I find that Netstock could improve its functionality by allowing classifications or statuses to be viewed more specifically by vendor. Our operations are broken down by vendor, so having the freedom to apply this structure within Netstock would be hugely beneficial. Additionally, although the initial setup was fairly easy for most, some of our older employees faced difficulties, suggesting that the system may not be as intuitive for less tech-savvy users. The learning center has been a great resource, especially for onboarding new team members. I still have to manually adjust order recommendations due to batching constraints and minimum order quantities, as Netstock doesn’t automate this yet. While Netstock's Opportunity Engine is powerful, it's not perfect for our business's unique idiosyncrasies. About half of its recommendations aren't directly actionable due to custom orders or product nuances, so our managers need to use their judgment to filter suggestions. The ability to create accurate forecasts, and to project future stock requirements, including factoring in events like product promotions or seasonal trends. Accurate forecasting has allowed us to project a stock mix that will halve our inventory value while maintaining 95% Fill rate. We have found that the importing of data when we started was helpful, but nowhere near as accurate as the live Data that NS starts to store once its installed.
