Nunify was the least-known of the three, but after the initial consultation with each, we knew Nunify was the right choice for us. Not only did they offer a solid product that met our key requirements, but they demonstrated that they cared about us and the success of our event and their pricing strategy was straightforward and easy to present to the team. Our decision was the right one. As a volunteer-run organization, things tended to get done when there was time. That led to a lot of scope creep, last-minute changes, and long delays. Throughout all that, Nunify's support was phenomenal. They patiently pointed out modules we could take advantage of, tweaked functions to meet our needs, and even implemented an expanded registration feature that was invaluable. We generally received support in well under 24 hours. With all of our internal uncertainties, it was a relief to know we could count on Nunify. We were able to make attendee profiles exactly as needed for our international program, provide embedded live streaming for virtual participants, and ask participants to participate in ongoing discussion using the app. It's incredibly user friendly and easy to upload data to, and to personalize. There is a bit of a learning curve for us, like any software, but the learning curve is complemented by outstanding Nunify's customer service support. Our team is very small and as a result our implementation time line for integration and development is very short. Support services at Nunify is very dedicated to ensuring our launch for our first event is successful. The integration process was remarkably smooth. The integration team demonstates remarkable knowledge, profesionalism, and respect. I also like the fact that the development team seems to be pushing out new functionality based on customer needs very quickly. Contract terms and conditions were fair and managable for us as a small nonprofit. I look forward to writing more reviews once we go live and hold our conference with great user experiences. **What do you dislike about Nunify?** Right now I can't point to anything negative about Nunify. If Nunify does not have the embedded solutuon in their platform they have an integrated partner to work with with for add-ons etc. And they are very up front in sales about what will work, what won't and how to get their. I appreciated that too! **What problems is Nunify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nunify integratied with our AMS easily. Many competitors wtih comparable products don't offer this service. Nunify made the integration process excellent and it's helping our overall operations and makes the Mobile App that much better. I look forward to growing with Nunify down the road as both our existing AMS and our Nunify Mobile App are new and we are just beginning to understand the capabiliities and the reach. As mentioned perviousl,y given our time line we are stretched resource wise,to launch our App and Lead Retrieval tool, and we were up front about that with Nunify at the start. Participants had great feedback about the social wall feature and we saw a lot of posts. The session wise feedback mechanism and quiz functionality were also very much appreciated! We also used the app to drive announcements and conduct polls abut what workshops people would like to attend. Another advantage was that it was super easy to set up and was created in hardly 24 hours. The support team who were present at the event, especially Megha, were also super supprotive and helpful!
