What do you like best about Encyro?

I love the simplicity of the portal. My clients can easily drop in their documents and I get it immediately. I called it my secure Dropbox for my clients. I have lots of sensitive information that needs to be sent and I always can count on Encyro to deliver it to me. I also like that my portal shows my face, as that little feature helps to continue to build confidence that my client is uploading their documents to the right place. What do you dislike about Encyro?

I just wish they had an area for my clients to put their name in when submitting info. Sometimes, email addresses can get mixed up or confusing. Besides that, I love everything about Encyro. Recommendations to others considering Encyro:

For the value, I haven't found a software that does more. This is exactly what I needed for my business when transmitting sensitive information and they provided it without breaking the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a secure measure to receive sensitive information from my clients as an accountant, and did not want and simply can't receive this information via regular email. When I tell my clients to use my secure portal, I can always see a bit of relief or confidence that I am looking out for their personal information by doing this. What do you like best about Encyro?

My practice uses Encyro as a secondary portal. It is easy to use, doesn't require the recipient to sign up an account to access secure messages, it integrates perfectly as an add-on for Outlook and has option to use e-sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I Love Encyro!"

What do you like best about Encyro?

I love the easy to use a secure system. I know it works, and I know I can rely on it to get what I need to my clients.

The easy pricing system helps keeps things simple. The customized upload page is great. My clients don't even have to create an account to upload. They can just go to my page and upload straight from there. They can even take a picture straight from my upload page with their phone to send me their tax documents.

What do you dislike about Encyro?

There isn't much I dislike. The system works so well and seamless, what's not to like.

If there's anything that could use additional features it would be the interface. The interface could use some additional viewing options. (i.e., list, detail, icon) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Encyro solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I started out as a tax prepare, I learned that I would need a reliable secure way to access the client's documents. Cybersecurity is of utmost importance to the accounting community, especially when it comes to people's tax returns.

Encyro keeps my client's information secure and safe.

What do you like best about Encyro?

What do you dislike about Encyro?

Because we enforce HIPPA compliance, it is sometimes difficult for recipients to open secure mail which we have sent to them. Would be nice if it was more tightly integrated with Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Encyro?

Being able to Brand the secure portal as my own is huge for a small business like mine. It makes it easier to compete with the larger accounting firms. The fact that folks can access it (to send or receive) without an account makes them happy as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
