The support team is extremely helpful whenever I need them. I really like the trip history feature because it allows me to see exactly where the vehicle has been on a selected date and to assign specific colors and symbols to each vehicle. The initial setup was very straightforward; just scanning the QR code of the device gets everything going seamlessly. We switched from Telus Drive+ to Hapn because it offered more device types for different allocations and was much easier to use and more functional, which is essential for our fleet tracking needs. **What do you dislike about Hapn?** Sometimes the refresh rate of the vehicles freezes, and it shows they were last updated several minutes ago. The system is easy to use, reliable, and provides accurate location tracking when I need it. The live GPS view and updates are helpful for keeping track of vehicles and making sure everything is where it should be. I also appreciate how straightforward the User Interface is to navigate most of the time. The tracking information is usually clear and easy to understand, which makes managing and monitoring vehicles much more convenient except for a couple things I just need to get used to in order to find easier. We haven't tried to integrate yet but I hope to soon. Overall, Hapn has been a dependable GPS tracking solution, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable vehicle tracking and an easy-to-use system and the price is good as well. **What do you dislike about Hapn?** The only thing so far that I think could be improved is the fact that it's difficult to find the correct area to change settings on trackers. The integration with my rental management software is seamless and very beneficial for my business operations. I appreciate how it allows a seamless entry whenever I rent out a piece of equipment, with hours automatically uploading and tagging to the contract for proper billing and hour meter tracking. It automatically flags if a customer goes over hours, saving me from manually checking each machine. I can easily view equipment on a live map and it's directly linked to the invoice page, eliminating the need to switch between softwares. The reports are fantastic and the installation was very easy. Hapn presents all the necessary information clearly, like battery level and hour meter readings, with very few clicks. Their support has also been fantastic, and my reps have been awesome. Overall, Hapn simplifies processes significantly with its willingness to come up with solutions. **What do you dislike about Hapn?** It's still a very relational results business. If you don't have good access or your rep doesn't stand behind you, you might end up with a poor experience due to lack of support. The new AI Scout function is great! **What do you dislike about Hapn?** The initial set-up can be time consuming, especially when using hard-wired trackers on heavy equipment or hardwiring dashcams directly to the vehicle battery and fuse box. It's not just a tracking tool but it gives you a hassle-free feel, out of the box features which help you not just to keep 24/7 eagle-eye monitoring for your all devices but also give you proper insight control to stay relaxed and let's rely on it without being worried. **What do you dislike about Hapn?** Honestly speaking there are many tools available in the market which I have tested and I'm able to identify some loops holes but I'm happy to have this amazing tool for which yet nothing makes me unhappy at any point. **What problems is Hapn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spytec GPS giving a huge turn for my business needs. It helps me to give proper control with point-to-point outstanding 24/7 tracking around-the-clock. It gives me in-depth visibility with peace of mind which was lacking earlier in my business. It saves a lot of extra cost for my business which earlier I was spending on such tools which are not able to fit per my business model. I would say in this way that the accuracy of other tools was not supposed to be reliable after using Spytec GPS. ### 19. I noticed a few times that it has been off by just a few feet which is great. **What do you dislike about Hapn?** What I dislike most about the device is the battery life.
