I find Hapn very simple to use, with settings that are very descriptive. The support team is extremely helpful whenever I need them. I really like the trip history feature because it allows me to see exactly where the vehicle has been on a selected date and to assign specific colors and symbols to each vehicle. The initial setup was very straightforward; just scanning the QR code of the device gets everything going seamlessly. We switched from Telus Drive+ to Hapn because it offered more device types for different allocations and was much easier to use and more functional, which is essential for our fleet tracking needs. I’ve had a good experience with Hapn tracking software and GPS. The system is easy to use, reliable, and provides accurate location tracking when I need it. The live GPS view and updates are helpful for keeping track of vehicles and making sure everything is where it should be.

I also appreciate how straightforward the User Interface is to navigate most of the time. The tracking information is usually clear and easy to understand, which makes managing and monitoring vehicles much more convenient except for a couple things I just need to get used to in order to find easier. We haven't tried to integrate yet but I hope to soon.

The only thing so far that I think could be improved is the fact that it's difficult to find the correct area to change settings on trackers. I really like Hapn's user interface; it's one of the best on the market. The integration with my rental management software is seamless and very beneficial for my business operations. I appreciate how it allows a seamless entry whenever I rent out a piece of equipment, with hours automatically uploading and tagging to the contract for proper billing and hour meter tracking. It automatically flags if a customer goes over hours, saving me from manually checking each machine. I can easily view equipment on a live map and it's directly linked to the invoice page, eliminating the need to switch between softwares. The reports are fantastic and the installation was very easy. Hapn presents all the necessary information clearly, like battery level and hour meter readings, with very few clicks. Their support has also been fantastic, and my reps have been awesome. The desktop platform and the mobile app are convenient and easy to use. The HAPN team welcome any feedback and strive to make the user experience as easy as possible. The initial set-up can be time consuming, especially when using hard-wired trackers on heavy equipment or hardwiring dashcams directly to the vehicle battery and fuse box. I really like Hapn for its live asset tracking. It’s been super easy to set up and use with our rental fleet of machinery and trailers. Besides tracking equipment location, it provides data on how far trailers have traveled, which helps manage when preventative maintenance needs to be done. Sometimes the GPS mark isn't accurate and shows the machine a few blocks away from its actual location. It would be helpful if the GPS updated a couple more times after the equipment has stopped moving, specifically, a GPS update 30 minutes after stopping would be beneficial. One app for everything. It’s very easy to use, especially for fleet management. Easy to install and activate. IT is extremely easy to get ahold of with quick responses.
