I like how Everlaw makes production and processing much simpler and allows me to modify the platform to my needs. It helps us produce and process data much more quickly for our clients. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform, for instance, adjusting the coding layout, which enhances the experience for our clients as it allows them to enjoy the product better. Additionally, setting up Everlaw isn't difficult, and the training for it didn't take long for our team to adapt. I find Everlaw easy to use with a lot of features we didn't have before. A lot of processes are automated requiring less work, which is great for efficiency. The documents pull up quickly and are easy to review, and the mass redaction options are excellent. I'm excited to try the variety of AI features as well. Alias fields should be editable; would like the ability to copy from one metadata field to another; would like the ability to search and replace within a field. Occasionally we get a mixture of native data and scanned data, and the scanned data needs fields populated to complete schedules. Being able to copy data and non-metadata fields quicker would be beneficial. There were some challenges we didn't anticipate and I felt that there was limited support in setting up our template how we needed it. I felt they didn't fully understand our needs. It has become an essential tool for our firm with some of our larger cases in managing discovery. As a mid-sized firm, we are often handling cases with a large amount of documents, and we don't always have the staff to sift through thousands of pages of discovery. Everlaw does a wonderful job of streamlining advanced processes and making them very user friendly and easy to understand. Tasks like uploading/deduplicating documents, running outbound productions, and running complex searches are easy to configure. So far, I haven't run into a feature (or lack thereof) which I didn't like. If you run into features that you don't like or require modification, Everlaw is constantly building new features into the platform, and their product team is always willing to listen. I use Everlaw to review, process, and handle large document sets during the discovery stages of litigation, and for production purposes. I find that it expedites the time it takes to process and review these documents. The user interface is easy to use, and the software is effective. The predictive coding and document clustering aren't very helpful features for my firm. I can see the predictive coding being helpful if we invest time into training the AI, but I don't see the same potential payout for document clustering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate Everlaw's service quality and support. Whenever I have a question about using the platform, they are consistently available and ready to guide me through the best approaches to utilize their product effectively. Furthermore, the capability to convert audio and video files into written transcripts instantly is incredibly beneficial, particularly in legal contexts where reviewing audio content is frequent. This feature not only saves me significant time by allowing me to review the content as text but also facilitates easy searching for specific terms or words within a file. Additionally, while I don't fully integrate it, I find the features that allow easy access to documents stored on Google Drive quite useful in streamlining my workflow. I find Everlaw very valuable for document review, offering the ability to process unlimited data, which is similar to Relativity. I appreciate its certification feature, as it is considered very good. I also use Everlaw for handling late costing issues, and it does not involve much cost, making it a better choice for future use. I find the configuration of search terms and highlights in Everlaw somewhat challenging. The current setup does not fully meet my needs, particularly when dealing with active learning tasks. Everlaw is fast, intuitive, and simple to use but deceptively feature-rich. It has built in media transcription and playback, language tools/machine translation, and great analytics visualizations. Its predictive coding features are extremely capable and do not require a team of data scientists to use correctly.
