## LucidLink Reviews
  ### 1. It just flawlessly allows us to collaborate with files

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Y. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I never have to think about it! It is so rare to have a business software that does NOT need constant teddy bearing, but LucidLink is one such software. Since I've set it up on my mac and mounted the space I'm working with, I have not had to think about what LucidLink does, how it does it, or anything. The connection wakes up by itself when my Mac wakes or after it has been rebooted. And it just works. This software is really helpful for us being in the e-commerce space. We host and collaborate on all of our creatives - videos, ads, pictures, packaging materials, product design, everything. Even the feed files for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

That there is no iOS app! This is my biggest drama, honestly. Sometimes, I have a thought while on the go and I know that if I could just open a pdf that is hosted in our company LucidLink space, I can just see what I need and allow my thought to continue... It is pretty minor though, since that only happens when I'm not at work.

**Recommendations to others considering LucidLink:**

When we were researching LucidLink for our company, we chose it for the obvious use case that is on their website about hosting our video projects. However, it is good for so much more. Historically, we've been using Google drive to share files, but Google is nothing but problems. Once we saw how LucidLink works, we transferred everything there and it barely makes a dent in our monthly cost, because the files are much smaller than the video projects.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small team of 8 people and we are collaborating on graphics files that are needed to create plotter cutter and 3D printing jobs. We host all of our graphics files - ads, videos, pictures, 3D renders. In addition to that, we also host files related to product development and production (from the manufacturing aspect of the business). It just works so well, that we don't need anything else.

  ### 2. Seamless - Best Cloud Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua M. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Its simplicity and integrated features. We needed a simple cloud drive mapped to a drive letter. Lucidlink is amazingly fast, and with its immutable snapshots, secure, and dead simple for our users.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

If you have a large team, it gets quite expensive.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get off local storage. We have a distributed user base, large files, and wanted more security than local file servers or NAS storage with the threat of ransomware always looming. VPNs were also always hit and miss for our users when traveling. We needed a simple cloud drive mapped to a drive letter. Lucidlink is amazingly fast, and with its immutable snapshots, secure, and dead simple for our users.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We appreciate your feedback on the simplicity and speed of LucidLink, as well as the security it offers with immutable snapshots. We understand the concern about cost for larger teams and are always looking for ways to provide competitive pricing while delivering top-notch features and performance.

  ### 3. A great online collaboration tool that is almost there...

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink continues to be our go-to collaboration tool for our project folders. With editors working remotely, and contract editors coming and going, it's so nice to not have to shuttle giant project folders around or share links to various files.

We haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood), but the snapshot feature seems like our files are safely stored in the event of some data loss (accidentally deleting a file or a corrupt file type, etc).

I've also found their support documentation to be helpful and clear. We had a contractor wanting to set up LL on his M4 machine. Apple doesn't make it easy, but the documentation clearly walked through the process, and they were up and running.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Since my last review, the top items I dislike about LL have remained unaddressed, so they continue to be the top items (plus two additional ones).

- file management transparency is the biggest weakness of this system. We have an ingest computer for all of our footage. It doesn't have the storage capacity of our editing machines, but it's enough to get the job done. Let's say I have a 15GB folder of footage I need added to a project folder on LL. I copy that 15GBs of footage locally to the folder and let it upload to the cloud for other editors to access. Now, how do I manage that local 15GBs of storage? I can't delete the footage because that would delete across the entire LL pool. If I "unpin" that project folder, I have no idea if LL is actually freeing up that 15GBs on my local hard drive or not. If the cache system needs to be a blob of storage; fine, but there should be some kind of method for me to choose whether or not files are stored locally or just "on line only". OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive - they all have this feature. It needs to be clearer with LL because right now it's a file management nightmare.

- bandwidth management: there are times when I'm fine with LL having unlimited access to my bandwidth. There are also times when that creates performance issues and I want to either pause or throttle the speed. While these settings exist, it would be nice if there was access within the system tray icon. Right click on the icon and select one of 3 bandwidth settings: unlimited, preset and pause. Preset could be parameters that I've established in the app for upload/download. Dropbox has a great feature where I can quickly pause syncing for "1 hour", "2 hours", "until tomorrow", etc. I know that when it kicks back in, all files will be synced.

- the app shows how much data is pending upload, but there's no (a) indication of what files it's working on - a queue of sorts and (b) no indication on whether or not the app is downloading. I have to go into the task manager performance window to see if it's the LL app that's taking up bandwidth or not. I should be able to see that in the app itself.

- classic vs new: this has been a convoluted mess when they introduced a new version alongside the classic one. It will be nice when it's just LL. It's still unclear to me what the real benefits are of the new version, though. We don't need as many of the enterprise user management features I think it covers. I can only hope the new version addresses some of the above, but I haven't seen anything to indicate that.

- Accounts: for the life of me, I can't find a way to log out of LL so I can log in with another account. We changed our account structure and I want to be able to sign out of an account and log in with a different one. I've had to resort to uninstalling and re-installing the app just to do that.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote video editors needing access to a shared pool of project folders.

Also, the pricing model is reasonable, which is a real draw.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We appreciate your feedback on areas where LucidLink can improve, such as the ability to pause syncing, quick access menu in the system tray app, and transparency for file storage. We will definitely take these suggestions into consideration for future updates.

  ### 4. Great for working world wide

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** travis B. | Senior Video Editor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

My job entails reviewing and editing videos for F1 races with 23 races on the calendar it is full on with very quick turn arounds lucidlink allows me to edit with out downloading and get videos from camera men in real time it also servers as a central hub for storage and transfer.

I do still need to learn all the extras but so far its basicly been plug and play.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

On my mac when I preview with space bar its not that great this is definitely my net speed which is actualy very good but maybe it could preview in a lower format.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

working world wide with people I haven't even met it works great.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're delighted to hear that LucidLink has been instrumental in facilitating your work with F1 races, providing real-time access to videos and simplifying collaboration worldwide. Your feedback about the preview function on Mac is valuable, and we'll explore ways to optimize the experience, such as offering lower format preview. Thank you for choosing LucidLink!

  ### 5. The BEST tool for anyone in post-production wanting to work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick K. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

What I really love about LucidLink is how it lets me stream huge files straight from the cloud with zero hassle. No more waiting around to download stuff—everything just works, and collaboration's a breeze.

It's super easy to use as it's integrated within Finder (I'm using this on a Mac) and it fits right into my workflow without any interruption. The speeds are unbeatable and always come out with new features including the iOS app!

LucidLink is the ultimate tool for any freelancer or team needing quick and secure access to data.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

There's honestly not much to dislike! I'd love to see a little more flexibility in adding additional TB's or another plan to cater for freelancers that want to scale up and down in size. Other than that, I'm a huge fan and beats any competitor that I've used.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes collaboration with large files so much easier, to also add members and other freelancers on projects whilst being secure, means that I can run a studio fully remotely in the cloud.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're so glad to hear that LucidLink has made collaboration and file access so much easier for your post-production work. It's great to know that our service is helping you run your studio remotely in the cloud. We appreciate your feedback about additional storage options, and we'll definitely consider that as we strive to meet the needs of freelancers like you. Thank you for choosing LucidLink!

  ### 6. Works great for smaller files but larger files bogs down the system

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink makes sharing files and folders with remote workers very easy, especially those files that are growing during a live event. The files can live in your own S3 bucket and show up as a network drive for remote workers. These files can easily be dropped into Adobe Premiere and edited with. The file will continue to grow within Premiere as the file grows within the S3 bucket. This does allow a company to save travel costs by keeping remote editors where they are instead of bringing them on site.

The smoothness of the video playback and scrubbing is pretty good for files under 150GB. The experience is very similar to editing with the file on a local server.
Setting up a Lucid Link platform for both admins and users was very easy. The rights management system of who has access what is easy to manage as well. The Lucid Link customer support team are very knowledgeable and have great personalities.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

While LucidLink can easily can handle files up to 150GB anything over that and I am experiencing delayed playback times and scrubbing. At my house I have a 500mbps fiber connection and I am experiencing these issues. Maybe on a faster connection 1GB-3GB connection you wouldn't have this. Most remote editors would probably be editing from their homes and most of the population doesn't have an internet connection in the 1GB-3GB range. Most are less than 500mbps.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our remote editors not to travel on site when we have events which saves travel costs and time.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We appreciate your positive feedback about the ease of sharing files and the smoothness of video playback with LucidLink. We understand your concerns about performance with larger files and slower internet connections, and we will continue to work on optimizing the system for a better user experience in various network environments.

  ### 7. LucidLink - Documentary Industry Pro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink makes it easy to store, organize, and access massive amounts of footage without having to fully download everything locally. It’s fast, reliable, and allows our team to collaborate seamlessly across multiple locations. Being able to stream files on demand has saved us time and storage space, especially during high-volume documentary projects.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It can be a little finicky with certain NLEs (non-linear editing systems), especially when working with proxy workflows or large sequences. Occasionally, the connection drops or gets sluggish if internet speeds dip, which can interrupt review or transfer processes. A more intuitive desktop UI would also be helpful for newer users.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LucidLink eliminates the need to constantly upload, download, or transfer large video files between team members. In our documentary work, we deal with hours of high-resolution footage, and LucidLink allows us to stream and organize everything from a centralized space without clogging local drives. It’s especially beneficial when collaborating with editors, producers, and partners who are spread across locations—we can all work from the same source files in real time. This has streamlined our post-production workflow, reduced delays, and kept our projects moving efficiently.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has made it easy for you to store, organize, and access massive amounts of footage, and that it has improved collaboration across multiple locations. We appreciate your feedback and are constantly working to improve our service.

  ### 8. This has completely changed mine and my editing teams entire workflow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon B. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Honestly LucidLink has completely changed my entire editing teams workflow. Our team all work remotely and before using LucidLink we were either having to meetup to transfer footage or having to upload it to G Drive and then download it. This was a major hassle and massively slowed down our entire process. I also really like that I can pin files so they are saved locally (especially useful when the internet isn't up to par)

Now we can literally send one message to each other and say can you take a look at a project and they can instantly open it up and continue working on the project. Other than the editing software itself, this is now the most essential tool we have for editing.

I would recommend trying this if you work with a team or have to work from more than one computer.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

The only downside is unpinning files I have saved locally. I wish there was an easier way to see all the files I've pinned so I could quickly select all and unpin them (maybe there is a way to do this, but I can't seem to find it)

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with a team. We'd often just share projects on SSD's or if I was working on another computer remotely I would have to dial into my computer to edit projects I'd already started. This wasn't ideal as there would often be a lag or the internet would cut out making it really hard to get into any sort of rhythm when editing.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has had such a positive impact on your editing team's workflow! The ability to work remotely and instantly access and collaborate on projects is a key benefit of our platform. We appreciate your feedback about unpinning files, and we'll take it into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for recommending LucidLink for team collaboration!

  ### 9. Early Doubts Proven Very Wrong!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan T. | Creative Direction / Cinematographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I had thought this software too good to be true however, it has been monumental in the transformation of our company's video editing workflows. We've a team nationwide and this has saved me a great deal of time and money. We previously were purchasing hard drives, transferring footage to a workable drive and a back-up drive then sending to our editors via post.
Now we simply back-up, create proxy files, and upload to Lucid Link and have editors jumping onto the project immediately.
Game changer!

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

The only downfalls i've found are to do with the user interface of the desktop app. Lucid are naively assuming when it comes to the customers' understanding of applying the product. When setting up, if you're not familiar with coding / computer science terminology you may need assistance to get right from the start. For example; it asks you to define a filespace with a root path. Establishing cache sizes and understanding local pathways i found confusing having only ever used Mac.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 10. LucidLink – The Future of Cloud Storage and Collaborative Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William L. | Head of CG at Claynosaurz, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink has been an absolute game-changer for our startup. We've been using it daily for the past 4–5 months, the experience has been nothing short of eye-opening. The platform delivers on what it promises lightning-fast access to cloud files with a truly "real-time" feel that sets it apart from traditional cloud storage solutions. It was incredibly easy to implement and the platform is so intuitive that our team was up and running right away without any learning curve.

One of the most impressive aspects is how LucidLink allows us to work directly from our creative and production software without ever needing to download or reupload anything. This eliminates delays, reduces redundant file transfers, and keeps our workflow fluid and efficient.

LucidLink has significantly improved the way we work. Our team now collaborates more efficiently, shares large datasets effortlessly, and moves at nearly twice the speed compared to our previous workflow. The seamless experience makes it feel like files are local — even though everything lives in the cloud.

If you're a remote team or a company dealing with large files and need reliable, high-performance access to shared data, we highly recommend LucidLink. It's not just a tool — it's a strategic upgrade.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Honestly, there's not much to complain about so far, the overall experience has been excellent. That said, the user interface for managing users and access permissions can feel a bit hidden or unintuitive at times. It’s not a major issue, but a more streamlined layout would make the admin experience even better. Otherwise, the core technology works exactly as intended and runs seamlessly.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LucidLink has solved one of our biggest challenges: accessing and collaborating on large files across a remote team without the need for constant downloading and reuploading. We can now work directly from our software — like opening a Maya scene straight from the cloud — which has been a huge productivity boost. The real-time access and speed have allowed us to move nearly twice as fast in our workflow. It's also incredibly easy to use and implement; our team was up and running within minutes. LucidLink has made collaboration seamless and efficient, and it's now a core part of our daily operations.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has been a game-changer for your startup! It's fantastic to know that the platform has delivered on its promise of lightning-fast access to cloud files and has significantly improved the way your team collaborates and works. Thank you for recommending LucidLink as a strategic upgrade for remote teams and companies dealing with large files.

  ### 11. Fastest & most reliable way to share your work.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Lucid has been an excellent tool for sharing my work with my teammates. It provides a reliable way to upload my files for everyone to download and collaborate on, or to simply upload the final products. I appreciate how easy and seamless it is; I can drag and drop a file just like any other document on my PC, and it uploads instantly. Plus, I receive a link that I can share within Slack or any other application, and it integrates smoothly. It's an outstanding app that makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Honestly, I don't dislike anything about the app. Sometimes, the updates take a little while, but you can rest assured that they are always working on improvements.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lucid solves the problem of sharing big files within seconds. Doesn't matter how many files you have or how big they are, they just upload real quick and my teammates can get to work on them instantly.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has been an excellent tool for sharing your work with your teammates! Our goal is to provide a reliable and seamless experience for our users, and we're glad to hear that you find it easy to use and integrate with other applications.

  ### 12. A fantastic data sharing platform for a distributed VFX company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon R. | Tech Ops Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

As a fully remote team, Lucidlink has been a game changer for us.

File transfer speeds have been the biggest boon for us as a team. Because the app can create multiple connections to transfer files, it is able to saturate a connection meaning we get speeds an order of magnitude faster than many alterantives on the market.

The sales and support team were great for us when we began discussions on the transition to their platform and made things very easy for us to get set up.

The security and admin tools in the app are incredibly easy to set up, the permissions tools make it easy to restrict access to any freelancer or external partner. The adim tools also allow for defaut configs to be deployed to new users which helps massively with the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Overall there's nothing we dislike about the platform. There are some features that would be nice to have such as a mobile app for file access on the move, the ability to share files directly from Lucidlink rather than needing to use a 3rd Party Solution and lastly it would be great if there was an intergration with platforms like Media Shuttle for direct ingest into our storage.

I believe some of these have been addressed since the release of Lucid 3 however we haven't been able to make the transition as yet.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned previously, the main problem Lucid has solved for us is fast access to large amounts of data that allow us to work with a much broader swath of talent across Europe which would be a lot less practical with similar platforms.

This has been a very large benefit for us as it allows us to engage with a much broader range of artists from all over Europe in ways that wouldn't be possible before we started using the platform.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with LucidLink. We're glad to hear that our platform has made it easier for your distributed VFX company to work with a broader range of talent across Europe. Your feedback on additional features is valuable to us, and we're continuously working to enhance our platform.

  ### 13. Gamechanging software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

- File blocking technology to enable immediate playback in Premiere / Resolve rather than having to cache an entire video file.
- Caching to external SSD.
- Cache to timeline range only.
- Integration with Frame.io
- Premiere Pro panel extension is very well designed.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

- Inability to migrate a project cache residing on an external SSD from one computer to another (e.g. if you have to move edit suites) / cache resets.
- All data is encrypted meaning you have to use to app to access.
- Lack of metrics for things like file caching ETA, data throughput etc.
- Sharing & playback of file links. Classic app only supports another user who has a mounted volume & playback via a traditional media app.
- Deletion of cache is still done via Terminal. This needs to be built into the app

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of access to a SAN storage for external freelancers.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that you are enjoying the file blocking technology and caching features in LucidLink. We appreciate your feedback on the limitations you've experienced, and we are continually working to improve our software to better meet the needs of our users.

  ### 14. Surprisingly fast remote work at a reasonable price, but not perfect

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I use LucidLink to allow my remote colleagues to access and edit large (10-40 GB) amounts of footage quickly (i.e. without having to download anything) and turn around edits quickly. I work in podcasting and episodes need to turn around fast, and uploading + downloading massive files takes ages, especially with home WiFi. LucidLink allows us to cut out the downloading part entirely.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

LucidLink can occasionally be buggy and confusing to use, encountering errors like "failed to mount" with little to no troubleshooting guides existing online. There are also simple features (like being able to rename your workspace) that don't exist. I understand there are likely technical reasons or limitations preventing these features from being implemented, but they still cause a level of frustration during use.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our office WiFi is decent, but our remote employees use their home internet. Those speeds vary. When turning around video episodes of our podcast quickly, downloading AND uploading (sometimes multiple times) is a huge time sink. This allows us to upload once, and never worry about downloading.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with LucidLink. We understand the frustration caused by occasional bugs and limitations in features. We are committed to addressing these issues and providing a smoother user experience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

  ### 15. Top product for working remote

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sietse W. | Lifestyle Coach en trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I am doing edit work for a Dutch client while I am living in Sweden.
It works pretty smooth and fast!
Its like if we work on the same place, but thats not what it is!

I can even render the files from Davinci Resolve inside LucidLink without export!

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It can be my computer, or the program. But my computer is bit more laggy if I use files from the shared LucidLink map.
But its already fast, for the rest I could not find anything.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working remote from where I want.
The client is loading the files and I can edit them whenever I want!

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with LucidLink. We appreciate your feedback about the bandwidth and latency requirements, and we are committed to enhancing our platform to address these concerns.

  ### 16. Great alternative to SharePoint or OneDrive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

The ability to browse and access files directly from our native Finder window on Mac (fewer steps, less cumbersome and confusing), and the ability to "preview" creative files in Finder without opening the entire file, which you cannot do on SharePoint or OneDrive. This allows us to quickly preview that we're choosing the correct file, or to quickly preview / review a design without taking the extra time to open the file in a program.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Not being able to share file links with those who do not have a LucidLink access point.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to quickly access files and preview them in Finder natively instead of "downloading" and opening them, which is what we had to do when using SharePoint and OneDrive for storage. In addition, the storage cost for SharePoint and OneDrive is massive for our graphics files, and LucidLink allowed us to save a ton of money.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> It's great to hear that LucidLink has provided a more efficient way to access and preview files, as well as cost savings for your graphics files. We understand the need for improved file sharing capabilities and will continue to work on enhancing our features. Thank you for your valuable input.

  ### 17. Fast and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis B. | Sr. Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

It's easy to set up and relatively painless to use. Don't really need to think about it too much other than paying the bill.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Premiere extension is a little clunky / not super straight forward. More or clearer insight into data use and how it will be reflected in the monthly bill might be nice.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needing to connect multiple editors to the same drive without needing to download or manage files before getting to work.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with LucidLink. We understand your concerns about the Premiere extension and the need for clearer insight into data use and billing. We are continuously working to improve our service and will take your feedback into account for future enhancements.

  ### 18. Streamlines Video Workflows Nationwide, but the UI Can Be Temperamental

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Streamlining video workflows across the country

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Ui isn't the best & can be temperamental

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data manafement

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink is helping to streamline your video workflows nationwide. We understand your concerns about the UI and we are constantly working to improve the user experience.

  ### 19. Seamless Local Drive Experience, but Beware of Backup Risks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

It works just like a local drive. I rarely think about it after setting it up. It also saves space on my local drive

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

I’ve been burned badly by not having a project backed up daily off of LucidLink when the whole service went down. Aldo the costs have gone up quite a bit

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s letting me collaborate with multiple separate jobs at once from anywhere with a solid internet connection.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear that LucidLink is helping you collaborate across multiple jobs. We are committed to providing a reliable and secure platform for your data storage and collaboration needs.

  ### 20. The ability to scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Having LucidLink in our workflow allows our team to collaborate and scale in a way we had never been able to before.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

There was certainly a learning/technical curve to getting the system to function properly. It took a bit of trial and error to get each user to understand the system and how to setup their machine/preferences for it to work properly.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a small media production company that typically work on a per-project basis. We don't maintain a large internal staff but instead rely on contractors to scale up or down to meet our needs in any given moment. This was extremely challenging before implementing LucidLink because of how complex file management and handoff would be. Now that its become such a central piece of our process, we are easily able to collaborate on projects even when staff are spread around the country.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink has been able to help your team collaborate and scale in a way that was not possible before.

  ### 21. I obsessed with Lucid Link

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara W. | Owner / CEO - Photographer and Art Director. I also own a photography studio., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I switched to Lucid Link around April 2024, and it has been a GAME CHANGER for my team and I. Between editing photos and videos and managing social media, it's so lovely to have access to all the files from any of our computers and to have changes almost instantly on every end. I recommend it to all my friends. Their customer service is incredible, too. I once had a few questions, and they got on a Zoom call with me and walked me through everything in real time together, which was very appreciated and helpful because I am more of a visual learner.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It felt a little daunting and scary to set up. In the end, it wasn't bad, but I remember that being something that at the time felt annoying.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is wayyy better and faster than google drive. It gives my team the ability to work from the same files seamlessly and make changes that can be updated quickly.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has been a game changer for your team! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that our customer service team was able to assist you effectively.

  ### 22. LucidLink has been a game changer for our indie film production company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enzo T. | Producer, Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink enables our production company to embrace a distributed workflow during production (dailies and general edit assist workflows) and post in a way we have not been able to before. We've been working somewhat remotely for many years, but Lucidlink removes a huge amount of friction around drive clones and keeping files an projects up-to-date between the editorial team. The convenience, transparency to workflow and cost savings are significant.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

We lost a day's work when our internet connection went down and we couldn't access the server. All media was of course backed up and we could restore the proejct happily, but our short outage meant that by the time the project was up and running from our backups, we were back online with LucidLink. Some forwawrd planning to avoid these shorter outages to the LucidLink sever (and be able to switch to local drivs quickly) has become a part of our backup regime and workflow.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LucidLink lets us have a disitbuted team across editorial from Day 1. During longer productions, it means that dailes can be accessed instantly by whoever needs to without worrying about drive duplicates and so on. The Director can be reviewing file sat the end of the day without delay, while editorial are working from the same files. It has saved us a ton of drive purchase, tracking, and shipping costs, and sped up the workflow considerably.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with LucidLink! We're thrilled to hear that it has been a game changer for your indie film production company, enabling a distributed workflow and providing significant cost savings. We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve our services.

  ### 23. Acceptable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorenzo M. | Editor de Vídeo, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

It speeds up the remote workflow a lot, it is really intuitive to use and install, in fact, I use it every day. When we had problems, the support was efficient.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It is 100% necessary to pin work resources, I am a Davinci Resolve user and I would like to see an extension similar to the one you can find in Premiere.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The storage of really large video files, the ability to generate a folder structure and maintain order. But most importantly, being able to work collaboratively with multiple editors.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink has been speeding up your remote workflow and that you find it intuitive to use. We appreciate your feedback about the need for a Davinci Resolve extension and will definitely take it into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 24. A great product for remote team collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver M. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I use it to share production files for Premiere Productions, which means me and a colleague can seamlessly be working in the same files even though we're in different locations. We both use it every work day.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

A larger storage capacity for the starter price bracket would be useful. We're just two people working on a independent feature film.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My colleague and I work in different locations, and we wanted to use Premiere Productions and just have one Productions file we can both access. I didn't want us to be sending transfer project files back and forth, making things messy and potentially files getting damaged.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> It's great to hear that LucidLink has been beneficial for seamless collaboration on your independent feature film. We appreciate your feedback about the storage capacity, and we'll take that into account as we continue to improve our offerings.

  ### 26. Lucid has increased productivity in our video pipeline by making hard drives obsolete

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Being able to collaborate on video footage without having to carry around 10+ different footage drives or call into a slow work server. The speed that i can access the footage is quick and i don't see any slow to the time of rendering. Lucid is used every day in all of our processes for projects and easily integrates/implements when signing on new people. From experience, the onboarding from the lucid team was informative and easy, running multiple sessions and answered all questions.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

The only think i would count would be not being able to use certain features on the legacy version of lucid link. But upgrading would solve this issue.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lucid is solving the local storage issue that we has a department were facing. Carrying the 3rd backup of a shoot drive times by how many ongoing projects there were.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink has helped solve your local storage issue and made it easier to manage ongoing projects. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to provide solutions for your team.

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting files to other locations easily

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're pleased to hear that the upgrade has resulted in smoother performance for you.

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Real-time collaboration without file duplication. No more version conflicts or waiting for uploads. Massive time saver for our creative team.

Pricing can add up quickly with multiple users. Would benefit from more granular permission controls for complex team structures.

Replaced clunky VPNs and slow file transfers. Now our global team accesses terabytes of media instantly. Zero downtime waiting for syncs means faster client deliverables.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

  ### 29. Great for remote editors!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Excellent collaboration for sharing files without having remote editors downloads 100s of gigabytes of files.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

I have times when the drive would not mount or get hung up. I'd have to restart the service. Also, the offline file management is functional but limited.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Serious delays in the editing process by needing to send and have editors download individual files, especially when files are large.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the drive not mounting and the limited offline file management. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve these aspects.

  ### 30. Effortless cloud collaboration with incredible speed.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

LucidLink has completely changed the way our team works remotely. Files are instantly accessible without the need for downloads, and syncing across users is seamless. It's fast, reliable, and perfect for large media projects that require real-time access.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially when configuring for team use across different operating systems. But once it's set up, it runs smoothly and becomes second nature. Occasional network hiccups can slow things briefly, but nothing major.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LucidLink solves the challenge of remote file access and collaboration on large media projects. Instead of waiting for massive files to download or syncing delays, I can stream files instantly, no matter where I am. This has drastically improved our team’s productivity and allowed real-time collaboration across locations without relying on traditional cloud storage or physical drives.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has transformed your remote work experience and improved your team's productivity. Our goal is to provide seamless and efficient collaboration, and we're glad to hear that it's working well for your large media projects.

  ### 31. LucidLink saves me time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackie M. | Videographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I've been a freelance video editor for the last 5 years, and LucidLink is a huge time saver! Before Lucid, I would have to manually download hundreds of gigabytes of footage before editing and re-link project files. With LucidLink, I can skip the hassle of downloading and jump straight into the work.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

The only downside of LucidLink for me is that, depending on your internet connection, playback speeds can be slow, and sometimes the project files don't save correctly if you lose internet connection.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps reduce hours needed for downloading and syncing footage, as well as reducing storage needs for me.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink is saving you time and making your editing process more efficient!

  ### 32. Decent online file sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron H. | Sr. Copywriter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

That you can login and access files from anywhere.
That you can send a link to a file to others.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

When I login to connect to the drive in the cloud, I have to open and app, then click to connect, then click to open the filespace, then it opens the space and I have to click at least 3 times to get down to the folder where our team stuff is kept. I wish I could just click once and be there.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows our web developers to access our files.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> It's great to hear that LucidLink is helping your web developers access your files efficiently. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to support your team.

  ### 33. Great for remote creative teams

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

The fact that you can access & edit within your own mac's finder, with editors all over the world, makes this a solution like no other. Support is top notch and super quick. Installation and set up is super easy.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

New lucidlink only has the more expensive AWS cloudspace.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented storage on multiple drives that are not easily accesible and make you download everything.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're happy to hear that LucidLink has been a valuable solution for your remote creative team. Your feedback about the pricing and cloud space options is important to us, and we'll use it to inform our future developments. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Head of IT and Digital Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

The recent update allows Revit files to be collaborative, simplifying the workflow when members work from different locations.

Also, great support team. Very prompt in getting issues resolved.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Nothing really. We have been using LucidLink for over 2 years, during this time, the only thing we disliked was Revit files crashing when more than 2 people were accessing. This has been resolved.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other solutions are more expensive and typically stops at site-site collaboration. Lucidlink enables 1-step down, where you can take the computer anywhere and access the data efficiently.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We appreciate your positive review and are pleased to hear that LucidLink has provided a cost-effective and efficient solution for your collaboration needs.

  ### 35. Collaboration made easy

LucidLink allows for connection without the old school methods of copying to a drive or having multiple copies across editors. With a single source of media, you know where your media is. Permissions access control allow for greater flexibility when working with Freelancers and being able to spin up and spin down as you need the resource.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Using the classic LucidLink means having to install Kernel Extensions, but this has been fixed with the new version!

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing collaboration with team members wherever they are globally. Instant connections with a reduction in upload and downloading time.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink has made collaboration easier for you by providing a single source of media and flexible permissions access control.

  ### 36. Simple, Fast Implementation. Perfect for Remote and Robust Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Simple and fast implementation for remote and robust teams. Flexible integration. Customer support is reliable.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

One drawback is the absence of a robust web app for browsing the file system directly in a web browser. On several occasions, sync issues did not resolve automatically, and we had to manually clean up duplicate files. While this wasn't a major problem, it was definitely inconvenient.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having access to a shared file system for remote collaboration has been valuable, as it is straightforward to set up and flexible enough to fit into our existing workflows.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has been beneficial for your remote collaboration and has integrated well with your existing workflows. We appreciate your feedback about the absence of a robust web app and the sync issues, and we will use this to make improvements for a better user experience.

  ### 37. Lucid works great for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrale D. | Junior Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

I really love how quickly you can set up a multitude of people on lucid. I love the ability to only share certain folders as well. Works well for us with having a bunch of files and uploading them quickly and into one central hub.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

I wish there was a capability for the program to tag videos with certain key words to make searching easier for specific needs.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lucid is solving the issue we were having with Google drive where we couldn’t quickly upload footage and then share that footage with our editors easily

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with LucidLink. We understand the importance of efficient file sharing and will take your suggestion for video tagging into consideration for future updates.

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

So simple, I can get someone to download and install have way around the world and files are ready instantly.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It's a bit pricey. The payment tiers can add up quick, so you still need some other offline storage to balance things. It's def not for archiving long term.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more hard drives, my media is ready anywhere to be streamed.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We understand your concern about pricing and the need for offline storage. We're constantly working to improve our pricing tiers to provide the best value for our customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

It worked seamlessly even with Avid ! We’re using resolve now and it’s even more proficient than ever!

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Not sure what’s to dislike. Our company has been using it now for about 4 years and it’s been rock solid !

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed our employees to be able to work remotely from whatever location they please. It was extremely beneficial in the pandemic. The upload and download speeds are also something I’ve never experienced and has expedited the delivery of media recorded in the field to the editors working all over the province.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're delighted to hear that LucidLink has been rock solid for your company for the past 4 years and has been extremely beneficial, especially during the pandemic. We're proud to have been able to support your remote workflow and expedite the delivery of media to your editors.

  ### 40. A great solution to our small business publication needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles S. | Director of I/T, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Speed of data transfer and robust client, support has been spot on with any questions that were asked.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Need to work in IT to understand installation and setup for clients.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution for international remote workers to work on Adobe InDesign files that could be colleborated on and have the speed for these large documents to be uploaded/downloaded quickly. We use both Macs and PC's, so that was another factor also. LucidLink was able to solve these issues easily and the system worked very quickly by having multiple locations (CDN's) for our data so the remote workers always had the quickest palce to get to the files. If the client was not used for awhile, it would re-assess the files and folders to make sure anything that was used was the latest versions for them.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're thrilled to hear that LucidLink has been a great solution for your small business publication needs! We appreciate your feedback on the speed of data transfer and robust client, as well as our spot-on support. We understand that the installation and setup may require some technical knowledge, and we're continuously working to improve the user experience for all clients.

  ### 41. Great for Production Teams on Macs

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Love how easy it is to get in and use and connect. And support is great

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It’s been so problematic on PC’s with character counts and dragging things out moves it out not copies and searching is a pain. I know these are pc issues but it just feels like we’re able to do a lot on mac but then pc’s are different- wish there was more thought out balance of controls so users across devices have similar experiences.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting 15 international editors who share premiere projects and saving them from relinking

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're happy to hear that LucidLink has been helpful for your international team of editors. We understand your frustration with the differences in user experience between Mac and PC and will strive to create a more balanced and consistent experience across devices.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

I wouldn't call it dislikes -
LucidLink continue to grow and improve - there are a few features being added which is great
waiting for version 3 :)

(I will add, Their team is very open to suggestions and improvments)

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to collaboration between sites (whether if it's home/office or globally between countries)
No need for tidous sending and spending on hard drives and shipments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

With LucidLink, I can open and work on huge files in no time, saves me a lot of time

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

It’s updated quite a few times per month and tends to disconnect frequently.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LucidLink lets me work on big files right away, without having to download them. It saves a lot of time and makes working with others super easy.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that LucidLink has made accessing and collaborating on large files effortless and fast for you!

  ### 44. An efficient way to do remote video editing through the cloud.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernânio M. | Videographer Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

Makes remote video editing seamless by allowing immediate access to large media files directly from the cloud without the need for time-consuming downloads. Its integration with Premiere Pro and consistent performance across teams in different locations have been game-changers for my workflow.

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

The initial setup may seem a bit technical for non-IT users, and occasional latency spikes can occur with slower connections. Future updates should incorporate more intuitive onboarding resources and optimize for variable internet speeds.

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to store large amounts of video data on my computer or local storage for editing.

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're delighted to hear that LucidLink has solved your need to store large amounts of video data for editing. We appreciate your feedback about the initial setup and occasional latency spikes, and we will strive to improve the onboarding process and optimize performance for users with slower connections.

  ### 45. Hybrid working game changer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about LucidLink?**

The team have the same digital working experience regardless of their physical geography

**What do you dislike about LucidLink?**

Having the original filespace data and snapshots on the same storage

**What problems is LucidLink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a remote file server which is fast and responsive enough to make it unnecessary for team members to save and work on files locally, to ensure a single point of truth model. Stops (>almost< entirely) having shadow IT – no linked files saying 'file missing – on X or Y desktop'

Simply having a shared 'live' fileserver garner more of a sense of team collaboration, rather than individuals, working separately and uploading finished files to a holding space.

Easy collaboration – sharing links to files which immediately open the folder containing the file, no more tiring, complicated file paths that need to be manually followed

**Official Response from LucidLink Marketing:**

> We're glad to hear that you appreciate the seamless digital working experience that LucidLink provides regardless of physical location. It's great to know that our solution is helping to foster a sense of team collaboration and streamline file sharing.

**Reviewed by:** Linas V. | Sales and Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

We use Lucid for video editing, we film here in Australia, then the videos are being edited in Asia and scheduled by a person in Europe. Lucid makes it possible

Lucid's biggest downside is their marketing. Wish I discovered them sooner as they saved us a fair amount of money and time.
