Mainsaver has a specific strength of consolidating all my assets data. It helps for my team to be on schedule and to follow different preventative maintenance schedules effectively. **What do you dislike about Mainsaver?** I depend on the IT support so often to create reports to fit the need of my department. The reporting features give decent primary information, augmenting reports for individual purposes is not convenient. **What problems is Mainsaver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainsaver has proven to help us manage and improve our maintenance regime. With a central depot for controlling work orders, inventories, and tracking assets, we have minimized time losses and increased overall equipment efficiency. ### 2. I'm no longer making frenzied searches for that which projector has been dropped. **What do you dislike about Mainsaver?** I discovered that generating reports can give one a headache. If I had the ability to make any reports I want along with the capability of making them custom to my own needs it would save me so much hassle if I did not have to ask the IT people. **What problems is Mainsaver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainsaver is not only preventing but also eliminating my stress related to asset tracking which is simply a matter of the heart. Reporting capability is one of the integrities that has enabled me to generate in-depth reports concerning the performance of equipment as well as detecting future problems before they occur. **What do you dislike about Mainsaver?** Mainsaver has been too stuffed with features to the level that customizing them so that they can fit my specific needs feels like I am stuck in a Big Band. The system looks like a toolbox of unchangeable tools. Even the most minor changes needIT involvement. This usually is a time-consuming and frustrating activity, especially when the duties to be done are clumsy. **What problems is Mainsaver solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team performance has noted drastic improvement in result of Mainsaver integration in our activity. The product is quite easy to learn and use and also the customer service of the product is grat and the staff is quite knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Mainsaver?** One of the dislikes I would say is that the mainsaver doesn't offer the free trial version which is necessary to evaluate the product. Also, they need to improve the connectivity of the server speed which can sometimes be really slow. Also, the user interface could be improved. **Recommendations to others considering Mainsaver:** It is probably one of the best asset management products and the implementation of the product is quite easy. The customer service is great and the staff is knowledgeable. It will help to enhance the KPI for an organization.
