I mostly like all the features and workflow-wise functionalities but some times records are not showing if seeing for the team member. But after syncing, it gets visible.

We have customized all the workflows as per our business needs and it is working fully as per that in Field EZ App. We are getting status of each customer call logs and it is realy  helpful for us to understand the current status of the calls.

The most thing I liked about FieldEZ is, it is User friendly, and everything is in a prescribed and in simple form.

If the section-time is out, it is difficult for me to understand, because I will come to know after filling in all details, and while clicking on submit, I get a notification to log in again at that time have to log in and repeate the same work.

Field EZ is Handy to use all Data will be displayed in home screen in single shot example Graphics and pie charts and also Tickets are being displayed by Workflow , status so this makes easy to plan for the day to schedule and meet customer requirements , and here we can upload images so that it is easily recognizable through face if there are multiple users by same name and here we can upload Schedule as well and Filter is available which is very use full,It reduces Excel Work and saves lot of time

When we have Bulk Tickets to upload in Excel csv file even there is spaces and special character ,file doesn't gets uploaded and it would be better if it shows specific error after uploading like which line in excel there are errors ,it takes some time to load the content and when switching from one ticket to other ticket , and appearance there are some large characters which makes portal to scroll down , it would be better if it can be Modified and make appear little small

With FieldEZ , it is easy to access all tickets ,and update statuses timely ,with this Field engineers can also access ticket details whenever required across different cities through their Mobile Phones , and from this portal we can achieve our Service level agreement by timely closing tickets and it will be help full for our Payouts overall portal is user friendly

The expectations from client was complex and already had established competition, however solution provided by FZ team was critical in the service commitment and deliverable.

Not much considering most of the concerns gets resolved.

Seamelsss ability to manage workfroce, task managemet, applied time through timesheet.. As this a cloud based platform this can scale as the enterprise. Ability to track on mobile and alerting through notifications are impressive

None at this moment as I have just taken a demo. May been need to be part of full implementation to assess at amore depth

I didn't see or experience anything I could say that I didn't dislike. It's working perfectly fine.

Calls which are closed or attended not showing in calander, Screenshots are restricted, when we raise request for spare parts many time it is not showing and when we again raise request then 2 spare request shows for same part
