EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND CONSTRUCTION WORKFLOWS Monitor equipment location, engine hours, utilization, and idle time to support deployment decisions, rental operations, and hours-based maintenance. Proactive maintenance, diagnostics and fault codes, and fuel data help teams identify assets that need attention. Vehicle tracking, driver safety, and dash cameras support the on-road portion of the same operation. Available data and capabilities depend on hardware, asset type, and connected data sources. REPORTING AND CONNECTED OPERATIONS Dozens of reports and a custom report builder help teams investigate activity and share operational information. Rental-software and maintenance integrations, including Point of Rental, Quipli, Texada, and MaintainX, connect asset data with existing workflows. Supported OEM telematics feeds consolidate manufacturer data alongside Hapn-tracked assets. An open API and webhooks support custom integrations, while SSO supports account access. AI-powered fleet and asset intelligence helps teams explore operational data and identify what needs attention. Hapn sells directly to businesses with more complex operational requirements. Spytec GPS is the separate commercial brand focused on SMB and midmarket service fleets. Spytec GPS is powered by the Hapn Platform, which Spytec customers use after purchase.
