I have several project managers and Goals is the only one to propose this innovative and motivating idea. The whole is very ergonomic and clean. It's a real pleasure. The indicators are also very well presented. This software is very pleasant to use and the team quickly answers all our questions. **What do you dislike about Goals?** For the moment, I have nothing to reproach Goals with. But I have no doubt that if I have any problems in the future, the KeepSolid Goals team, being very reactive, will be able to fix problems quickly. **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Goals mainly to manage my various personal projects. Until now, I never managed to reach the goals I had set myself, certainly because of the austere software I was using and the considerable waste of time I was taking to fill them out. With Goals, everything is simple, pretty and user friendly. I've only been using it for a short time, but I'm very satisfied with it. And it's always a great pleasure to access the rising indicators that we have reached the end of our tasks and goals. ### 3. Most of project management app try to have all-in-one which ends up in a very complicated software with long learning curve. This one does exacly what od should and the GUI is super-easy and could be smoothly shared with the group. I use Goals for planning research grants. Goals helps me on the planning process and them allows for easy tracking of its progress and milestones. Goals is also very cheap compared to competitors. **What do you dislike about Goals?** Nothing so far. Maybe it could be a nice addition to have a mobile app on the future. **Recommendations to others considering Goals:** I was looking for simple to use program that can help project management without long time required to learn its features and GUI. If you are looking for something indeed complex with many functions and features, this app could be too simple for you. **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it for writing grant proposals, planning and budgeting. Them it helps me to regularny track the progress and milestones. ### 4. It's more or less like having MindManager, Instagantt, Trello, Asana in one product which make of Goals a unique product. It's also in discussion to deliver smart scheduling features like Digispoke. The integration of all these tools into one is safier as you don't have the hasle of the data synchonization for example. Goals will be a quite unique product on a different angle : Mobile app is in the work and desktop app may come as well and we don't have many project management solutions on the market bringing the trio access Web / Mobile app / Desktop app. All it misses is time tracking with a pomodoro approach : it has been suggested, it's currently considered; if i comes it would confirm the most complete and coherent solution in the market for a low pricing you should consider to the competitors... ### 5. Really great tool to archive your goals for private and business cases. That's why I was looking for an intuitive tool where the focus is much more on productivity. I appreciate the timeline view because it helps me to have an overview of what is coming up. KeepSolid motivates me to stay on track for my goals. The UX design is fantastic. KeepSolid structured my milestones for my master thesis, and I was able to finish it in only three months. I think the use cases are endless, and you need only a short time to learn how everything is working. The reliable structured documentation and FAQs answer a lot of questions and help to get familiar with the software. The usability and functionality is really good. **What do you dislike about Goals?** There is nothing I dislike. If I look at the roadmap than I know a lot of great functionality is coming up in the near future. **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to write my master thesis thanks to KeepSolid in only 3 months. I use the tool also for business and really recommend it for everyone who wants to be productive and archive goals. ### 6. She said... Yes! Okay, I made a mistake, I'm human I admit it. It was hard saying goodbye to my post-its. You know those post-it notes in your desk drawers, on your desk and copied versions to stickies inside OS. I just kept them around. I thought I didn't need Keep Solid Goals. I scheduled to spend Friday evening together to have some quality time with Keep Solid Goals. One hour lead to two hours and before I knew it was 2 am, my goals sorted, my desk clean and my goals ready to achieve step-by-step. The time had come. It was obvious, the little yellow stacks I'd been clinging too for years, will finally be gone. Happy wife. Happy life. I'm still in my learning curve however you guys over at Keep Solid Goals have done some very good thinking your software already solved several problems.This is a helpful tool. Thanks! **What do you dislike about Goals?** Nothing so far. Just looking forward to using the integrations. **Recommendations to others considering Goals:** I had to give it some time before understanding all the benefits. Still, early days for me but the tool is very helpful. A dark mode is always welcome. But by no means... a must. Just a luxury feature for the eyes. I most likely missed it but if you have some video tutorials that would be a big help. **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forced me to think which issue needed prioritization first, second and so forth. My post-its piles has magically cleared up and my wife is happy about that. ### 7. One of those rare things it does what it says on the box. It brings your business goals front and centre, helps people to understand what their responsibilities are in meeting key results and binds their name to meeting goals. **What do you dislike about Goals?** Its not yet ready to be your all year round tool, but for a special project, a new team or activities that require really moving the needle. THIS is the tool. Asana buries everyone in multiple fields you need to fill in - yuck. **Recommendations to others considering Goals:** Do not look at it as your main project management or productivity tool. But buy it for those special projects, for a special team you put together, to help your employees understand how what they do contributes the company. **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** A team that has had a tough year with COVID, less chance to speak and wanting to keep those annoying zoom calls to a minimum. So its more important than ever to keep the goals front and centre. Either you keep hammering them in a call - shriek - or you let people know in a simple effective way. Team collaboration is easy & effective. Very easy to use app for business, academics and personal goals' management once you watch the tutorials and know how to set it up right, took me about 45 minutes to get into full on operations mode. Support is Brilliant, they reply within a few hours and always has a solution at hand. **What do you dislike about Goals?** I would like to see a function to easily add tasks on the kanban board and an option to see all my tasks across goals, ordered by due date **What problems is Goals solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increased efficiency and a common understanding across teams based on OKRs ### 9. Diagraming the goals is very simple an make the process very clear. After that, following the tasks is a breeze. It is very easy to bring all the team onboard. I've used other tools, but none has been as easy to adopt by my team as this. Many of my colleagues are not tech savvy, and this is where I've found goals greatest strength: People actually understands what to do without supervision. Goals help you getting there without unnecessary stuff. **What do you dislike about Goals?** I'd love to have a white label option, but honestly I haven't deepen into it. When you start a project, the platform forces you to think about KPIs and to clearly define each of the elements.
