**What do you like best about Modjo?**

What I like most about Modjo is the ability to keep a detailed record and tracking of both my meetings and those of the rest of the team. It helps me review conversations, identify areas for improvement, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of my future meetings

Sometimes I can’t find a meeting in Modjo, although it’s usually due to my own mistake of not enabling the recording function before the meeting starts. I would appreciate a more visible or proactive reminder to activate this feature, so I don’t miss the opportunity to register and review those meetings later

**What problems is Modjo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modjo helps me keep track of and revisit meetings, which is especially valuable in my case because I handle a high volume of calls and conversations every day. It allows me to quickly check what topics were discussed and what key points were covered during each meeting.

One of the biggest benefits for me is that it helps generate a first draft of commercial proposals or follow-up emails based on the meeting content. I can then manually refine and personalize them for each client, which saves me a significant amount of time and improves my productivity

**What do you like best about Modjo?**

I use Modjo as a notetaker, transcript and feedback tool, follow-up email generator, summary tool, and as a way to get up to speed before a follow-up call. I really appreciate that it takes away the need to take any notes or memorize longer conversations. I find the follow-up emails great and really enjoy how Modjo summarizes key points without missing any important details. I also like that it can follow frameworks like MEDDPICC. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly into our Mail, VoIP tool, and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Modjo?**

Sometimes the emails it generates sound a bit too much like AI. They are very long, always use certain emojis, and the structure just gives an AI vibe.

I use Modjo to take notes, generate follow-up emails, and summarize conversations, eliminating the need to memorize long discussions. It helps me stay updated and follows frameworks like MEDDPICC while capturing key points without missing details.

**What do you like best about Modjo?**

I use Modjo every day to record all my deals, whether it's on Gmeet video calls, calls via Aircall or Hubspot, and emails via Gmail. I like to challenge the AI assistant to generate response and reformulation emails. I like being able to ask questions about entire deals and have access to all the channels used. I have integrated Modjo with Hubspot to request anything I want about ongoing deals without leaving Hubspot. I also appreciate the rating system for video calls or calls to guide my sales team, and the library of demos or case studies to help them. Everything is well centralized, which makes it easy to find information, and the AI allows us to quickly get answers to our requests. The ease of use of Modjo is remarkable, and the onboarding as well as the connection to my tools were incredibly easy. The AI is very efficient and I love using it. I also appreciate the relationship with the account managers.

I have not yet found a limit.

Modjo has made tremendous progress, and it truly takes a huge workload off my shoulders. As a salesperson, I use Modjo on a daily basis and I honestly wouldn’t know how to manage everything without it. The demo summaries keep getting better, and the integration with Salesforce works flawlessly every time. What I especially value is how responsive the team is to our requirements and suggestions — they keep improving the solution week by week.

When it comes to downsides, I honestly struggle to find any. I’d almost have to force myself to make something up, because nothing really comes to mind.

**What do you like best about Modjo?**

I use Modjo every day and what I like the most is how simple and intuitive the tool is. Everything happens naturally, without any hassle. I also appreciate the fact that Modjo integrates perfectly with HubSpot or Google Meet: it really streamlines my daily routine and saves me from juggling multiple tools. Sharing recordings is super convenient for collaborating with my colleagues, and the recorded calls help me enormously with my follow-ups: I save a lot of time on my emails and reporting. Modjo has clearly made me more efficient, to the point that I regularly recommend it to those around me. For me, it has become a must-have.

The snippets and formatting of the writing on AI seem to require improvements.

I love how Modjo supports me daily during my meetings with clients by generating reports in my CRM. I appreciate the integrated AI that generates emails or summarizes an exchange, allowing me to fully focus on my interaction with the client without worrying about taking notes. The reports are directly available in the CRM and organized according to the points discussed, which is very convenient. Additionally, the installation was very easy.

The detection of risky deals is sometimes erroneous and could be improved. Deals recognized as risky are often outdated and therefore obsolete.

**What do you like best about Modjo?**

What I appreciate the most is the ease of use and the quality of recordings and transcriptions. This allows for easy review of calls, identification of areas for improvement, and sharing of best practices with the team. The tool is also very useful for training new employees, as it provides concrete examples from the field. Centralizing and automatically analyzing interactions is a real time-saver, and integration with the CRM makes tracking easier.

The least practical point remains that some advanced analysis features require an adaptation period to be fully utilized. Integrations with certain third-party tools could still be optimized. Furthermore, the volume of data generated can sometimes seem overwhelming if a clear organization is not implemented. Finally, the cost can be a barrier for small structures.

Modjo is a very intuitive and pleasant platform to use on a daily basis. The interface is clear, modern, and well-designed, which makes it easy to handle even for new users. I particularly appreciate the ability to analyze calls in detail and quickly identify areas for improvement thanks to the listening and commercial performance tracking features. Customer support is responsive and attentive, and the regular updates show a real commitment to continuous improvement.

Even though the platform is generally smooth, some integrations can sometimes be a bit limited or require more advanced technical configuration. Additionally, processing or synchronization times with certain CRMs can occasionally slow down the workflow. Finally, I would like to have even more customization options in the reports and dashboards to tailor the analyses to the specific needs of each team.

Very little to do on my end, my calls are recorded automatically, the transcript is of good quality, and the generated summary is fully operational. I can go back to past calls and find what was said with prompts. It is therefore used daily.

Today, if I close my call because the client is late, and then reopen it, my call will not be recorded.

Automatic recording and report generation. Sometimes calls follow one another: we didn't note everything, we forgot actions. This allows me to focus on my demos, the prospects' questions are noted in any case, I can come back to them later.

Using Modjo has had a real impact on our whole performance in Sales and CSM.
From a CRO point of view, it helps us capture and structure every customer interaction, so nothing slips through the cracks. The AI summaries and CRM filling automations save us hours of admin work, letting us spend more quality time with our customers. We’ve also been able to spot common objections and replicate what our top performers do, which has lifted overall conversion rates and shortened ramp-up time for new hires. On top of that, the deal visibility and coaching insights give us the confidence to focus on the right opportunities and close them faster.

**What do you dislike about Modjo?**

Sometimes the amount of insights is almost overwhelming — there’s so much data that we had to fine-tune our process to focus on the most relevant ones. But that’s also proof of how powerful the platform is.
Also , Modjo evolves so quickly that we need to keep our team up to date on the new features. It’s a good problem to have, because the product keeps getting better but it does take time

Modjo helps us solve two big challenges: on the sales side, it ensures every call, email, and meeting is captured and analysed so no deal falls through the cracks, and reps can focus on selling instead of admin. The AI summaries, coaching insights, and CRM automation benefit both teams — saving time, improving consistency, and making sure everyone is aligned on what was said and what needs to happen next. It saves me so much time, as I do not have to concentrate on making notes during the meeting, but purely focus on the meeting itself.
However, the best part of it is the AI summary, particularly the "Ask AI anything" feature, which allows you to inquire about a specific meeting or account (covering multiple sessions).
This part brings so much effectiveness and helps me build the offering exactly to the customer's needs.

There is nothing at the moment!
Of course, it could be a bit cheaper, but the value/price ratio is there.

I really like the AI agent for summarizing conversations, creating emails, and conveying information internally to my implementation colleagues. It allows me to have many details that I normally can't see due to lack of time. The integration with Salesforce works very well. Modjo is my day-to-day partner.

At the moment, I don't have the pains and what I don't like very well identified. At the level I use it, it's top.

I appreciate the ease of use as well as the completely seamless integration of this tool into my daily life. It has become an essential partner for tracking my activity and managing customer relationships.

AI call scoring still needs to be perfected, as AI does not always grasp the subtleties of the French language. It sometimes has difficulty correctly interpreting certain elements.

easy to use, very easy to implement and integrate in our day to day and stack tools. all the sales team love it and use it multiple time per day. Our CSM was really helpful bringing best uses cases.

We had lot of sales reps who sepending lot of time on the crm to fill informations, and with the Hubspot integration modjo was able to fill 95% of the CRM' fields. Also we had a problem in our win rate. Our sales cycle was unclear and some sales were facing difficulties in some sales meetings.

It connects automatically to my meetings, and the video and transcription are generated very fast.
I use it everyday, sometime to record my meetings, sometimes to re-read and remind me of the next steps (which are also automatically generated), or key points I might have missed while on call.

I use Modjo for all my clients meetings to be able to record every topic covered. 
It helps me a lot for my mail summaries and also to be focused during my call not taking notes on my TO DO as I know that everything is registered and notes are taking. I love the fact that we can get back to a specific point/ moment of the discussion and share the call with other internal collaborators to be able to cease the moment.
It enhances the product devlopement inetrnally as we can share insight and feedback from snipets.

Modjo is very practical for sharing information with people who were not present at the meeting. It is very fast, and it saves a lot of time on exchanges, and promotes a written culture. Modjo also allows you to ask for opinions/advice from your professional circle, which greatly simplifies skill development. Finally, note-taking is simplified. You no longer spend your time writing down all the information during a meeting since everything is recorded directly in the CRM thanks to Modjo. The team is also very present if needed.

We've set up call replay routines and it's become quite transforming for our sales team. 

Whenever a sales person has a question following a call, they can mention me on modjo and I receive the link on slack. 

Finally, I can share the recording of the meeting or just the passages with objections to my prospects in my digital sales room topo :)

My favourite feature is Modjo's ability to analyse recordings and split them in different chapters. This makes it easy for me to skip irrelevant parts of the recording and really focus on the important parts.

**What do you dislike about Modjo?**

Whenever I start a call in Google Meets, Modjo triggers a push notification asking whether I want to record the meeting. This is not ideal because I first need to ask for the participants' permission to record before hitting the record button. So I usually end up declining the request and then start the recording later on. However, this is definitely not a deal breaker.

It was easy to set up and to use. The AI works very well and takes really good notes which helps sales save time & helps me keep my CRM clean. My AM was great, always pushing me new solutions and tips to better use the tool and coach my sales team.

It's a bit pricey & they are a bit strict when it comes to licence engagement. But that's pretty common in the Saas industry.

Thanks to Modjo, I created a sales calls library which helped me better coach my team and speed up my onboadings. The tool also helped me go through calls more quickly, henced saving some time. Finally, the AI takes really good notes which help sales save some time while in the meantime keeping the CRM clean.
