The platform is user friendly and very simple to use. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** It would be a great improvement, not available at the moment, to have the chance to envision a cronolgic overview of objectives and feedbacks reached throught time. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Lattice we could track personal and recurrent performance reviews sharing the information wiht manager and HR department. ### 2. It is especially helpful when having one on ones with management or just for your own personal development. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** So far, I can't seem to find anything I don't like. Lattice does exactly what it needs to, and it does it well. Even the mobile app is decent enough, which I can't say about most services. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lattice is helping solve the problem of tracking goals. I have always found it difficult to really measure where I am, so it's nice to see a list in front of me and be able to categorize. ### 3. Also great for tracking progress and aligning actions items to employee development goals. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** There are not many things I dislike with Lattice. Would be helpful to be able to manually reassign direct reports in the platform rather than needing to have an account admin do it for you. **Recommendations to others considering Lattice:** Watch an orientation video to learn about the platform **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lattice is simplifying the performance review process for myself and my organization, by keeping reviews organized and compiling information from each review cycle in a centralized and easy-to-access interface. ### 4. I like that I can nominate who writes my peer reviews, and that the interface gives you the option to decline a peer review if you're writing too many. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** I only use Lattice in a limited capacity and I haven't noticed any significant inconveniences. My team doesn't formally update goals set out in performance reviews, so the reminders to edit those can get a bit annoying. **Recommendations to others considering Lattice:** N/A **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Performance reviews are a stressful and time-consuming task, but Lattice centralizes the process and makes it as efficient as possible. ### 5. Each quarter the HR team was able to plan HR meetings and to share the recap with the employee and with HR managers in order to be aligned on each situation. Additionally it allowed to track previous request and issues and to understand if they were solved throughout time. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** Historical data can be uploaded only before starting the present 1:1 and they cannot be customized after time. Additionally, there is room for more personalization in terms of KPIs. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Lattice we could develop a global HR plan of 1:1s that allowed the company to analyze the overall Company sentiment among employees, managers and directors. ### 12. Its easy to stay on one screen and access all the features from one single user interface. **What do you dislike about Lattice?** If you haven't used the application for a long time then you need keep searching for things. The background may be a brighter to make it easy to read the content **Recommendations to others considering Lattice:** It needs to be more intuitive when it comes to the UI with some changes in the background colors and more active images. Right now it seems very plain more like a note pad. Overall its a great application to be used in any organizational setting to make it easy for everyone within the company from HR to all levels of employees trying to find who is doing what and who reports to which person so that they can reach and interact with each other appropriately and without any confusions. **What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of structuring the organizational hierarchy, its easy to view the structure. It allows me to see my own profile in an easy to read fashion making it quick and more efficient and time saving. It allows other people to look at my information and contact me as per their needs.
