I appreciate MonsterInsights for its nicely designed website and affordable pricing. I don't find the features useful - it is an expensive service that GoogleAnalytics can provide in greater depth. They need to improve their refund experience - they refused to refund me out of the 14-day window and refund a pro-rata for my annual subscription.
