At times, messages won't go thrhough. **What problems is MentorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As part of the alumni at IESE, at times it is complicated to leverage the network, and mentor cloud has made it twice as easy to identify mentors for specific needs, and kick off successful mentorship processes. As a mentor myself, I found it really good to be put in contact with people that, regardless of their extensive experience, seek for your input or help with specific subjects. A couple of things that stand out: * Platform is easy to use and easy to get started. * The information it provides is in simple, graphical form that is really helpful. * A community of people who want to help each other. * It's inobtrusive - you aren't bombarded by asks and offers. You set the pace. Perhaps the coolest thing about the platform is that when you see the breadth of mentor serivces along with the breadth of mentees ... you realize that you have something to contribute. You can be a mentor ... because somewhere there is someone behind you in their growth curve. Your life matters ... and with MentorCloud, you (and I) finally have the chance to be helped and to help. It's a gift. **What do you dislike about MentorCloud?** If you pay attention to your onboarding, things should be pretty intuitive. I didn't ... and so when I jumped back in it took me a bit to figure out how things were set up. I would love to see something on the homepage that says "Find a Mentor" or "Start Mentoring." I eventually found that information, and again the breakdown was on me ... but my guess is I'm not the only person stuggling with attention issues. **What problems is MentorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a world that is now hyperconnected ... we are more disconnected from mentoring relationships than ever. Digital information is incredible, but it can't take the place of connecting with a human being. MentorCloud gives me access to mentors across a broad spectrum of skills and experiences. They were then responsive, friendly and solved issues quickly to keep the programme running smoothly. They also allowed us to set up 4 different types of mentoring within one system that connects people from a range of different companies. I can then take reports from the system pretty easily to be able to prove effectiveness. **What do you dislike about MentorCloud?** There were a few hiccups with our IT security systems and this created some errors- putting the development team in direct contact with the IT team worked though. **What problems is MentorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to connect mentors and mentees from different organisations across the UK. The algorithm streamlines an otherwise tricky process. I'm a community builder for lots of different organizations and I've relied on so many spreadsheets to track key people in my network. But with MentorCloud, you no longer have to rely on manually tracking connections in excel files - you can simply let the software do they matchmaking for you. Mentor Cloud is a simplistic way to nurture energized coaches directed with information and guidance. In my efforts to use MentorCloud, I saw the brightness of its use for the relevant, fair practices in the portion of established mentoring platforms. I saw MentorCloud to solve significant problems with ease and no complications. Endurance is a worship towards suggestions. The capabilities of online Systems go way beyond manual appointment systems. I used MentorCloud to assist me in navigating complexities associated with Mentor Coachee relationships. **What do you dislike about MentorCloud?** Enormity is a symptom of disease. The categories are enormous. Carrying is not a footprint of enormity. Successful enterprises always categorize the Data. I saw MentorCoach not having familiarity to disseminate data from applicability to having information backlogs. Information Backlogs are those individuals who arent aggressive to usage. They are evergreen filters to normalization process. I think the Mentor Coach should understand the filtering of information from student-coachee relationships that falsely identify protracted information. The ability of a student to get a leadership reward is not a place of decadence. I see mentor coaches improving coachee-mentor relationships with a reward system that stipulates and energies the categories of Coachees in Mentoring Relationships. Unwanted and variable information generated through policy maps does not serve the importance and fabric of Mentoring with Unwavering faith in the Student ombudsman. In the past, we ran our own mentorship program for Women in Leadership at Marriott in Indonesia.
