The system handles payments and credit based refunds smoothly, which saves more time. I really appreciate the ease of use for both business users and customers, including the app. I absolutely love that they are always making improvements. Switching from manual bookings to Gymcatch was great, especially because it integrates with Zoom, allowing people to book, pay, and get their Zoom link without me having to do anything. The initial setup was very easy, and they offer live chat support if needed. **What do you dislike about Gymcatch?** N/A **What problems is Gymcatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gymcatch saves me hours on admin by automating customer information collection, bookings, payments, and refunds. I have used it for my dance fitness classes both in person and online and it has saved me so much time on admin. I love the options of being able to add on different blot ons regarding to the individual needs of your business so you are only paying for the features you need. It is easy to use and set up and with great customer support if you do have any questions. My participants are able to book into the classes easily and keep up to date with my schedule. I also use the on demand video options for online classes which is another great feature for my business. **What do you dislike about Gymcatch?** Nothing, it's perfect for my small business. **What problems is Gymcatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to streamline my booking system online saving me so much admin time. One of my favourite features is the waitlist function which keeps my classes full and ensures clients don't miss out. On top of that, their customer support is excellent. The team is quick to respond and helpful which makes a huge difference when needing support or have any questions. It's excellent value for money, offering everything I need for my small PT business without incurring high costs. **What do you dislike about Gymcatch?** While I would love more personalisation options, for the price, it's perfect for my business! **What problems is Gymcatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gymcatch has helped remove the hassle of admin allowing me to focus on my clients and classes. With automated payments at the time of booking I now don't spend hours chasing clients or manually having to organise my schedule. When setting up classes or PT appointments, the process is very self explanatory, becoming a very quick process and I like the instant easy access to make a last minute update to the class schedule and that Gymcatch will notify participants immediately. This feature alone, has alleviated potential stress, many times. **What do you dislike about Gymcatch?** I am just happy with the functions which work for my fitness classes. **What problems is Gymcatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling.
