While the platform is generally reliable, we’ve encountered occasional syncing delays between the dashboard and end-user email accounts. Additionally, some formatting limitations within the design editor can be frustrating when trying to match very specific brand styling. It would also be helpful to have more flexible reporting or analytics on banner engagement. And sometimes when I reach support, it's located in Canada or very off times where I'm located, which is not their fault, but I thought I would put that on here. I use Letsignit to standardize email signatures within my company, which ensures a consistent brand image across a franchise network. On the API side, I would like to go further. The current coverage is correct, but there are still some possibilities missing, notably endpoints dedicated to custom fields. I would say that the disadvantages are not having control over adding or removing users (managed by an admin), which sometimes complicates updating collaborators. I feel that Let Sign It is not yet very suitable for creating an email signature for generic addresses that multiple collaborators have access to without affecting their individual email signatures. Ease of use, easy to create signature. French product. The support is quite responsive. Integration into Outlook via the add-in offers a lot of comfort for administration. The use of the add-in does not prevent using the outgoing SMTP for use cases where the add-in is not possible.
