I love how Gymcatch has saved me hours on admin tasks, like sending PARQs for customer info and booking clients, since they can do it themselves. The system handles payments and credit based refunds smoothly, which saves more time. I really appreciate the ease of use for both business users and customers, including the app. I absolutely love that they are always making improvements. I have used Gymctach for a year now and would highly recommend it as a great booking platform for your business. I have used it for my dance fitness classes both in person and online and it has saved me so much time on admin. I love the options of being able to add on different blot ons regarding to the individual needs of your business so you are only paying for the features you need. It is easy to use and set up and with great customer support if you do have any questions. My participants are able to book into the classes easily and keep up to date with my schedule. Gymcatch has always provided support from my initial start up conversation and subsequent setting up, so you definitely don't feel like you are on your own, which is a real bonus when you a sole trader. When setting up classes or PT appointments, the process is very self explanatory, becoming a very quick process and I like the instant easy access to make a last minute update to the class schedule and that Gymcatch will notify participants immediately.
