All feedback messages from different channels gathered in a unique tool
Possibility to close the feedback loop between product & business teams (SFDC > Harvestr > SFDC)
Contributors' roles feature that allows us to share roadmaps internally without giving full access to the tool to go-to-market teams

SFDC Data sync + Public API are still missing features but are not blocking points
As you know, our main difficulty is really to set up an operating model associated with the tool...

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

Harvestr is a small and mighty team who was able to help us onboard quickly and offers a really intuitive interface to bring together the customer feedback and insights that were being shared across multiple channels. What was most helpful has been the ability to be transparent with our open source community by offering a fully public roadmap - we love this!

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

Being a smaller organization and earlier on in their journey, there are features and improvements that we would definitely like to see. But we're confident that they'll be shipping these iteratively over time as they grow.

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of insights across 5-6 different channels without the need for manual copy-pasting or setting up multiple Zaps / automations. This saves a lot of time for our product teams throughout the quarter and especially in the lead up to planning.

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

Harvestr does exactly what I was looking for and is giving us a clear picture of what needs to be done next feature-wise.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

Nothing in particular. As for any other  software in this space it takes a moment to understand how to structure the data and there is a bit of a learning curve. That said, after trying a few competitors, Harvestr  was definitely the easiest to use.

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the years we've collected a number of feedback for our Saas product and at some point I felt we were overwhelmed by these requests.
Some features were asked frequently by many customers/leads, but others were more rare and we struggled to understand what was most requested and overall, we didn't know how to catalog the feedback and prioritize.

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

Harvestr has allowed our team to get deeper insights into our users' feedback and prioritize them in a simple way. We tried many other solutions before and all of them fell into huge complexity. Harvestr's product team is also really keen to receive feedback (and they probably make the best of their tool to prioritize !) and have surprised us many times with new features to improve our workflows.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

The tool is still in its early stage and hence some features are not too mature. For instance, they have room for improvement regarding timeline views to build roadmaps.

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harvestr helps us centralize user feedback and prioritize it in a simple way. It also makes it easy to build feedback loops with our internal and external users so as to maximize satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

The number one thing I like about Harvestr is probably its simplicity. They offer a clean and intuitive UI, which makes it really pleasant to use on a daily basis. The onboarding was also straightforward and they really took the time to set up us for success. 

We tested different solutions before and all of them were either too complicated, not enough holistic or didn't allow us to connect our integrations (Salesforce, Intercom). Now, with just a few clicks, I am able to get insights into our clients' needs as well as ideas on what to prioritize next. Its segmentation and custom attribute fields are also pretty powerful.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

We use Gong for our user interviews and unfortunately it doesn't integrate with Harvestr. Other than that, it's important to keep the tool tidy and up to date otherwise, it becomes a mess.

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Not having a clear picture of our customers' needs.
- Lacking data to back some of our product decisions.
- Struggle to efficiently communicate on feature releases when we ship something.

Knowing exactly how many times some features have been requested and by who. Aligning teammates and customers on dynamic product roadmaps. Having the confidence to make decisions backed by data. Proactively prevent issues and misunderstandings in the product, while also reducing support workload.

Best of the best is the highlight feature, to link part of one user feedback to a discovery (a group of feedback). Very useful when a message contains multiple feedback.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

Missing a feedback form for users to log their feedback directly. It would be useful, especially on the public roadmap. But the team is very responsive I'm sure they'll improve soon.

How to centralize user feedback, sort it & group it to support our product process. It helps me everyday taking decisions to improve my product and address user problems.

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

Harvestr is critical in the way we build our roadmap. It allows us to collect feedback from clients and prospects, via Zendesk/Salesforce/Gmail, but now from anywhere (Trello, NPS tools...) thanks to their great Chrome plug-in. 
UX/UI is very clean, zero bugs.
Their amazing team is very reactive and always ready to listen to our use cases.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

Nothing to dislike here, their roadmap is moving pretty fast. 
A public roadmap would be very welcomed, especially now that they have this feature :)

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harvestr is centralizing all our client feedback. It allows PMs to be more efficient with already prioritized pains, by ARR/Size (or what you want) of clients/prospects.

The customizable inboxes allow the auto-assignment of feedback to team members.
The easiness of assigning feedback to a discovery. The overall UX is great.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

We had some issues with specific exports but the support team was very quick to answer and the bug was fixed rapidly.

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to organize the treatment of the feedback we received from many channels (in App, customer support, sales team...). It also helped us strengthen our confidence that our current roadmap is fully aligned with what our customers need.

Not much, some small UI glitches here and there but I feel the performance has improved in the last months.

**What do you like best about Harvestr?**

Harvestr stood out to me for a simplistic and clean interface for organization feedback and ideas (discoveries) by product component. While other platforms offer tracking components, this product just nests and flows quite intuitively for my product management needs. Additionally, it integrates very well with our FreshDesk help desk allowing our support team to see the status of any requests and with Jira where we are managing our issues. Harvestr is my feedback gathering, skimming, and prioritizing tool as well as my product backlog, which allows me to keep our sprint backlog nice and tidy. Their team is also very responsive the few times I've had questions.

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

One of the most significant negatives with it compared to other tools is there isn't a built it in Roadmap, although you could solve this with different integrations. That said, I know this function is in the works so by the time you're reading this it may already be a dislike of the past!

**What problems is Harvestr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harvestr has allowed me to feel like I'm not missing feedback but that I'm also prioritizing what matters. Its filters, custom fields, and custom views make the tool incredibly flexible. At the same time, the organization by component and any number of sub-components (and discoveries under them) strengthens that flexibility while also adding an intuitive flow. Its interface with our help desk makes things easy for input and communication back to our customer success team.

Harvestr:

+ let you funnel in a single space the user feedback coming from multiple sources (emails, Intercom, …), making sure it does not get lost in time and space
+ provides a space for collaboration and discussion, which helps when it is the time to digest the raw feedback and translate it into refined discoveries, ready to be prioritized and worked on
+ let you easily cluster multiple similar feedback under a single discovery
+ let you score discoveries using multiple custom parameters, and sort them accordingly
+ has a very neat and clear interface

**What do you dislike about Harvestr?**

In the past, a few times some elements of the interface were a bit slow in their response time, but everything has been resolved with the recent updates, and the interactions work like a charm.

Harvestr lets us funnel our users’ raw feedback into a single space, translate it into refined discoveries, and prioritize them according to custom parameters, helping us in the decision about what to work on next.

Its ease of use I think is the most remarkable thing about this application, the fact that it can integrate with other applications turns out to be something quite practical, the ease with which it allows me to handle the requirements of my clients turns out to be something quite surprising, The fact that it allows me to automate notifications also seems to me to be a fairly practical option when it comes to having to solve any type of problem that arises since they notify me immediately, the fact that it has a wide variety of templates and functions is perfect for me to anticipate possible scenarios that may arise during the use of this application by my clients

Their reporting options turn out to be quite limited, so I think they should seek to improve and simplify these tasks in a much more optimal and practical way.

The chat really helped as I was discovering the app. I really appriciate the fact that I feellistened to when I give a feedback on the app.
The score calculated among discoveries really helped us see the most relevant and expected features. It helps a lot to have a global overview!

Some editing commands are not wher I would have put them, but that's really a matter of personal taste.

Harvestr offers all a product manager needs to prioritize the resquets and feedback they get along the days. HarvestR shows a lot of interest on what you think of the tool and your feedback, I really appriciate that.

I really like the Intercom integration and the way we can link conversations with discoveries and organize discoveries in product components. I can easily move from a feature idea to a customer conversation about it.
