**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

The platform is intuitive and easily adjustable. It takes little to no time to add, remove, import orders into the system and optimize each drivers day. The ability to customize each work order type has been vital allowing us to ensure proper forms are being used for each job. It has far more flexibility than other scheduling software's I have used in the past.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

Outside the rare outage I have not had  many complaints. It would be nice to be able to build forms easier such as inspections and incorporate that with the inventory sales. For example if I create an order for a lock change to be able to create an inspection form with required photos that includes marking the inventory used so that the final report not only shows what was done at the property, but what inventory can be billed for it.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Mobiwork for all of our field staff to not only route their days and optimize them, but to keep track of the hours spent at each asset and inventory used for invoicing.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

MobiWork has a great customer support team that is highly responsive and helpful. They make integration easy by helping to transfer customer files. MobiWork is very easy to use on a daily basis. Additionally, there is a large amount of customizable features available and solutions to fit our company and business model. The implementation of MobiWork in place of our current CSR platform was a breeze! We are using MobiWork everyday for all of our customer needs going forward.

With it being a highly customizable solution, you really need to go into it with the whole company picture and not just a piece of the business that way they can get your version setup correctly and at its best from day one.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobiWork is bringing our business into the 21st century. We are able to communicate with our customers and technicians through email and text in real time. It has also taken a very lengthy process of invoicing our customers and cut it down from a week long process to down to the same day in minutes.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

MobiWork has helped our small business with tracking our customers all the way from quotes and work order dispatching to final invoicing.  The optimized dispatching and scheduling functions as well as the ability to customize action items for techs in the field help us to keep our travel times to a minimum and be more productive.  The ability to run customized reports, set reminders, and keep in contact with customers is so helpful to us.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

The learning curve can be a little tricky at times because of all the features it offers and it takes getting used to the differences between the mobile app and desktop web application, however their support team has been great at helping us utilize the features that work best for our particular needs.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

Our deployment of MobiWork has been transformational in terms of managing a highly mobile workforce, remote managers, and a dispersed customer base from one easy to use platform.  The intuitive nature of the customer portal and mobile app encourages users of all IT skill levels to dive in right in on day one.  Implementation was smooth and the high-availability of the system and customer support encouraged our team to expand use of it's functions across the business.  Every team member uses MobiWork daily.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

Not a critique, but broad customers adoption of the portal has encouraged many to ask for additional integrations and specialized features unique to their industry sectors.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most forms of initial scheduling, customer communications on status and follow up are now automated.  It's a game changer with manager, task executor and customer can all see real time information.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

Having the ability for our techs to have the notes of a service call while they are out in the field. Also that they can maually add the parts to their work order while out in the field.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

I find the process of getting scheduling, routing for our technicians for early in the season to be over complicated and also not as user friendly. I do also  find some of the invoicing process to be to be quit technical and in some cases over complicated.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do like the calendar view for our scheduling and being able to see when our technicians our on their way to a job, on site, or have completed a job, or being able to have it noted the job is not completed and will require an additional service call. I think being able to see this in "Live Time" is beneficial and being able to go into the actual work order immediately to read the technicians notes.

Scheduling and Routing.  Cloud bassed systme can be accessed easily.

Inventory control of parts has been the biggest amount of work to get usable.

Setting up work orders and invoicing for our pesticide application division.  This will eliminate a huge amount of paperwork that we used to have to keep and enter into a seprate system.

I really like how most things are super easy to find.

That we can not click on one route to send out emails as a bulk send out. I would like to click on one route and send a tentative date email out by route.

We have to merge some customers due to them being added in twice, it is helping me by not confusing me on which customer to choose.

MobiWork tracks and assist in service calendars. The administrative side is user friendly as well as the mobile tech side.

I do not have a dislike about MobiWork as an application. I do have some lagging moments due to our compnay internet connection.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

Pre-configured profiles make it very easy to implement and onboard. The dashboard view, easy access to work order-related items, stock management, slick reporting, and dynamic form builder are some of the outstanding features.
The cloud server the system runs on is very stable and users have no issues if they use it multiple days per day.
From a mobile worker's perspective, the app is easy to navigate and use.
Customer support is very good, with quick turn-around time on basic questions and if professional services are needed, the team provides cost estimates quickly.
With regards to integration, there are open APIs that enable easy integration, and some accounting systems have already been integrated, which is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

Because MobiWork is so flexible and dynamic, customers tend to forget that it is a SAAS model and not their system to change as they want to, so managing customer expectations can be tough.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling of work orders and managing the timelines (through custom statuses that are managed through in-app Action Items)  until Closed is a key tool being used. We also use MobiWork to manage prospects, customers and quotes, which is all rolled into the CRM functionality, which then provides access to all related info for a specific customer.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

We use mobiworks for inventory, work orders, and invoicing.  All of our products, services, and customers are linked to our QBO account so we are able to create, dispatch, and invoice customers directly from the field.  We were using paper invoicing before Mobiworks, and it has been a game changer. We are able to track inventory from vendors, to  the warehouse, and finally to the service vehicles.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

We were a bit overwhelmed by the customization options within the program, but we are happy with the support team, and they're available to customize options and help with coding solutions as issues arise. The web help center could use more articles and how to videos.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobiworks has transitioned our company from paper to digital record keeping and we couldn't be happier with the results.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

Direct access to the technical team. Mobiworks is like no other software that I implemented as you have a direct source to the technical team that is working on the changes. No offense to sales but a direct access to the technical folks speeds up the process and requires less back and fourth.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

Meetings are required to move projects forward. Without a meeting progress really slows down. We have found the best luck with moving the project forward if we insist on weekly update meetings.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobiwork is allowing us to move away from our old service paperwork and automate a lot of the processes. We are a specialized service provider with very particular paperwork that meet industry guidelines. The mobiwork team worked with us to get this paperwork in the system without the end product looking any different for our customers. The software also allows us to retain more customer information, automate forms for the next visit, and grant historical data to the technicians when they are in the field.

**What do you like best about MobiWork?**

I like how MobiWorks creates efficient, user-friendly, and easy-to-navigate software. The software also has customization based on your roles within our company. It organizes customer documents/photos and work orders for a large company!

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

The integration and customization can be tricky if you are new to the software. Still, they have fantastic customer service and are always responsive when you need assistance.

MobiWorks is solving our ability to be hands-on and view multiple accounts while not having to be on-site. We have multiple satellite offices, and MobiWorks allows us to access via the office and still be in the loop with everything happening at our facilities.

User Interface is easy to use and intuitive. Requires very little training to get both office users and technicians up and running in the system.  Creating quotes and converting quotes to workorders and dispatches is very easy and fast, with drop down selections and customizable fields

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

Some improvements could be made in how to create assets, customers, and parts from within a quote or workorder would streamline the processs

Mobiwork enables a small staff to quote, dispatch, and invoice work for field services without having to have multiple administrators and functions reworking the information several times or transitioning between other systems.

The one thing I love about MobiWork is the flexibility for my needs. You are able to basically customize it to your needs.

It was a bit daunting when starting to use MobiWork because you have to create the layouts and everything you need. But once you get everything in order, it's easy and streamlined.

We use MobiWork to help with streamlining service work orders and making sure everything is getting billed properly to our clients.

Mobiworks is customizable, so we can make adjustments to best fit our needs.  Our team has spent a good amount of time setting things up, but we are seeing a big difference in accountability for our field-workers and better access to even detailed information about our customers/facilities for all.

There are so many options/customizations it can be intimidating at first glance.  After just a few training sessions, it's much more approachable.

**What problems is MobiWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MobiWorks houses all our customer information, invoicing, quotes, etc.  Instead of creating spreadsheet after spreadsheet and sorting through them all depending on what information we're looking for, it's all in one place.  We also use routes and work orders to collect day to day operations-based data to create a digital trail of information and better accountability for our field-based tasks and employees.

Having all of our company's information in one place instead of being spread across several different platforms has made everything much more efficient. It's very helpful to see so many aspects of our work completed in real-time and having a way to reference it should we need to.

The learning curve for navigating the searches can be difficult to wrap your head around at first. It can look pretty overwhelming if you aren't used to it yet.

I love the amount of information that can be stored in MobiWork. It is extremely useful for the type of company that I work for. I can see customers, contacts, work orders, photos, etc all in one place. It is easy enough for just about everyone to use on the front-end while still providing a lot of information on the back end.

I wish that more information could be accessed through the mobile app. My job has me constantly out and about in the field and it would be great if I could access all of the information from the website on the app.

In accounting, it is straightforward for me to see the pending invoices, ready to be billed or already billed to the customer. Moreover, if I receive an inquiry about an invoice, it is extremely easy for me to get back to the original work order to review what was done or to confer with the technician that performed the work to ensure all parties are aligned.

At times, the software can be almost too customizable. There are so many settings and different ways to search for things that it can get overwhelming. I rely on saved searches to help navigate this challenge.

Accountability, keeping track of all the work we complete, ensuring customer information is up to date, the list goes on! I know outside of accounting the team is using the system to optimize routes and to maximize service efficiency.

Mobiwork has more capability than we are currently using.  It sometimes seems overwhelming with the number of features it offers.  Training and using mobiwork daily have given me more confidence in navigating the system.

It has helped me be at multiple places at one time with GPS and time-stamped information throughout the day.  The amount of time searching for site-specific information has decreased significantly.

MobiWork has helped us in so many different ways. To start, it has enabled us to have a central location for all things "Customer" for the first time in the history of the company. It is so easy for us to find a customer and from that page review all quotes, work orders, invoices, and other information very quickly. 

Moreover, we use the system to create optimized routes and dispatch work orders. We create custom forms for our field technicians to submit at each stop, generating valuable data and real-time alerts for management. In many ways, the system makes it so that we are in many locations all at the same time. It is truly revolutionizing our company.

**What do you dislike about MobiWork?**

At times the platform can be too customizable, making new user training challenging. The system can be tweaked in so many different ways that a new user can be confused when navigating the website, but for the most part the platform can be learned quickly.

There is very little I dislike about the product.  It took some time to fine tune what was needed from our end because we had not had a mobile application before.  Other than taking a while to develope, it has been a good process.

I absolutely recommend this product.  It is completely customizable, the customer service is responsivle and highly professional.

We have everything centralized with Mobiwork, regarding schedule, assets, work orders, purchase orders, and invoices. We're able to customize filled forms for our service department and form renderers to display the way we need to.

When there are updates/changes made, and we had no idea. Something that we were used to becomes different, so many of our users question it.
Also, there's no environment for testing renderers/forms. If changes need to be made, it all goes to live.
