This is very helpful and useful as it takes knowledge mananagment (tacit or explicit knowledge) and allows Everlaw to use that to improve their product to help the end user in what ever portion of the eDiscovery platform they are using in Everlaw, be it storybuilder, or productions, or even legal hold. In addition the new AI improvements have been great, from their new product Deep Dive, Deep Dive transcripts, suggestive coding and Everlaw Assistant, the accuracy of these results has greatly improved and assisted with identifying important documents or relevant documents. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** in the outline there is no ability to transfer all the documents over at once. Also visualizer needs to have better hit results for over 1000. I would suggest a feature that would allow a user to see all the hits and possibly check them off. The depth still needs to be revisited. I would also have search features for the "produce to" field since at the moment your not able to filter that column. **Recommendations to others considering Everlaw:** I would suggest that they complete the training and practice so they can easily get up to speed on their task. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** ease of tagging and producing documents in shorter time including power processing and naming options. better turnaround for production sets, and autocoding that allows a user to leverage a combination of predictive coding and generative AI to complete a production in a shorter time frame saving a client money, and the ability to add the work flow for suggestive coding. - helping to summarize your documents and provide key topics on the fly is awesome and critical when on a deadline. **Official Response from Emma Johnson:** > Hello, Thank you for leaving us a review! The initial setup was very easy. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** I don't like the way Everlaw handles emails and their attachments. It's difficult to make sure they're produced together while keeping my filters in place, like dates and title order. Also, if a document is attached to an email and I want to segregate it, I have to do that manually and upload them individually. There's no way to do it within Everlaw. All of these features allow me to streamline our processes and work more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Alias fields should be editable; would like the ability to copy from one metadata field to another; would like the ability to search and replace within a field. Occasionally we get a mixture of native data and scanned data, and the scanned data needs fields populated to complete schedules. Being able to copy data and non-metadata fields quicker would be beneficial. There were some challenges we didn't anticipate and I felt that there was limited support in setting up our template how we needed it. I can see the predictive coding being helpful if we invest time into training the AI, but I don't see the same potential payout for document clustering. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw has made searching for documents related to specific areas infinitely easier. For example, if we need to search for all documents related to an employee's FMLA. Searching for specific custodians and or email address has also been a life saver. The never-ending improvements, upgrades and additions based off of user input lets me know that Everlaw takes product feedback seriously and are constantly working to make their platform stand out. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** Having to add users by email everytime rather than having a bank of users to choose from, sometimes there are UI changes that I'm not a fan of and sometimes those changes cause certain aspects to not display correctly. Our firm uses it for case transfer reviews, internal document repositories, case reviews, I've used it as a supplement to other platforms as Everlaw has certain features built in that aren't available in other tools. Being able to quickly and easily identify foreign language documents and gettting a quick translation to find important documents, audio and video transcriptions that I can pull out for use for other applications. Everlaw allows multiple document downloads at one time by copy paste method from a spreadsheet or word document. Search features are exceptional and with Everlaw, productions are super simple. **What do you dislike about Everlaw?** I have no complaints with this program. **What problems is Everlaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everlaw is assisting with document search of voluminous documents. **Official Response from Miguel Allende:** > "Hi Martina, thank you for your feedback!
