My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me. I also like that my portal shows my face, as that little feature helps to continue to build confidence that my client is uploading their documents to the right place. **What do you dislike about Encyro?** I just wish they had an area for my clients to put their name in when submitting info. Sometimes, email addresses can get mixed up or confusing. Besides that, I love everything about Encyro. It allows me to simply have sitting there as an asset until I need it, building trust with me clients. **Recommendations to others considering Encyro:** For the value, I haven't found a software that does more. This is exactly what I needed for my business when transmitting sensitive information and they provided it without breaking the bank. **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a secure measure to receive sensitive information from my clients as an accountant, and did not want and simply can't receive this information via regular email. When I tell my clients to use my secure portal, I can always see a bit of relief or confidence that I am looking out for their personal information by doing this. So, it builds trust and this is certainly the biggest benefit I have seen from this software, especially as an accountant. ### 2. It is easy to use, doesn't require the recipient to sign up an account to access secure messages, it integrates perfectly as an add-on for Outlook and has option to use e-sign. **What do you dislike about Encyro?** The e-sign setup in not very intuitive. The setup to e-sign documents is a bit clunky. **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It works well as a secondary portal. I know it works, and I know I can rely on it to get what I need to my clients. The easy pricing system helps keeps things simple. The customized upload page is great. My clients don't even have to create an account to upload. They can just go to my page and upload straight from there. They can even take a picture straight from my upload page with their phone to send me their tax documents. I especially love the new E-Sign feature. **What do you dislike about Encyro?** There isn't much I dislike. The system works so well and seamless, what's not to like. If there's anything that could use additional features it would be the interface. The interface could use some additional viewing options. (i.e., list, detail, icon) **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I started out as a tax prepare, I learned that I would need a reliable secure way to access the client's documents. Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to the accounting community, especially when it comes to people's tax returns. Encyro keeps my client's information secure and safe. Would be nice if it was more tightly integrated with Gmail. **Recommendations to others considering Encyro:** Effective solution for an organization looking to protect their client's sensitive information. **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a payroll processor, we deal with a lot of sensitive information (including SSNs and bank account details) which must be secured. I had clients were upset that they sent me things and I would receive them and the firms response was delayed. It was not a good look for the firm and clients left, which angered me with the company that I was using. Once I found out from a friend about Encryo, I did the trial and was hooked! My clients absolutely love the portal feature and I have not missed any notification from them. I love the flow of the communication in the folders. I do not have to search for what the client said last and where documents are. **What do you dislike about Encyro?** I do not have any things about Encyro that I dislike at this time. I have been pleased. The one thing that I was looking for when I first started using Encryo was the ability to download all documents at once and within time that was implemented! I recommended it for my dad, who ended up purchasing it for some of his personal ventures. **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Encyro has boosted my business' overall effective, secure communication as well as client retention has increased. Clients love the fact they can use the portal to send anything and it won't get lost in email. because they have their own folder. Encyro is simple, and does what I need it to do. An integration with Gmail/Google Drive and other features might be nice, but i think Encyro's biggest stregnth is it's simplicity, and too many new features could take away from that. **Recommendations to others considering Encyro:** Try it out. **What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to transmit and receive sensitive documents to my clients without having to add password encryption to the files.
