**What do you like best about Localyser?**

As a marketing specialist, I struggled a lot with keeping up with customers' reviews on an infinite number of channels -- having them consolidated into 1 platform has really made my life easier
I use Localyser around 3 - 4 times a week and I'm on track to maximizing my brand's perception score 
Also, the system is pretty simple to use once you've gotten the hang of it and it has several majorly beneficial tools and reports to give you clear and succinct insights into things related to your brand that might otherwise remain hidden
Props to their customer service team as well -- they're always available for support

**What do you dislike about Localyser?**

The only thing I can think of is that there isn't a space dedicated to the gathered contact information, but they did say it's in their pipeline

**What do you like best about Localyser?**

We have a culture of performance, and analyzing reviews weekly is a part of our regular processes. Localyzer was a game changer for us. It saved me hours of administrative time, and the reporting features allow us to track progress over time. It was easy to implement, and customer support is always available to help.

**What do you dislike about Localyser?**

The only downside is that it is expensive for smaller businesses, but when we compared the administrative time that it saved us, it proved its value.

Localyzer gives us a tool to solicit feedback from our customers, reducing the chance of a negative Google review. We care deeply about recovering negative customer service experiences, and this tool gives us a better opportunity to do so through the feedback tool. Localyser is very easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive, and there are several convenient functions to help analyze the data and respond to guests.

The biggest downside I see is that reviews from other platforms aren't captured in real time. We are big on responding quickly, especially to negative reviews, and sometimes have to wait 24 hours before they show up. We often circumvent this software and log into Google to respond on their platform immediately.

Localyser gives us a platform to analyze review data. I especially like the feature that shows which employees get mentioned the most in 5 star reviews!

Untimely response to feedbacks.  Localyser prompts us  customer feedbacks which are not addressed.  This mechanism gives confidence that customer feedbacks are attended to.

**What do you like best about Localyser?**

Aggregating reviews in a single location and allowing response from a single dashboard is an incredible timesaver.  Launching the product took almost no time at all, our business pages integrated seamlessly and their support (on the off chance you have a question, since I never had an issue with the software) is incredibly responsive. The value is truly fantastic. You can even generate more reviews and filter out guest issues before they hit review sites through features included with Localyser.

**What do you dislike about Localyser?**

I hate to say nothing...but I really can't think of anything I'd improve. It has everything a small business owner could possibly need.

**What problems is Localyser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving me time from navigating to 10 different sites, multiple locations for my business and responding to reviews.  This generates easy to read reports every day, drawing attention to issues I may have and even helps auto-respond to reviews I may otherwise have missed or not had time to respond to.

Managing reviews for a multi branch business was always a challenge. With Localyser, having all your branches on one dashboard solved a lot time and effort for us. Also another key feature is assigning the managers and their roles to use localyser.

I haven't experienced any so far. Ticks all the boxes.

The customer service is exceptional, too. Mellisa and Lojain, in particular, were outstanding in quickly resolving technical issues and providing step-by-step guidance.

So far, my experience with Localyser has been entirely positive. From my perspective, my team was happy with the entire product.

As a cloud kitchen, we have close to thirty virtual brands, in over ten outlets across the country, on more than four different online aggregators. This makes it pretty difficult to see all of the reviews that are coming in. Localyser saved us the time by aggregating all of the reviews and making it easy for us to download and manipulate in excel.

Localyser has helped us massively in being able to consolidate all of our reviews into one simple to use site, allowing us to seamlessly connect with our guests effortlessly. 

The team behind it are very helpful and have been great in supporting us along the way.

Solid system for review handling and feedback generation. Saves a lot of time especially if you're looking after multiple brands or multiple locations. Also has a lot of useful and easy to read reports, plus, it's very keenly priced for what it offers.

There are no real negatives here. It does what it says on the tin and it does so very well.
