I dislike. It's hard to pick out any negatives to be honest. There's obviously more tools for Google Ads rather than other platforms like Amazon Ads, but I assume that's more to do with Amazon itself, so if I'm being incredibly picky it would be for more tools for Microsoft and Amazon ads. The main limitation is report design customisation. While the data, insights and automation capabilities are excellent, the visual and branding flexibility of reports is fairly limited. This makes it harder to fully customise reports for different clients or present insights in a more polished, brand aligned format, especially when compared to dedicated reporting tools.
