I have been able to schedule hundreds of social media posts in a few hours. This would have most likely taken me days to accomplish this same feat! **What do you dislike about Lately?** I have noticed some features like the queue have tended to be a little buggy for me at times (when I try to reorganize posts, they jump back to the original order) . I think it would be extremely helpful to be able to add several pipelines that operate similar to the queue (continue adding posts for different social networks and have these queues work independently of each other). For example, I could set up one queue that publishes a specific type of content weekly and another queue that publishes a different type of content daily. **Recommendations to others considering Lately:** If you operate with a very social media heavy business model, Lately is definitely worth checking out! Although I don't usually post the content exactly as it's generated by Lately, having the main thoughts already generated has allowed me to come up with nearly endless post ideas and saved a ton of time. **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm saving a ton of time on my social media creation. It has allowed me to focus on creating better image content for Instagram (and create it more consistently) as well as allowed me to focus on other areas of my business that can drive more revenue. ### 2. This is a huge time-saver and allows me to be more productive in maximizing the value of each blob post. **What do you dislike about Lately?** Sometimes it gives me too many posts and it is work to delete a bunch of them. I wish I could say I want 10 and it would give me just 10! **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm maximizing my website content and each blog post much better. This helps me to get the word out on social media better and in different ways without me thinking about it so much. I save time. I am more productive and social planning is less stressful. ### 3. Plus, the analytics and insights on best times to posts are a wonderful asset. **What do you dislike about Lately?** There isn't anything that immediately stands out. Though, it would be great if there was a way to boosts posts from their platform when you schedule a post. **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lately helps me save time, by allowing me to schedule Instagram posts ahead of time. While there are other apps that do this, Lately doesn't appear to affect the algorithm, which can happen when posting from a third party. ### 4. By means of AI or as I like to say magical sourcery, there is no more staring into the abyss, no more writers block, no more analytics confusion. The Latley AI auto generates your posts for me. I remember the first time I used the platform and a post was generated, I was like "whaaaaaatttt." When our posts go out now I know 100% that they are fully optimized for our SEO, our brand, and our message. Since using Lately our social engagment has increased significantly, so much time has been saved, and I no longer have the desire to hide under my desk when posting something on social media. Our experience using Lately, has been a amazing. Thank you Lately! **What do you dislike about Lately?** They recently rolled out a new platform that answers resolved any issues that I initially had. So My only dislike is having to answer this question. :) **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimizeing our social media posts for our message, and our brand as well as our key words. Latley begins to learn your key words and your messaging as you use it more and more. It picks up on the trends and things that work and dont work for your posts. I love the fact that we can posts everything to everywhere, at the same time. It is a huge time saver. ### 5. It is a tool that improves efficiency with social media engagement. **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lately is a very accessible and easy system for a staff person without any social media experience to create and calendar social media posts. For an organization with communications staff, it will support and amplify their expertise. ### 6. I particularly love that feature that allows me to schedule my social posts into the future. Prior to using Lately at the beginning of 2021, I would send out one tweet and one LinkedIn update with a link to my post just after I publish it. And that was it. I didn't share again. Now, with Lately A, I spend less than five minutes each time to copy and paste the link to my post, which autogenerates a dozen or more social posts. I edit as appropriate and then use the auto schedule feature to share them, usually several times a month over about 6 months. Each social post can include hashtags and links back to my original post. **What do you dislike about Lately?** It does take some time to learn how to use Lately AI. But that's true of any good SaaS platform I've started using over the years. **Recommendations to others considering Lately:** If you want to dip your toes into AI-powered marketing, Lately is your best choice. **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Lately AI is amazing at picking phrases, a sentence, or several sentences out of a blog post that would make for an ideal LinkedIn post ot tweet. It's so much easier than manually studying the text in my posts. I usually take about 5 minutes to edit about half of the posts slightly before scheduling. Some autogenerated posts don't work for my writing style, so I delete them without sharing. My Lately social post queue is now up to more than 60 posts scheduled to go out over the next 6 months! ### 7. Lately does this all for you across the written word, as well as transcribing audio and video. It then segments the video / audio up and creates short clips, with the related transcript. I can create a 100 or so tweets, for example, from a 30 min vlog in a matter of minutes! **What do you dislike about Lately?** I had to change some of my processes and way of thinking to get an understanding of how their dashboards work, but Chris on the customer success team was awesome in terms of helping me through this. **What problems is Lately solving and how is that benefiting you?** making my content work much harder for me at scale, while saving me time. ### 10.
