Layouts are very clean and elegent. Navigation is simple. A recommended product for the companies looking for light solution. It does its basic job well. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** Need to be more VMS friendly. Need broader support of VMS sites and automation. To capture heavy duty clients; need to have more features for which customer needs to go out. **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staffing need. Keeping track of talent; their availability; skill set and area of interest. Also very good job management. Captures good amount of job info. ### 3. Easy to use. Good results in terms of candidate sourcing and making records. Have good dashboard setting which helps in easy tracking of employee effort. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** Processing speed is little slow. Need to upgrade on interface part. **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its help us in sourcing good potential candidates from integrated job boards such as Dice and Moster, also the Internal Database help a lot in getting a qualified candidate. The responses are pretty much good in comparasion of other ATS such as Ceipal and Bull Horn. ### 4. The team at Exelare is great to work with. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** Not very customizable and has limited integrations with other systems **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of all of our candidates and the activity associated with them. The ability to interact with them directly from the ATS. But the bigest problem for me as the IT Director that is solves is that I no longer need to worry about data and storage mainanence. ### 5. We worked closely with the design team, and they allowed us to white-label and design how we wanted the CRM to look. The feel and look of it was great. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** Sometimes updates took a little longer to move forward. They moved from an app to a browser format, which took a little longer than we wanted. The look and feel were getting closer to where we needed it, but not as fast. **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are not necessarily fixing any problems but making the existing system better, better tools, better reporting. With the updates, I could be more productive. ### 6. They have good admin privileges where you can customize the access to the users. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** This ATS is very slow. The only drawback is that the application is very slow and it takes time to go to another section and navigate during multitasking. **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Application Tracking System, Using it for Mass Emailing to the candidates. I am using it for sourcing from internal and integrated sites. We are also using it to keep our client's records. ### 7. Needs Some Work **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Individual & Family Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2020 **What do you like best about Exelare?** Customer service was friendly and helpful. **What do you dislike about Exelare?** The sales rep was impatient and condescending believing that he knew what I wanted to know versus listening to what I was saying and asking for. **Recommendations to others considering Exelare:** Watch the cost as they were higher than every other provider I looked at and they were still trying to create their online time and attendance so it was a work in progress. **What problems is Exelare solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to go to a different company because the payroll process was too long as we were still having to use paper time cards and manually enter the time every pay period and it was too costly to upgrade to online time and attendance. ### 8.
