I appreciate that the software is flexible and can be customized to use any type of data that we want to upload along with names and addresses. **What do you dislike about Ecanvasser?** The labeling in ecanvasser is not unique to political campaigns so we have to use different language / labels for the way we collect data. I looked at many products and this was definitely the best fit for me. **What do you dislike about Ecanvasser?** I would like the feature to select a geographic area and have the addresses auto populate for that area, instead of needing to import them in. Especially if you could pre-select and add areas in a specific city or county boundary. Creating lists and distributing these to canvassers is a breeze. If I have to pick something, it's the lack of a donation portal. **Recommendations to others considering Ecanvasser:** If you're an organisation that is dedicated to growing your support base by doing on-the-ground canvassing, you really do need this product. **What problems is Ecanvasser solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting with our supporters in person has been a game-changer, and Ecanvasser has been the catalyst for that. We have a much better understanding of not only who is supporting us, but also the issues that they care about and the change they want to see in their area. B. | Party Manager, Political Organization, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2019 **What do you like best about Ecanvasser?** This tool is very useful to perform different processes of all kinds, whether related to elections or politics, or some opinion studies, with this tool during the different electoral processes in which we have been involved, in the last two years, which is from when we use this application, it has been a great help, political campaigns, they are quite exhausting, we have to control hundreds of data, of all kinds, it is somewhat complicated, with this system we can do this type of work, with a little more control, about the information that we store in the different elections, in which we are involved, something that I like about this tool, is the ability to carry out surveys of different types, where you can ask all sorts of questions, with multiple answers options, for different electronic devices, later it allows to carry out a more advanced study of the different data that throws the survey- **What do you dislike about Ecanvasser?** The information can still be more detailed, sometimes it needs some extra information, about people, that we cannot obtain with this tool, it would be ideal to have a characteristic, where the most important data are thrown daily, from the beginning of the campaigns, until the end of them, then deliver a final report, with the most relevant details that happened on a daily basis, in the course of the studies, which were carried out, this would allow a cycle of complete information, from beginning to finish. **Recommendations to others considering Ecanvasser:** It is highly recommended, for different types of campaigns and studies that are going to be carried out. **What problems is Ecanvasser solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been a tool of great help, in different electro-processes, especially the control that is carried to the voters, helping us to obtain information, live on what is happening, in the different places, where the participation of the people, is a tool that not only allows virtual studies, in the field studies, it is a great tool for our consultants, to obtain the best information about the people who are participating, of said processes. ### 20. Very easy to use product. Going door to door was a breeze. Volunteers seemed to like it a lot which is great for coordinators. **What do you dislike about Ecanvasser?** I wish there was more functionality for phone banking and other campaign issues. We did not use other metrics for volunteers (like lawn sign requests). I'm not sure if that functionality existed or not but we were not trained on it. **Recommendations to others considering Ecanvasser:** I would absolutely use this if I were running a small campaign. **What problems is Ecanvasser solving and how is that benefiting you?** This was used by a local campaign.
