With that setup, I can create campaigns and send them instantly through my AI agent, which is why I’m such a fan of their MCP server. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** I think the UI is not properly designed in terms of user experience sometimes I get confused initially when I was using it I was confused whether the subscriber I'm watching is my oral subscriber or subscribers in the group So the UI is not user friendly it can be improved there should be better labeling of the things that we are watching **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem in light is solving for us is especially sending emails in bulk to our apps user base which is MCP server we are able to send that email through our AI agent so it expirates the entire process and yeah I mean the best thing is I can send HTML design to email from the agent so agent designed the email and send it to the customer so this is probably the good one. ### 2. Even though I'm a developer capable of writing HTML and CSS, it's just so much faster and easier to create a professional-looking email without needing to code. The builder is intuitive and efficient, letting me create clean emails in just five minutes that look good on both desktop and mobile. I also love the subscriber grouping and tagging feature. It allows me to efficiently target the right audience, whether it's clients, the open-source community, or our internal team, without spamming irrelevant updates. The automation workflows are fantastic, taking care of welcome sequences and routine emails without further input from me. I set things up once and can trust that everything runs smoothly in the background, saving me hours each month. I appreciate the analytics dashboard as well. It's simple and clear, showing me who opened emails and who didn't, so I can follow up if needed. Switching from Mailify to MailerLite was a significant improvement, with its intuitive interface, helpful templates, and seamless integration with tools like Dropbox, Pexip, and Shopware. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** First thing is the email editor can be slow and glitchy sometimes. The drag and drop builder is usually great, but when I am working on a longer email or one with multiple sections, it starts to lag. I drag an element and it takes a second to snap into place. Sometimes it freezes for a few seconds. Once or twice, I lost unsaved changes because the editor crashed. That is frustrating when I have spent fifteen minutes crafting a detailed release note email. I have learned to save constantly, but I should not have to. Second thing is the limited design flexibility for advanced users. I am a developer, so sometimes I want to inject custom HTML or CSS to do something the drag and drop builder does not support. MailerLite allows custom HTML, but it is clunky. The custom HTML blocks do not always play nicely with the rest of the email. They break responsiveness on mobile, or they look fine in the editor but render weirdly in Gmail. I end up stripping out my fancy ideas and sticking to the basic blocks. That is fine for most emails, but for occasional advanced needs, I wish it were more robust. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** MailerLite solves scattered and missed communication issues, providing consistent branding and formatting. It simplifies subscriber management and tracking, ensuring everyone gets updates accurately and efficiently. Its analytics, automation, and drag-and-drop builder save time and enhance professionalism. ### 4. I also appreciate the feature where I can extract the open list and create a new email campaign without having to export and reload data, which makes it quick and easy. I find the segment section very useful because I don't need to export data for the people who opened my last email; it's automatically built in. Additionally, I like the ability to do multi bulk emailing, which is quite feasible. I appreciate the segment feature where I can unsubscribe inactive users, making management easier. It was also quite easy to set up MailerLite; logging in with my credentials was straightforward, and once I received a verification code via email, setting it up was no trouble at all. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** MailerLite is quite slow when switching between different tasks. The user interface is also slow and could be more intuitive, as it's sometimes hard to operate due to different buttons and features that are a bit confusing. Pricing was based on subscribers we actually emailed in a 30-day window, which made sense for a business like ours that sends maybe 1 or 2 campaigns a year (Black Friday, annual update). The editor is simple, deliverability has been fine, and the SSO between apps is convenient. **What do you dislike about MailerLite?** Two issues. First, the new MailerLite pricing model bills on stored active subscribers, not on who you send to. For infrequent senders, that's a hidden price hike. We'd pay the same as someone sending daily. A loyalty discount doesn't fix a fundamentally mismatched billing model for seasonal or low-volume customers. Second, Legacy itself is showing signs of neglect. Today the subscribers view wouldn't load: the UI said "This list contains 7 Subscribers" but the table just spun indefinitely. Combined with the non-dismissible "Level up" banner pushing migration, it feels like the classic product is being left to rot to force the move. Support was also frustrating. The AI bot (LiteBot) looped the same pricing answer multiple times before a human stepped in, and there was no clear path to escalate product feedback. **What problems is MailerLite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Basic email marketing and list management for a small customer base. We prefer having partnership perks, as we have found that generally most email platforms are similar in their delivery and reporting, but where we excel as an agency is in developing creative.
