**What do you like best about Giftsenda?**

I’m happy to share that everything went perfectly with Giftsenda. All the recipients received their gifts successfully, even before the stipulated date, and they really liked them. It was simple to use, with lots of options to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Giftsenda?**

I had to send three different gifts to three different locations, and I had to pay for each one separately. It would be really helpful to have a shopping cart option so I could add everything first and then check out all at once.

**What problems is Giftsenda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For companies with clients in multiple countries around the world, this is a great service. It makes it easy to send appreciation gifts and similar gestures to many different countries.

**What do you like best about Giftsenda?**

I like that Giftsenda is easy to use and offers great support, especially from Lu who quickly set up the platform for my team without requiring heavy lifting on my part. I appreciate the easy setup and the great branded gift options available for less than 10 gifts. Lu was very efficient in providing everything we needed including shipment in just a few short emails. Overall, it works great and I would use them again.

Giftsenda is easy to set up with great branded gift options for small batches. It provides excellent support, with fast setup and no heavy lifting for team gift requests.

**What do you like best about Giftsenda?**

We have employees in nearly 40 countries, so selecting a vendor that could tailor gifts by country and offer pre-selected options with shipping included was a key reason we chose Giftsenda.

**What do you dislike about Giftsenda?**

The only part that wasn’t entirely intuitive was adding additional recipients to the campaign. Even after adding their email addresses to the list, they weren’t automatically included in the country-specific gift campaign, there was an extra step required. That said, customer support was very helpful in getting the additional recipients properly added when I needed it.

Providing a one-stop shop for delivering gifts to all countries where our employees are located.

The integration with Hubspot is great for our company. I love the hands on support. I know I get a real person every time I reach out. They are so timely!

I wish that the campaigns were more flexible with adding and subtracting items.

Navigating the platform felt a little roundabout at times, but I was able to figure it out.

We wanted to send gifts to business partners, but we didn't want to send them emails asking for their delivery address. We wanted to come off as professional and sharp.

I wasn't a long standing customer, just someone who needed a solution to a relatively small problem.  Giftsenda was able to meet my expectations and provided great customer service and support to make sure the project went off without a problem.  It was easy to use, and implementation was a breeze for our project.  I was very impressed with the customer service I received, and continue to receive, and plan on utilzing them again in the future.  A great product and great service!

I did not experience any downsides with Giftsenda.

Prizes for workplace contests to people outside of our workgroup - we had done a contest for employees children and wanted to be able to send age appropriate gifts which was not possible on the platform we were using at that time.

It's great platform for companies to reward employees and customers that are international as well as reward several hundred different people with one click of a button.

**What do you dislike about Giftsenda?**

The only thing to dislike about Giftsenda is the shipping fee of $19 which is a bit high compared to amazon's free delivery, however, the gift options are really good.

**What problems is Giftsenda solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of customers around the world that we wish to reward a few times a year, however, due to their location it is hard to send them a gift as well as gift them a meaningful prize. The platform allows us to select from a wide array of great gifts as well as provide a safe and reliable delivery method.

They have everything from personalized items to experiences, which is fantastic. The only thing I suggest is making the dashboard more user-friendly for access to gift descriptions.

There are options for customizing and personalizing gifts. There are limited features, for managing loyalty programs and employee gifting within the platform.

Giftsenda solves the problem of spending time searching for and sending gifts by taking care of everything. This benefits my business by saving me time.

**What do you like best about Giftsenda?**

My Giftsenda concierge was great to work with throughout the process. I needed a single place to manage gift selection and sending to our international client list.  This service did it!  Great selection of gifts that are shipped internationally from local shops and vendors.  Your client gets to pick from a list of gifts within your budget, and Giftsenda does the rest.  Any dollars left after the campaign is complete are returned to you.  I will use Giftsenda again for my client's gift needs.

**What do you dislike about Giftsenda?**

The campaigns status dashboard has lots of useful information but needs to give me a better user experience.  Hyperlinks to the gift descriptions would be helpful from that dashboard.

Managing a client gift distribution campaign within budget and with little of my time used.  Improving our standing with customers.

Our manager Ivan Sherbakov  is always in touch, any questions were solved almost instantly, it's incredible!
Attention to detail and a pleasant friendly attitude to the customer - it is very valuable!

Have no idea! realy! you guys are rock!
But something needs to be written to move on to another question. 
Maybe there's another button here, how to skip this question? but I haven't found it) so I'm just filling space with text, sorry about that
not a single complaint about the company!

I like the variety of product baskets and affordable prices/ value for money.
Lastly, the great team and high service level are always supportive.

Reporting system must be upgraded to bring value and make follow-up easier. 
The front end is a bit confusing and prolongs the journey.

We used it for the Loyalty program to bring engagement and built loyalty.
We've reached very nice results reflecting our industry.
