We are missing the ability to prioritise certain files, so I had to wait all day for someone to upload 30gb of footage to access the 3kb text file that uploaded last. **What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easier to share files without having to set something to upload. Lucid has been the only program that allows for a post production workflow with multiple remote team members contributing. Works flawlessly once you know which settings it likes. **What do you dislike about LucidLink?** Lucid for me has been spotty on its performance, especially with unpinned files. It's not usable for me unless all files are pinned, really low res proxies are used, as well as low res preview files and audio waveform generation is off. There are probably more checkboxes I'm leaving out but those are the main ones. I have extremely fast internet, so I was a bit surprised that I still had to do all these workarounds. Not only did we run into many relinking issues, but we were also unable to properly stream files. LucidLink allows you to work straight out of the cloud, with no manual downloads needed. This creates a single source of truth, in stead of multiple different versions of a project. It is as easy as working on an external disk, without the drawbacks of having different versions. When you are on a stable speedy connection even high res files work flawlessly. We incorporated a Proxy workflow that allows us to work directly from the cloud even with a less stable connection. And for those times where the connection is flaky, or you need to work offline, LucidLink allows you to easily pin the needed files locally via the Premiere Pro and After Effects Panel. We're constantly working happily on LucidLink and for those times where we do have an issue, the LucidLink slack group is just a click away and usually solves all our problems. If not, it is easy to create a log and send it to customer support. **What do you dislike about LucidLink?** Sometimes there seem to be some streaming issues, especially with MXF files, but it is highly likely that this is an issue with Premiere Pro more than with LucidLink It would be nice if there was an easy way to create a cloud backup.
